Just waiting for today’s vlog title. This isn’t really something they can hide so I feel like it will be addressed with an eye catching title like “forced to sell our home” or “we have to sell our home” something like that. Only thing I’m curious about is what their reasoning will be. Surely fans don’t think they are relevant enough to have stalkers coming by to see Nonie on a daily basis. My money is on them claiming Nonie doesn’t want to live in a house that big alone but I don’t think that will go over well with their fans considering how much they’ve made a point to show that Landon loves going there and that they’d never sell it

Probably one of the reasons they are selling it is because Landon loves it so much.

I wonder if Nonie is gonna move back in with them, maybe they needed their live in sitter. Or she could be moving to one of the sisters, can you imagine her leaving Keren. The possibilities.

I know they will never admit its financial but that's what I'm assuming.

That's exactly what I was thinking that they got tired of driving over there to take the kids to Nonnie's and it's so much easier to have the sitter living with them all the time so she can get up with them and make them breakfast. Plus with the live in sitter comes a live in chef. It's sad cause Nonnie looked like she was enjoying it there, planting her garden and the kids had a place to go and play in the backyard now that they're not quarantined. The smart thing to do would be to rent it out and use it as an income property unless the HOA there doesn't allow that. That way they would have some money coming in and get to keep their fallback home... I mean...museum of their first house.

The old house is only 5 minutes from the new one though and honestly I don’t know where Nonie is going to live in the lake house. Jackie’s in the guest room, Khoas office is in the MIL suite, if they want a 4th baby then they would have to kick Jackie or Nonie our of the guest room, and then once Jackson and Landon don’t want to share a room they would even be down to having to use the office for one of them so Nonie really wouldn’t have anywhere AND Khoa would lose his office. The house is only 4 bedrooms and then the mother in law suite/office so they really don’t have the space for Nonie

If people could ask questions without getting blocked, I would ask:
1) what is this gaping area of fabric on both sides of her saggy implants (how would that possibly work on someone smaller chested) and
2) is this a nursing bra because it looks like it’s has clips

Sorry but those pink leggings are not flattering. Totally see through. They show off her c section fat pad too. I have one as well after 2 c sections. It’s a pinch of flesh that clumps up under your incision. I’d never wear light colored leggings for that reason. Dark ones don’t emphasize it.

Really not a great time to be selling. Maybe they think they can get ahead of the prices going down. Bet they may lose money when you include what they put into the house which is mostly outdoor stuff. Think it would be a great family home but they back out on a very busy street which brings down the value. You can always hear the traffic when they are on the playground or trampoline.

Also, people looking to buy in that price range are expecting a different caliber home!

I thought the same thing. Before they launched kickass she was like we are going to be completely size inclusive. Ok I’m sorry but only going up to an XL is not size inclusive, people who are plus size may still or want to work out! So plus size clothing may use more fabric so charge a few dollars more. Not like I would give her my business anyways but just the point!

They will probably say it is so people don't go see it to meet Khoa (their realtor). But if they were smart they would do appointments for people pre-approved only to prevent that.


My guess they don't want to admit selling it is because they got so much praise "giving" it to Nonie. Now depending on the reasoning they are actually selling it looks bad they are taking it away from her.

And of course it makes them not look as rich, owning 2 houses vs owning 1 and renting 1.

Well it says up there you can schedule a time to tour it with a buyers agent so I’m guessing that protects them from random fans coming. I’m sure the 13 year olds who watch them aren’t gonna go to the trouble of contacting a realtor just to see it. I am very interested in the reasoning they are gonna think up though. I noticed the house Khoa showed in a vlog a long time ago that he “helped” remodel sold a few days ago after being on the market since January. Not sure if that’s related to anything though the timings just interesting

you know she hates that plus size people are wearing them and ruining her shoot. I'm not tiny but none of those leggings fit the bigger girls there were rolls, camel toes and way too tight
