Plus, she's a little fish in a huge baking world. The baking/delivery industry has also increased since the start of covid. So she a lot of established competition. And you know business isn't good when you have to start shipping (and charging outrageous amounts for it) outside if your own town. Her local community should be her main customer base for a small business.

If you go on Yelp, there's 416 custom bake business in her area, and the large majority deliver!
