Oh, but he was FRONT AND CENTER! Even though he was _gasp_ one grade too young!
Thomas Rhett and Luke Bryan (and Andrea Bocelli) should be so jealous! Oh, and Sam Hunt. Because that's who Bryan seems to want to rip off right now. Even the font on the recent album cover looks alike!

I haven't watched in a long long time but I sometimes see their IG or fb stories. My question is, is Bryan's voice "deeper"? I swear he had a more higher pitched sounding voice. I saw him today talking about the chicks and it sounded so different.

Ok. I suffered through Hey! The lyrics and singing.... I’m embarrassed for him. He has not improved since This is Home. Could this is home actually be better?? At least there was no fake twang in that one.HelloSweetie wrote:Yes!natalka81 wrote:^Do you mean the website? I'm one minute in exploring. It's extremely unfortunate.
I should have just linked it. Sorry!

I don't know if he can top singing about how Missy looked in the glow of the refrigerator light for awfulness.

Ollie looks like Kate from Jon and Kate plus 8 and I can’t unsee it. I wish they would cut his hair. Also I can’t believe he’s going to be in first grade and he’s still so hard to understand. He mispronounces so many words still. It’s really sad.

And even sadder, he still spoke better at Finn’s age than Finn does currentlyprincessanp wrote:Also I can’t believe he’s going to be in first grade and he’s still so hard to understand. He mispronounces so many words still. It’s really sad.

My great-niece is 21 months old and she speaks better than Finn does. He'll be five in three months and his speech is that of a 2-year-old. It's sad that they haven't done anything to address it. It's a disservice to him, because he's absolutely adorable. Both of the boys are in their own way. Considering the parents that they have both of them have cute personalities. I was afraid that Oliver was going to be mean, but he's actually become a very sweet and compassionate child.roseter wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 6:39 pmAnd even sadder, he still spoke better at Finn’s age than Finn does currentlyprincessanp wrote:Also I can’t believe he’s going to be in first grade and he’s still so hard to understand. He really is. He used to treat Finn like crap, and Bryan and Missy would post these pictures gushing over them being "best friends", and I would roll my eyes. But somehow despite their lousy parenting, Ollie turned into a really sweet kid and a good big brother.PirateWench8 wrote:My great-niece is 21 months old and she speaks better than Finn does. The worst thing about Finn's speech is that they took him out of school last fall, so he was stuck at home with those 2 idiots. If memory serves, he was acting out (probably because he can't express himself and because the only way he gets attention at home is to climb stuff). And rather than find out why, and work with him, or find another school, they just took him out. Parenting goals, they are not.

Re: Daily Mithy Wants a Girl but Bryan Makes Her Hurl | Part #108
My oldest two boys are close in age like Ollie and Finn are. My oldest was the same way with his younger brother as Ollie was with Finn. I think it's the fact that when we think about they're really still babies themselves at that age. Once they hit the ages of four and three it completely changed. Now they're fourteen and thirteen and are each others best friend. As far as Finn my younger brother is a stutterer. You couldn't understand him until shortly before his fifth birthday. Once he started kindergarten (1982) they put him into speech therapy at school immediately. He would get frustrated when people couldn't understand him and he would act out. It was so frustrating and still is for him to this day.lmmomSD wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 8:26 pmHe really is. My kids aren't best friends, but they appreciate each other more now that they are older. I didn't mean my comment about how Ollie treated Finn in the past as a slam on Ollie. If anything it reflects the parenting. They didn't prepare him for having a baby brother. They just laughed when he growled at Finn, and ignored it when he was mean.
It's not Ollie's fault. And I don't know how he turned into such a nice kid.

I didn’t take what you said as a slam on him at all. When kids are very close in age like Ollie and Finn are the older one doesn’t completely understand and can act in very strange and funny ways. All five of my kids are two years or less apart. My oldest growled at his brother and viewed him an intruder. My second oldest loved his baby sister to the point he could have smothered her. My third wanted the stork to and I quote “take her baby brother back she didn’t want him” (I still howl at this reaction 9 1/2 years later). My 4th loved and still loves his baby sister and is fiercely protective of her. He was so protective of her that he kicked the pediatrician in the shin for giving his baby sister a shot and making her cry. “NO HURT MY AWISSA” (her name is Elissa). I wet myself laughing that day. I know I shouldn’t have laughed but his reaction and response was so out of character for him. He’s always been my lamb and was and is a very sweet, lovable and compassionate boy. That’s what I love about children they’re all unique and special in their own way and when they’re that small and don’t fully comprehend what having a baby sibling means they do and say the funniest things, lol.lmmomSD wrote:My kids aren't best friends, but they appreciate each other more now that they are older. “ “If you turn on pop radio, it’s so hard to find real guitars anymore,” Lanning began to explain about his genre transition. “They’re almost always programmed and fake, and I just never was able to connect with that as much as I wanted to.” ”
Lol he can’t even play the guitar. And he couldn’t connect to the music? He wanted to be Justin Bieber and used to tag him on Twitter.

Oh I know all too well about tone. That’s why I’m not a fan of text messaging or Facebook messenger and prefer a phone conversation or video conferencing. As far as how Ollie has become as sweet as he is I think that is because of Jim, Suzanne and Cassie. He spent a lot of time with them when he was a baby and toddler. He still spends quite a bit of time with his Mimi and Papa to this day.lmmomSD wrote:PirateWench8 wrote:I didn’t take what you said as a slam on him at all. Re: Daily Mithy Wants a Girl but Bryan Makes Her Hurl | Part #108
I can't believe Mr. Autotune said that about pop music. One of his past "influences", Tori Kelly, plays guitar. I honestly think he just tagged her because she got big from a YouTube start, so he was hoping she would help him. She hasn't done much lately-- busy having a baby. But he used to tag her all the time. Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran play guitar. And what a ridiculous reason for someone who can't even play guitar to switch genres.Cgl33 wrote:“ “If you turn on pop radio, it’s so hard to find real guitars anymore,” Lanning began to explain about his genre transition. “They’re almost always programmed and fake, and I just never was able to connect with that as much as I wanted to.” ”

He's such a hypocrite. Not only can he not play guitar, and needs help writing songs, he can't sing. He has to keep pulling out that one story about being in the 4th grade choir because it's probably the only time someone who wasn't on his payroll or sucking up in some other way praised his singing. And his backstory never changes (except for the recent addition of chopping wood in Idaho, and turning his grandmother's house into a "ranch"). Most people would decrease the childhood stories as they got older and talk more about recent years. For instance, if I had to tell my story, my childhood would only be a couple of sentences, and there would be more about recent years. But he just HAS to include his big childhood triumph.

Snort.
Jason Aldean he ain't. And Missy will never be Brittany Aldean; and she especially won't ever be Lauren Akins, if she's going for the "married my high school sweetheart who became a huge country star" club...

What the fuck is he doing? Seriously. He's a grown ass adult with two kids. Now is not the time to be having an identity crisis. Just be yourself for fucks sake.lmmomSD wrote:Snort.
