Mimi has her own full bath in the suite. There is so much about Jesss that is annoying but I don’t find this house to be one of them. I’m glad she didn’t go with the McMansion finishes and sink a lot of money into that house in upgrades. Let’s face it, if she had we would all be talking about how will she ever afford that when YouTube stops.
One thing we have never seen Jess display is an inability to manage her earnings. She got a house with enough beds, she got Mimi there to help.

The biggest issue I see with her new house is that they’re using that cul de sac like their personal parking lot.

I get that but I don’t feel like Jessica put more than 2 seconds of thought into buying her house. Not only that but this isn’t her first house, when you buy your first house you’re kind of clueless but on a second house that she built from the ground up she should have thought things through throughly and have zero complaints. Especially on a “forever” home. I get not splurging on a starter home or a rental property. They also have the problem of having a lot of stuff and a lot of people. It’s more efficient to have one or the other, both don’t work. That’s why her house looks like a garbage dump.

I think Jess purposely turns the comments on her YT off now because she wants her followers to go comment on her instagram posts. One of the ways Instagram pays influencers is through the amount of interaction and engagements their posts get. So if Jess turns her YT comments off and instead encourages them to go comment on her instagram, it makes her overall engagement look better on instagram and she gets more clout and money from instagram.

Honestly, I miss when she would show her actually cleaning her house. She had 3 under 2 when I had 3 under 3 and it was nice seeing what a real home looked like and clean with her. None of the dumb IG snap to clean shit. I would really love to see some clean with me videos from her.

Glad Kaden went this time but of course Jess has to get her digs in about how it was just cause of the grandma. You would think Kyson would be the one having an issue with Drake being the "sensitive" one or Landen because he didn't know Drake according to Jess (although the preschool graduation I don't know kids that let someone carry them they don't know). They didn't think about anything and the thing is, it's just like the last house they've outgrown it as soon as they moved in and it didn't really solve many of their issues. Yes T&C have a room but they don't even have a flipping closet! They have all that wasted space for the room for her parents who won't even be there most of the time. And Mess, who had a massive toddler like fit at a cop about her kids not being able to play outside in a bouncy house 24/7 , now has a backyard that isn't big enough to play in let alone big enough for a bouncy house. I don't think they needed a mansion but if they'd spent more than 5 seconds thinking about it, they could found something that actually met their needs and gave them the space they needed.

And T & C while they aren't there all of the time have to share their space with guests. It will never be their room, it will be set up for guests. Yet Mimi and Poppy will be there less or about the same as T & C (since they get them holidays and half summer) yet they get a suite.

It isn't even that big of a bathroom, especially when you consider the size of the house

I was laughing when she said the reason she didn't get two sinks was so she could have extra cabinet space, but yet all she has extra is a super thin drawer...like couldn't she have also had a medicine cabinet and a sink? Oh she wouldn’t just find a way to make it boring, she’d make it super ditsy since that’s the personality she’s going for now. Learning to cook? She’d probably set something on fire again. Workout routine? She’d buy a bunch of equipment without knowing what it is and then act like it’s too confusing to use.

Regarding her visiting her old house: since it’s so sentimental, why didn’t she have all the kids there with them, and maybe even bring a “bon voyage” cake or something. The older ones will remember that house. That would have made better content. But no. Only clickbait to add some old footage.
