This is a good point. I think it’s safe to say that NO, she would not be ok with it. “Wow boys, I’m so sorry you have to travel so far away to see your father who sits at home all day while his wife exploits you on YT. Do you really want to go over there? Are you sure? Is it fun there? No really, do you want to visit your dad? Look at the camera boys!”

I can't imagine having to see them on YT with their stomach hurting because most likely he had anxiety, I remember Jess saying that Caden laid down in their tub for quiet and his stomach was hurting. They didn't even have a bed.

Haven’t been here in a while but this sunburn situation is annoying me. I see some people mentioning sunscreen is parenting 101 and I feel like that is an understatement, sunscreen is common sense 101. Even a reasonable, responsible 16yo would remember to put sunscreen on kids they were watching. Drake not putting sunscreen on the boys is a huge no no. He was in charge and the blame is 100% on him but supposedly his parents were there and his girlfriend too, so I’m just baffled no one thought of it.
Regardless, Jess once again keeps exploiting her sons’ pain and Drakes failures for views and money. What a way to deter your ex from staying in his kids life. He’s a terrible dad, we all know that but instead of working with him for him to improve, she works against him, denouncing him to the internet at every chance. How fucked up is it that just a few days ago she talked about privacy and here she is “exposing” the father of 3 of her children every other week.
And the hypocrisy is just hilarious. Addie is a walking sunburn every summer and she still hasn’t learned.
I think because we’re focusing on Jess people think we’re blaming her for the sunscreen situation, which is not the (my) case. Drake is the only one at fault for that. But Jess is *kinda* like those parents who make their kids minds that their other parent is awful and the kids eventually accept that, whether or not it’s the case. She shines a light on every single wrong move D makes, erasing the (few) good things he does and the result is simple: the boys don’t want to go there, Drake feels he’s walking on eggshells and probably like might as well not take the boys, doomed if he does and doomed if he doesn’t and her viewers put her on a pedestal and diss Drake at every turn.

I think it's awful that none of the adults put sunscreen on the children, but I think it's hypocritical of Jess to act like it's a horrible thing to have happened when she's done it countless times. Her children would have already had a couple of sun burns this year if it weren't for the pandemic. Poor Addie was red the entire Florida trip.

Exactly, if Jess had mentioned it briefly and moved on, people would say "I hope the boys feel better soon, those look like they hurt." But instead Jess had to make a show of it. She brought it up repeatedly, she titled and thumbnailed the video after it. She went on and on that she couldn't believe no one put sunscreen on them, when Addie has had a bad sunburn every summer she's been alive. Was it a fail on Drake's part? Absolutely. But Jess is so damn obnoxious and hypocritical. If parenting is so hard, like the meme she posted says, why not cut Drake some slack?

drake obvs should have used sunscreen but does messs ever use it lol? she didn’t pack any either. also kids learn in school at field trips and i’m sure ~in california~ that u need to wear sunscreen so they should have known to wear it but then again they’re used to messss’s parenting

i’m sure landen’s sunburn did hurt but messs being overdramatic with her expressions of anguish was ridiculous and that kid is so freaking whiney. we all know aloe vera is soothing on a sunburn jesus it’s not rubbing alcohol. jesss is coaching and babying that kid way too much

lots of carbs and junk in that camping haul! where’s the produce? the junk products way outnumbered the veggies and fruits, but they’ll probably be neglected anyway.

My kids have gotten sunburnt even when sunscreen has been applied and reapplied. It happens. Mentioning it in a video I understand, but to make it the title and thumbnail? She’s just asking for views and attention. Which is how she gets paid so i get it ... but lord. Get over yourself. You act like you’ve never let your kids get sunburnt before under your care.

It’s a combination of weight gain and her implants finally ‘dropping and fluffing’. Plus those unsupportive nude stretchy grandma crop bras she wears and promotes does her NO favours. She really should have stuck to eating well and exercising, I personally think she looked better pre surgery. She didn’t NEED a tummy tuck to fix her hernia, she could have had a paraumbilical hernia repair with mesh (which probably would have been covered by her insurance- though I’m not sure how insurance in America works as I’m Australian) but now she’s stuck with a cats asshole of a belly button, giant saggy boobs, a horrific tummy tuck scar and has ended up putting on a massive amount of weight in a short amount of time. And the fat isn’t being evenly distributed because she also had lipo (which she’s lied about). God the amount of regret I would have if I were her...

I know Drake stuffed up, I already said that above. But I wonder if that’s why Messss agreed to send the boys, so she could use any little thing as dramatic fodder for YouTube.

I agree Drake should have put sunscreen on the boys. Jess should also send sunscreen with the boys. When my kids were little. My older boy is Jesss’ age we put sunscreen on everyday. It was part of our morning routine. If we didn’t they would say something. It was a morning message getting it on. We sang a different song for each kid and body part. Obviously sunscreen is not a daily routine for Jesss’ kids. She has her heart set on alienating the boys from Drake. She is passive aggressive. Those boys are half Drake and every time she criticizes Drake she is also criticizing half of the boys.
My brother’s ex wife moved across the country with their daughter. Not for a job, not really for anything. She said it was to be closer to her parents, but she moved to a city 6 hours away from them. My brother passed away and my niece said I wasted so much time feeling I had to choose a side and now he is gone and I will never get that time back. My heart breaks for her. She couldn’t come to his funeral either because of COVID-19.
I hope Jesss, Chris, and Drake all mature and realize what is at stake. Three little boys.
