I’m kind of confused as to why They put forth so much effort into buying 2 houses... it doesn’t take 3 years to build. I’ve seen houses built in 5 months. I know It looks like the land needs some work but I just don’t get it and she’s talking about doing all this work to the house they will be living in... I just don’t understand the logic. Why not rent for a year? I mean unless they keep it as an investment property? I am surprised they managed to do all this while no selling the current house yet.

She said they don't want to build right away because they might end up not liking living there so they're going to wait awhile to make sure they want to live there permanently. Alex would never rent because it's a waste of money. I'm thinking he must make quite a bit of money and, with their current house paid off, they can just bank his salary. People have made quite a bit in the stock market recently too.

I wonder why they need 4 acres. Maybe he plans to subdivide it and sell off smaller lots. The land just looks like a bunch of trees to me but I guess they want privacy.

And of course she said today that they aren't using a realtor to sell their house.

So I have their house saved on Zillow. The house was off the market this morning but now it's back on at $645k. I guess they realized their asking price was too low lol

It might have been too low but they didn't get any offers and she said they had a lot of showings. Someone would have seen that it was a bargain and made an offer.

I wonder if they are looking for buyers who have more money since the people who wanted the second showing decided they needed to check on their finances. Alex can pay cash for a house so why would they want to worry about buyers getting a loan. People who can't afford a $600,000 house probably wouldn't look at a $645,000 house. That probably doesn't make any sense. I have no idea what I mean!

I hate to be negative Nancy here here but I’ll tell you right now - they won’t sell their house. That area is filled with beautiful new home developments for that price. Not saying it’s right but that entire area wants NEW.

She’s in for a rude awakening when she moves to Charlotte. The highways here are packed and stressful...sure you can take back roads, but it will take you an additional 45 min to get anywhere. I can’t believe she doesn’t drive on highways. That’s crazy to me.

She said in a video she has a fear of driving on highways- not that she can’t do it. She needs to see a therapist and get over that fear. I’m not sure how you can function in life that way. She’s said before that everywhere she goes she can go via smaller roads and if she needs to go somewhere on a highway Alex or her mom can drive. What’s going to happen in Charlotte with no family around when Alex is busy and god forbid there’s an emergency and she or one of the kids needs to go to a hospital etc.. also what if the grocery store and other essentials aren’t in range from their new house without taking a highway?! Bizarre... not sure how Alex is ok with that.

Um yeah this is so bizarre to me that she doesn’t drive highways.... I know you can get most places going back/small roads but holy shit what a pain in the ass. Not to mention like you said god forbid there’s an emergency and she needs to get to hospital and she is already stressed out worrying about her kids and then she has to get on a highway to get there sooner and she is even more stressed out that could be an even worse situation. Understand if a 17 year old is nervous to get on the highway but a grown adult in their 30’s is just embarrassing.

Another snooze fest posted today. Her ad in the middle was so bad. She’s describing the product then it abruptly cuts to a clip with a voiceover then abruptly back to her talking to the camera.

She blabs about Trader Joe’s and how she loves their pumpkin stuff. No Liza remember last year when you did an entire video on their pumpkin products and didn’t like most of them and admitted to not being a big pumpkin spice person? You did that all hoping to get more views since pumpkin is trendy (basic).

Then she’s rambling about how furniture is expensive - no shit, you thought furnishing a whole house would be cheap? Then she’s talking about getting a new mattress, a mattress in a box so she doesn’t have to buy a box spring. Honey the box spring is the cheapest part when it comes to getting a new bed...

While in the car after the Botox she keeps her mask on as if to do a big reveal of her new lips - but then takes it off saying she chickened out. Then she’s looking at her phone not saying anything for a couple seconds, then starts talking again. Why would you not cut that out? What a sloppy, rushed video.
