It's actually a super good time to sell and buy rn (at least where I am in norcal). Interest rates are super low and the market is insane. A house my dad was trying to buy last week had 70 showings and 15 offers in one day....And that's been pretty typical the last few months where I live.

I have to agree! there’s actually a lot of people buying at the moment despite the pandemic and loss of jobs. like you said very low interest rates.

honestly their house isn’t appealing other than the yard and even then there’s a lot of people who don’t want to deal with the upkeep of a large yard like theirs. and like I said it’s not appealing, the inside is a tad outdated and the weird metal on the wall in the living room and the tiny ass master closet is what would turn me away from buying it.

I think he just had someone he hired to do it and not something HOA covered. Especially seeing what their HOA fees are ($55 a month) I can’t imagine that covers anything lawn maintenance related for their home with the exception of cutting down Khoas precious trees every few years to make sure the wall that blocks them from the highway stays structurally sound. I can see the yard enticing families but regardless they are priced too high considering they added very little in value to the home while they were there. They claim it was all freshly painted last year but I don’t remember that (could be wrong) and khoa points out his lemon and lime tree as if those 1 year old trees are a huge selling point Plus they’ve made videos about their stuff being broken into and having safety issues there so if anyone looked up the address and saw those that would be a major deterrent

Sorry, this may make me sound crazy but check out the latest video clip on her Kickass IG and tell me it doesn’t look like these have to be fake/hollow weights?

She’s barely grasping them with her fingertips. Even a normal fit person couldn’t just hold 8-10lb weights without a full grip

I doubt they will address selling that house. Nonie will probably get an apartment and they just wont film there. I am shocked it is still not sold only because of location. I don't see them dropping the price either.

They could have had an inspection prior to listing it so all of that was included in the contracts before an offer was put in. Or communicated that it was being sold as is, I know the listing doesn't say it but they could have accepted a low offer to sell as is or get rid of it.

I wonder if Nonie is already living there. I noticed she was there for Sunday dinner but they usually go to her house, I mean the house they said was hers that's now pending. Will they address selling it? I guess Nonie gets the room Jackie was in

If they do address it how will they spin it. Too much house for Nonie? Stalkers? Instead of saying what Khoa owes in income taxes plus the property taxes caught up to them. Or its for gender selection.

It could be that they accepted whatever was offered. I just looked at my in laws property and it was never listed contingent but they paid cash and didn't have to get a loan so I thought that was why theirs moved so fast, Could it be what each realtor changes it to?

it’s actually not that uncommon, I didn’t start giving my son a plate until he was 2 (which sutton is two weeks away from) because before he was two all he’d do is play with the plate and throw it down rather than eat. I think she only gives him a plate when she’s sitting there feeding him like he’s still an infant

yeah wake surfing/wake boarding is super tiring on your arms. I went last weekend and threw in the rope after like two minutes bc my arms were quivering. I don't workout regularly and am super out of shape but I can still get up no problem so I'm not sure what her deal is. Some people just can't figure it out right away, despite being 'fit'.
