The room reveal he seemed sad for sure. He's usually the talkative/sarcastic one. He also didn't say much when leaving. I can't imagine the chaos those boys are put through that even being there over a month they probably still weren't used to. They are and have always been an after thought. Guess she had to get their room ready since she had guests coming.lagenialester wrote: ↑Sat Aug 08, 2020 8:00 am The thing that seemed the most telling to me was when he said something to the effect of “they’re getting older and having their own opinions and you start to worry about whether or not you’ve been a good parent.”
Maybe he’s starting to worry that they won’t want to come and visit as much now that they’re older. It’s probably hard to have to share your dad with five other kids when you only get to see him a few months out of the year, especially as they get older and want to have more one-on-one conversations with him.
I do think Caden was upset about something based on his tears in the room reveal, but I don’t necessarily think he said to Chris explicitly “I’m unhappy and won’t be coming back” or “your wife is horrible and we don’t like our new room”.

Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
The last 2 videos have just not set well with me at all. The bedroom makeover was absolute trash I can’t stand her decor taste she just takes a bunch of home goods shit and puts it all together and then it looks really tacky. I’m pretty sure tommy liked that room because I’m sure that kid would like anything but Caden I could see that right through his eyes and the drop off that was actually heartbreaking to watch because I’m pretty sure Chris has come to the realization that he doesn’t have a very strong relationship with his sons only when they’re up there.(probably not even then because the boys have to share him with 4 other kids Caden is 10 years old his practically a “preteen” more preteen then Lilia that’s for sure but his also a smart kid so he understand this 100% and as for Jessica she has absolutely no business discussing Ashley and Chris’ co parenting because she doesn’t have good co parenting relationship with any of the other baby daddies partners. With Stephanie she was an absolute bitch about her taking pictures of them, she also super rude to Natalie as well and as for Amber I’m sure she’s mean to her behind her back. She talks about not being involved in their co parenting but she makes herself involved saying she’s had conversations with Ashley but their not super close well no shit there is no reasons for to be talking about her and what she does with her children. You’re not their mother. You don’t have 7 children. You’re a step parent. That’s it period. I don’t care what anyone says she does not deserve that title of being Their “mother” when she can’t even treat them right.

I cant understand why covid is an excuse NOW for not knowing when they will see them next? They travelled there and back when covid was pretty rampant already - things haven’t changed that drastically in both areas has it? If it was that BAD flying has to be worse than driving doesn’t it??
I’d not voluntarily set foot in an airport right now regardless if i was flying or not and our only active cases are from people returning from other countries and they are in controlled quarantine. Airports are breeding grounds for any airborne disease/virus/bug.

Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
I’m not sure what to think about Chris getting so upset when the boys left. I’m thinking the boys were upset too, but we don’t know why.
It could be that they didn’t have a good time visiting or Caden could be really upset at how God awful their new room/guest room is but I think it may be a bit deeper.
Jessica has dropped a few clues that things weren’t great with BM and the house in Southern California. It seems like MB had to move in with family because boyfriend/husband had some legal issues. So things may not be super great at either house.

Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
I just re watched the clip and I got a totally different vibe than what you guys are getting. To me, he was upset because the kids didn't want to go back to their moms. He was emotional that now that his kids are growing and getting their own opinions, he has the reassurance he always needed, that he was doing a good job and it's probably hard for everyone that they have shared custody and not knowing when they would see each other again. I know for most kids, dad's house is the fun house and this is specially more true for them since there aren't many rules at the jessfam house, also I'm sure Jessica is much better off financially than Ashley and as the kids get older they start noticing and obviously they probably want some part of that as well. Like you guys probably say their room sucked and he cried because it wasn't what he wanted but do we know what hiss room at his mom looks like? Maybe this was wow amazing for them, or the room could have been sh** to what they are used to, we just don't know.
That's just my opinion based on what I've experienced with my own daughter and stepdaughter during that age, they tend to want to be where it's more fun and less rules.

Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
Thanks for your perspective. I however do not think they were upset because they like the situation at the mess house better. Because, if that was the case, Mess would MAKE SURE she put that in her vlog because it will make her look better. She does not care about privacy of anyone’s emotions (hence Lilia’s period, the boys sex talk etc.) so for her not showing the crying does mean, allegedly, that it will make her look worse and it doesn’t fit her narrative of a perfect family with seven kids. Caden was happy and excited in a lot of vlogs, but he seems out of it for a while, it’s discussed multiple time here.urusha90 wrote:I just re watched the clip and I got a totally different vibe than what you guys are getting. Was he crying because he will miss his dad? Possibly, but my guess something deeper is going on and Chris finally sees that he is being a shitty parent.

Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
I don't think Chris would be crying if it was that they didn't want to leave. He would be patting himself on the back and Jess would be talking about how great or a dad and step mom she is that the kids like their house better (remember her saying this about Logan wanting to move in)? She has NO filter and does not know boundaries. Shes put Ashley down before so why wouldn't she just throw more shade, like she does with Drake. She would definetly say that's why they were sad instead of trying to cover it up with covid when that wasn't a problem before (Ashley sent them on spring break, let them stay longer even so if she was worried about it she wouldn't have since technically Chris only gets for spring break).
Maybe it hit Chris that them flying takes the only time he truly gets with them without all the other kids. As sad as it is those car rides were probably when they were able to talk to their dad and tell him things.

Yep, Distance Learning for the vast majority of school districts in CA. My sister is an assistant principal in a district in El Dorado County, and the families can either choose DL or a hybrid, on-campus schedule. Those who choose DL will bd assigned to a teacher who is choosing DL as well. 75% are choosing the hybrid model.mayhemmomof5 wrote:Nope. Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
It does make me sad that we know he doesn't spend any one on one time with T&C. The question is why? Is it really Jess's insecurity? Jess and Chris spend everyday together, they both wouldn't want him to have quality time with just the boys?
I still don't understand why Mimi bought a mobile home. She couldn't commute the extra 2 hours daily? Is she even going to be required to go into the school since California is doing distance learning? I guess I am just trying to wrap my head around why they would uproot their lives to live with Jess. They have to live with her to be active grandparents? What is Mimi going to do in the summer? Rent her place out? Unless she owns the land, which I doubt since it's in a park, she is still paying space rent and whatever utilities and taxes.

JFC that “makeover” she gave Addie on Instagram is so gross. Like way to groom your young child into caring only about her looks. She’s going to have a weird complex about her appearance the same way Kaden does about money.

Why couldn’t chris take the caravan and his two boys away for a few nights just them?? Do it over a weekend when jess’s kids are at their fathers.

Her fans are so ridiculous. They think T & C should just move in with Jess and Chris because of covid. Ok so then their mom doesn't see them? Again Chris is the one that moved away from them. And Jess homeschooling 7 (well minus Addie) yeah that barely worked in spring and Mimi was there.

Clear gloss.

He could even take Addie if the boys wanted since she is their sister. Let them all spend time alone and get to know each other better

Jess is a lot of things, but she’s not dumb. Do some of y’all really think she’d post the video of Chris crying if the boys had said they didn’t want to come back or said anything negative about her? She isn’t gonna be as brazen as she is when discussing Drake. Her digs at Ashley are gonna be very subtle. She’s made a handful of off comments about what’s going on with the boys in LA. I got the idea the boys did not want to go back. They have been with Chris and Jess more this last years and I think it’s because things are rocky at home.
I was raised by divorced parents. They got separated when I was 8 and my dad immediately moved on with the woman he was seeing while my parents were married. My relationship with my dad and stepmom and their new kids was rocky for awhile but soon I realized that although I was angry my parents weren’t together my dad *was* happier and my dad and his wife were very welcoming and loving.
My mom remarried and had an infant when I was 13 and I was so quickly replaced and treated poorly by my stepdad and mother and ended up moving in with my dad and stepmom.
I think that’s what’s going on with C&T. That’s my guess, and it’s slightly educated due to some comments Jess was made and what I’ve found on social media’s.
Some of the posters here are dead set on Jess always being the bad guy in any situation. She’s not blameless and she does a lot of iffy things but trying to paint her as the evil stepmother just isn’t accurate. We can focus on the shit she does that’s disturbing (exploiting her kids, throwing her exes under the bus, generally attention seeking behavior) but also understand that doesn’t mean she’s like the worst person to ever exist. I don’t find her relationship with Tommy nor Caden to be bad. She seems like a decent stepmom, although not blameless. I don’t think either of the boys dislike her, I think their situation between both families is really complicated. The room decor fiasco was bad, Caden clearly didn’t like it but she controlled how she decorated her bio kids rooms too.
Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
She’s selfish, insecure and jealous. He has no friends of his own. No job or career to call his own. He’s on a short lease, so he will become resentful and feel trapped if he doesn’t already. He’s a nice, good guy who is under her spell and trapped in her web.Haulnarse wrote:Why couldn’t chris take the caravan and his two boys away for a few nights just them?? Re: JesssFam: Chasing Coyotes at Night with Shorts too Tight (Part 142)
i feel like jess and chris’ decision to add the suite vs more bedrooms (was that it? i don’t even remember the other option.) was based on mimi and poppy wanting to move in with them. that was the plan from the beginning, even if jess didn’t say it. i would be pissed if i were them, spending all that money for it to be empty. at least when they redid mimi’s house, jess lived in the other half with all her baby daddies
