Can they even afford to rent in that area?? I'm guessing they want to move to Florida because they won't have to pay state taxes (it's definitely a perk of living here). But renting in Florida is not cheap! Plus, they have four pets...that's going to be tough to find a reasonably-priced rental with that many pets. They'll be looking at at LEAST $2500-$3000 a month for a house in that area (especially with nearby beach access). They can't even afford their current mortgage.

Are they nuts? They are living in fantasy land! They need to move into a small apartment, sell the big car and pay off their bills. They are going to lose money selling their house at a pretty big loss regardless, so they'll have even more debt when they move.

I don't think they realize they are beyond broke.

Also, eating keto for a few meals doesn't make you lose weight. That was definitely sent for free. It was an #AD.

Did you hear princess Katie acting like a condo was too small for them. You have two kids Katie you don't need a mansion. They are small enough that they could share a room for a year. She is so entitled and out of touch with the reality they are in.

Also, why would someone "rent" to them long term when they are able to get $200 + a night for a short term vacation rental? They need to look further inland in the suburbs of that area of Florida not on the damn beach.

Most Americans live in less than 3000 sq ft and survive just fine. Why does this woman think they need a mansion? Cullen was mentioning condos and she made a face and acted like that was beneath her! Newsflash Katie, just because your parents could afford a mansion doesn't mean you can. She is so obsessed with keeping up appearances. At least Cullen tries to be somewhat realistic.

I'm guessing Katie thinks that's a normal income. When YT took off for them, they probably just thought it would be forever. Lawyers also make a TON, so Kelley and Jay are also really set financially. Katie and Cullen need to do a reset and get some REAL jobs.

Katie's mom didn't work outside of the home. She volunteers, but never worked. (I think you are thinking of Cullen's mom.) I don't think Katie convinced her parents she needed to get a PhD, she just didn't want to get a job and her parents were paying for school. Lots of people stay in school to avoid getting jobs.

No one said she can't. She could also start an at-home office to see kids. They have plenty of room in their TWO basement/garage areas. My sister-in-law runs her pediatric speech therapy clinic from her house. We all know Katie lost her license because she didn't renew it. They are BOTH BEYOND DUMB. Katie wants to be Kelley.
