So Alex is so proud that Cassidy now weighs 4.8kg, or 10 lbs and 2 oz. I wonder how many medical errors she made on the job given that she can't convert these numbers properly. What an idiot.

Anyway, why is Alex so excited that Cassidy has only gained about 2.5lbs since birth? She's nearly 3 months old. The ONE job they had between birth and surgery was to take her home and fatten her up.

She picked up Chipotle, am I the only one who refuses to eat there after they poisoned 100s of people because the staff was nasty in food prep?

Speech and OT day... 🙄 she went to one appt without makeup on lol.
The "Oh my stars" drives me nuts and my grandma used to say it all the time.

Did you notice they got a van? Her one instapost (not story) looks like they are sitting in a car dealership without masks on, shocker there.

Nope not alone on Chipotle! I've eaten there once and got undercooked crunchy rice, cold beans, and nasty guac.

Sitting in a car dealership with a sick baby and your mask off.... Mom of the year here!!!!! I didn't even take my asthmatic kids into the filthy car dealership when I needed to get my vehicle fixed.

They already have the van.

This must be another one of Alex's dreams - having enough kids to fill up a van.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they admit Cassidy to chunk her up prior to surgery. The doctors aren’t stupid, they know the difference between a parent that’s tried everything and a parent that thinks they know sooo much more than the experts do.
Hard to believe that Cassidy is 3 months old and only 10 pound, damn that’s small :(

Interesting that Alex has posted about Katy Croxhall on her story today. When you read her posts (not going to lie, it’s sometimes difficult to read the facts in between all the relentless scripture quotes, but whatever gets her through), there’s been zero unnecessary torture surgery (imaginary ties) and they’ve followed their surgeons advice to the letter.

Maybe Alex could start doing the same.

I have to admit, I just do not understand this boho aesthetic for newborns. Why are all Cassidy's toys these bland beige wooden beads and rings? Babies at that age are stimulated by bright colors and sounds. Why not get her some toys that are actually interesting for her and encourage cognitive development? Every photo of this poor child makes it look like she was born during the Great Depression.

Whoa. Yeah, that’s low. My first was born full term but small (barely 6lbs) and lost a little more than they like to see early on and he weighed somewhere around that at 3mo. He also had a bunch of feeding issues that required time to sort out and a combo of nursing/pumping/formula but still managed to gain slow and steady once we realized there were issues at day 3 of life. I can’t believe how antiformula she is! Even the lactation consultant I worked with was absolutely supportive of using formula.

Also WTF to taking her baby to a car dealership and TAKING HER MASK OFF. That’s just rude and unhygienic. My second babe is a perfectly healthy pandemic born baby and I can count on one hand the number of indoor places the baby has been...the pediatrician’s office. I cannot fathom taking my baby somewhere like that. Its totally unnecessary.

Whether this person on her post is being honest - it’s incredibly
Disheartening the amount of people trying to bully and silence an adoptee. She spoke the absolute truth (whoever it is) and now is getting destroyed by stans.

Are any of you this adoptee on her post?

They BOTH posted about using paper bowls as hats, as if it’s some sort of absolutely hilarious idea.

If this warrants a post from both of them, patting themselves on the back for being fun and goofy parents, I hate to imagine how devoid of fun those girls’ lives are going to be.

Is Cassidy really old enough to be sitting in a high chair like that. I wouldn't have thought so.

Her casual-ness about masks has always driven me crazy. It's not that hard to leave your mask on while you're inside!

Nope, not even close. Six months is the recommended age. My baby is 6 weeks older than Cassidy and I haven't even purchased a high chair yet because he's not ready for solids and can't sit upright unassisted. Putting Cassidy in a high chair is pure laziness, plain and simple. I've never seen two parents pine for a baby for so long, only to turn around and plop her down like a snack of potatoes at every given opportunity.

I can understand wanting to have her more upright (not THAT far though) after/during feeds for the reflux but why wouldnt you put nice comfy rolled receiving blankets on each side of her to give her some support ie make her comfortable? That way she doesnt lean off to the side. She knows an infant's musculature is not ready for sitting up like that. Not only that, Cassie is burning up calories trying to cope with this sitting position. Alex is not a very 'cozy' type of person, meaning she does not put herself in another's place in order to make them soft and cozy. She's rigid and clinical, which is why the floor works so well as a bed for Cassie (and the older girls until the GParents put beds together for them). Cassie is not getting much help from Alex, it's sink or swim.

I find her inability to position her baby comfortably completely baffling. When my baby was in hospital every nurse knew how to support her to be comfortable and safe. How has she missed out on so much basic training? Also, the NG, I know Cassidy takes it out sometimes, but sometimes Alex is saying she’s taken it out. This was always a no no with my kid, as all the nurses were trying to avoid unnecessary trauma, both physical and psychological.

This is Alex’s version of ‘keeping her upright’ for feeds.
Omg. This baby is 10 pounds and being shoved in a high chair. Yet another example of how Alex completely ignores Cassidy’s needs. This woman is NOT maternal at all

Why does Callie have an old toothbrush that should have been thrown out months ago? They can afford IVF, an RV, a new house and a new car, but not a new $1 toothbrush for their adopted daughter.

YIKES!!!! I zoomed in on the picture and those bristles are completely flat and fanned out. That's ridiculous.

My older daughter’s toothbrush looks completely frayed in just a few weeks. While the younger one’s stays intact for months. I have to keep an eye on her brush as she has started brushing by herself now. However, Callie is still little so I am assuming they still help her with brushing her teeth, so this is very appalling as they should have changed it a while back.

What’s surprising is that they didn’t even think of giving her a new one to hold for the picture!!

Exactly! You’d think they’d be smarter than that. But then again, maybe not!
