Can I just say that Rachel’s vocal fry is SO bad? Why does she do that? So many vloggers think it sounds good and it is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Also dairy free cooking is not hard. There are tons of food without milk/dairy in them. She is so weird.
And then the walks at night. She acts like she invented taking a walk with your kid!!! I mean come on.....

Yes! Dairy free cooking is SO EASY. I do it all the time and I'm not even necessarily trying to. If you're actually cooking, and not just heating up some pre made meal, it's really not hard at all. Since she's cooking for a child especially, there should be lots of real food she's cooking with, but it seems like that's really not what she does.

She said something like how she's having to learn all these new meals to cook, but there's stuff like "potatoes, rice, chicken..." As if that's all she could think of lol. Bland. Bet she uses those microwave rice packets too, and doesn't season anything properly. But like, where's the vegetables?!

I just want to know what she was cooking before, if suddenly she has to learn a ton of new stuff??? Because even with food that DOES have dairy in it, it's not hard to sub ingredients or leave stuff out. It's not like baking. I think she really lacks creativity or intuition or just basic cooking knowledge.

I'm just thinking about that microwave chicken recipe lmao, it still haunts me.

Yeah isn’t Justin lactose intolerant? Or maybe he just doesn’t like cheese? Whenever Rash would make a pizza he wouldn’t want cheese on his. You can put a lot of stuff on a pizza that isn’t just cheese and sauce and greasy pepperoni. Idk what she’s on about if she was already making food without cheese for Justin.
Instead of butter use a cooking or vegetable oil.
Instead of cow milk do almon or coconut.
Idk why it seems sooooil hard for her.

I’m late to comment because their vlogs bore me to death and it takes me a day and a half to finish.

Two things:

Dairy free cooking is literally so easy. But i already ate healthy before i gave up dairy due to IBS so it wasn’t hard to make a few changes.

Do they take beau on those walks?? Why get a dog if you’re not going to give them attention. Let alone a high energy dog like an Aussie.

I can't stand this narrative they're pushing that they are in trouble because emma is "infatuated" with kaylee's son (i dont know his name).

I'm sorry but its like 1) they want their daughter and kaylee's son to get together and be like childhood sweethearts.
And 2) it feels like they're weirdly sexualizing a childhood friendship, especially because emma is only 2!! She doesn't interact with any other kids. He must be like her older brother and she looks up to him. He can show and teach her all these fun cool things, like when he was showing her how to fill the bucket. Like, that's so cute! But why do they say oh their in trouble.

My mom was molested as a kid by a family friend or family member and she was very aware of me ever being alone with men besides my dad and brother. And even then, if my brothers friends were ever around she said I could never bother them or be alone with them. Mind you he was 9 years older than me so that's a big age gap.
Why is she initiating this whole idea that just because emma is around boys growing up that it will turn into a romantic relationship. And im not saying Kaylee's son is doing anything inappropriate!! Hes a child. I just think this mentality is so harmful and just pushes stereotypes. Maybe me tying it into sexual abuse is wrong and im overthinking it and its unrelated.

Its just weird that they are already putting this idea in the kid's heads.

I think it’s a bigger deal when you can’t tell Kaylee this directly, or remind her son that we don’t jump off of furniture in the house. Being unnecessarily vague and cagey in your vlog(?) makes you look like an a-hole. Hopefully Rash is just trying to be cute and she isn’t this passive-aggressive with her friend.

It’s completely normal for a 2 year old to jump off of things. I am surprised Emma hasn’t tried it yet. Sure it’s scary to watch your child do something new especially when they could potentially get hurt, but it means they are exploring and testing their limits. She can’t protect Emma from every bump and bruise.
