RachelEarlsVlogs
Re: RachelEarlsVlogs
if Rachel gets pregnant, there goes their travel plans and their youtube views. Traveling while pregnant isn’t enjoyable. Plus with her self proclaimed “back problems” she’ll be incapacitated for the next 9 months and everyone will have to wait on her hand and foot. Some people can do travel while they’re expecting but not Rachel.

Yes. They all care more about talking to people they don't know on the internet than interacting with their children which is stunting their development. Kkandbabyj and Tara Henderson also have kids that were/are delayed.knc6812 wrote:Anyone else notice Wyatt isn’t talking much? He’s what, 15, 16 months? By 15 months, mine was talking away. Obviously in baby talk but he would just talk and try to communicate. Obviously every kid hits milestones differently and we only see a small part of their days but I always worry now after seeing how delayed the Swannies daughter, Emma, is. She’s 2 and probably has the speech of a 1.5 year old at best. I’d hate to see that happen to another kid unnecessarily. What is it with these youtubers who just want to pop the next baby out, not focus on the kids they have and let their kids suffer because of it? Just my musings as a momma....

Yeah I noticed this too. Though like you said we don’t see everything but if he was talking I’m sure we would see it. My son at 15 months would say several words and babbled constantly to communicate and wouldn’t stop till bedtime and I’m not talking about the basic mama dada baba that babies say even without being prompted. They need to spend more one on one time with Wyatt instead of pushing out another baby, all these YouTube mom have delayed kids. They don’t care about their development just the content they provide.knc6812 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 04, 2020 7:50 pm Anyone else notice Wyatt isn’t talking much? He’s what, 15, 16 months? I’m suprised their pediatrician hasn’t said anything. My pediatrician is really on top of everything and is always asking about milestones and whatnot for my kids!

Re: RachelEarlsVlogs
Apparently they don’t have time to worry about trivial things like dr appointments. I remember the pediatrician had to call *them* and ask why they hadn’t brought Wyatt in for his 1 year checkup. And the one time they did do one of those milestone checklists Wyatt wasn’t hitting a lot of them and Harold just said to lie so they didn’t look bad

Re: RachelEarlsVlogs
They probably see whatever doctor is available and not the same one everytime. I know a lot of military hospitals are very low on pediatricians so they might just be rushed through a normal appointment. If they don't bring up the concerns, they're probably brushed right over which is normal.espressoplease wrote:Apparently they don’t have time to worry about trivial things like dr appointments. That’s disgusting. The fact that they were worried about being called out on their shit parenting shows that they KNOW they could be doing better and don’t care enough about their kids to improve and help their kids. No parent is perfect but they’re not anywhere close to even competent.

Leo is also turning 3 and they’re going off for a two month trip... so I guess he doesn’t get checked at a doctor either.

Leo turns 3 on Tuesday. Hard to believe he's that old already. He really is tiny for his age, but Harold is short and Rachel isn't much shorter than Harold so the kids are going to be on the small side anyway.

They're wasting their money coming to alaska. It's cold and everything is closed for COVID in Anchorage. Unless they plan on fishing, hunting of hiking, there's not much to do. It was like 45 degrees yesterday and has been super rainy.

Alaska does seem super odd for a travel choice right now. But then again, air fare is super cheap and inexpensive so that may be why, Why not just wait until the boys are older and travel then? It seems pointless to travel with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They won’t remember anything and I doubt they’re going to enjoy it that much.

Especially with a toddler and an infant. We heading towards winter, people will move indoors that will increase the spread of a serious virus (add the seasonal flu to this mix) that caused this pandemic. Most average parents would not be traveling, but looking for a home to shelter-in-place to prevent getting Covid-19. It is not impossible our country could shut down again in the months ahead.Sunshineee9 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 11:42 am They're wasting their money coming to alaska. They're also not supposed to be doing touristy flights like that until they've had a second covid test but apparently they don't think the rules apply to them.YTIG60 wrote:Especially with a toddler and an infant. Re: RachelEarlsVlogs
I do question if Harold wants to work outside of YouTube and he recognizes without the military aspect of their vlogs, their content will suffer with day to day filming from home. This is where most family channels suffers by filming their lives and viewers start to recognize they're boring like the rest of us. The reason I started watching them was due to the travel vlogs and the home life is where I skip through their vlogs due to the chaotic messing home and boring content.Sunshineee9 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 9:41 pm They're also not supposed to be doing touristy flights like that until they've had a second covid test but apparently they don't think the rules apply to them.

I'm guess I was a bit surprised they are traveling with the kids to Alaska since I though they may stay with grandparents for an extended period of time. It is a long flight to Alaska for this age group.

Re: RachelEarlsVlogs
I just really hope that they don't try to go on the military installations here. They're not supposed to right now but I wouldn't be surprised if they try to go to the commissary since groceries anywhere else will be 2-3 times more expensive than the lower 48. Some people are basically back in lock down because there have been a ton of recent outbreaks in units after people vacationed in Anchorage.YTIG60 wrote:I do question if Harold wants to work outside of YouTube and he recognizes without the military aspect of their vlogs, their content will suffer with day to day filming from home.
