No one is commenting about the baby lying on the couch, flat on her back, clearly being “fed”. While princess alex shows off her “palace”.

There is absolutely not reason why that baby cant be physically held in someone’s arms when she’s being “fed”. Even bottle fed babies get held.

That is so disgusting! Alex and Phil should know by now that is not the way to feed their baby who allegedly suffers from reflux!
They must be doing that on purpose. I don't see any other reason. It seems that Alex loves to create problems so she can feel important. And on what price!!!

Alex is set on sabotaging Cassidy's success. They do not deserve their kids.

Alex should start a decorating vlog and call it 50 Shades of Beige. Good Lord this woman is boring. Why is she so afraid of color? Even her kids aren't allowed to wear anything fun. I remember Alex saying in a vlog that she likes to dress her kids as "little adults", and one of her friends gifted Callie a purple unicorn shirt as some sort of hilaaaaarious gag gift because they knew Alex would hate it.
Having her for a mother must be a real treat.
Actually, no, because treats aren't allowed either. (Unless you do all the dishes mommy didn't do...)

She’s gotta be posting Cassidy flat on her back alone feeding to stir up trouble. She’s repeatedly said that Cassidy is upright for every feed which is an outright lie. True narcissist right there - all talk no action, and dumb enough to believe her own lies.
I would prop my babies bottle up so I could run to the toilet or grab something for my other kids, but the rest of the time they were held, fed, burped, sung too etc. Feeding is an important bonding time regardless of whether the milk is coming from a boob, a bottle or a tube.
That teeny baby laying there on the couch alone whilst MUM AND DAD are both home 24/7 is so freaking sad.

You and I know full well these people would rather die than vote Democrat. My guess is they're closeted Trump supporters. The kind who criticize his morals but quietly give him their vote in hopes of getting enough conservative supreme court justices to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Both Myka and Alex were following Candace Owens on Facebook. I know Myka follows a lot of conservative commentators. Since her and Alex are both still close I Imagine they both have that in common.

Oh my god. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL. Alex is doing the 'just increase the breastmilk volume thing' AGAIN. For fucks sake Alex, you are not a doctor. She says that her 'nutritionist' approved this. What is a nutritionist, exactly? all of these stupid plans and schemes because she just doesn't want to feed the baby fortified formula. That poor baby. She still looks sick. I'm honestly worried what's going to happen when she's meant to be having this surgery in what, a couple of months?

From Alex's IG. Makes me sick that she's trying to compare their journey to that of this other family. I read a bit about it and yes Cassidy and the other baby Vera were born 2 days apart with the same main issue. But little vera went into heart failure and had to have the major surgery at 1 month instead of 4-6 months. Vanderbilt couldn't operate because she was too small. She ended up being life flighted to Atlanta who also determined they couldn't do the operation. Finally ended up in Boston and had an amazingly skilled surgeon do the full repair on this tiny little baby. She's now recovering and doing well. There are 2 older brothers too. But just glance through the IG and you'll see such differences. This family is Christian and talks a lot about miracles. But they also constantly gush about how thankful they are for the medical professionals and speak of them and their abilities and care as part of the miracle. And of course like normal people every thing is about doing what's best for the baby. And a close second taking care of their other kids.

Anyway it really irks me that Alex would ever put herself in the same category with this family and what they've gone through. Yes there will be similarities since the babies need the same surgery. But that's where it ends. I don't know if I can even read here when it comes time for Cassidy's surgery. It makes me sick.

It seems like Alex is SO desperate for her baby to be on strictly breastmilk. There was a reason she was told to put her on fortifier. This baby needs to gain weight. She needs to get over her obsession with breastmilk. Why is she putting her baby through this AGAIN? I’m curious if they even bothered to try the Alimentum...

Most people have a price. Alex's is clearly quite low.

But she's always been hypocritical with diapers. Using disposables have never fit her judgemental crunchy granola views. I always just figured that her laziness with housework overrode her views on toxins and plastic against the skin. Just another example of how she can be bought pretty easily. She adjusts her value system in her narcissistic brain to fit whatever it is she wants. To outsiders, it's conflicting and makes no sense, but I'm sure she's found a way to have it all make sense to her.

TBH, I thought she might have gone the cloth diaper route with Cassidy bc even though plastic toxins are fine for the adopted kids, Cassidy is special. But nope. She's just too lazy. To be fair, she has mountains of washing on the floor normally, so it's probably a good thing that they haven't made the switch to cloth diapers.

DIGOXIN IS WORKING. she wait until the 26/27 min to tell us this.

1. Alex lied and said cassie did NOT have an oral aversion before the feeding tube. Or as Alex said she didn’t oral avert. I guess she forgot what sent her to the hospital. She stopped eating!!

2. Supposedly cassie pulled her tube out ALL the way out with the tape attached. Fishy, considering that Callie was right next to her. Alex did ask Callie, and Callie said no she didn’t pull it out. Seems odd... anything is possible I suppose.

3. Beginning of video Alex took cassie to OT. Heart mamas out there... is it normal that Cassie needs therapy? Or needs help with rolling? Is it due to her heart condition?

4. Phil failed at making pasta sauce... but insisted on wasting sauce to get it right. and still fed it to his family.

5. Kinsley’s hair looked nice at the 22 min mark. Shocking I know! Butttt I should note that they had a dr’s appt that day. so that’s why it looked nice.
