Not just a lake house, a lake house with a million stairs, cold water.. and then to want to be praised for it? Like Justin wasn’t impressed lol at all. & she paid for it all lol .. she even said it subtly in the vlog that she treated her friends. How desperate do you have to be? So she did a pool-based water program 12 months ago with questionable efficacy. That kid is 2 seconds away from death. If she wriggles out of Justin's arms, she's not just sinking to the bottom of a clear pool where he can dive down to get her on the bottom. In the time it takes him to even ditch the ring he's in, she's gone. Two seconds. That's all it will take for her to drown in a lake. God these people are stupid.

NONE of those small children (toddlers!!!!!) were wearing life jackets while they were on the dock and in the water. My anxiety went thru the roof.

I'm going to take a guess and say that lake house is part of a sponsor-type deal. Remember Jessfam just recently stayed in that huge, beautiful house at Lake Tahoe with a bunch of her "friends" as well. I'm thinking VRBO is the newest influencer craze that they'll all sponsor while taking a quick getaway. Remember how they all did Vanity Planet sponsors at the same time?

When they were walk back up to the house and they were like “let’s go sit on the couch” I was just like wow. Why rent a house/ cabin by the lake if all you’re going to do is sit on the couch or by the fake fireplace outside drinking, presumably, white claws. It’s exactly what they already do at home so what’s the point?? Maybe Rash was feeling guilty about making Kaylee watch her kids all the time that she figured she had to do something nice for her friends for once. I bet that’s what it comes down to. We were giving her shit on here so she had to make a point of it out there. Ha ha ha. How pathetic.
I wonder if they even brought the boys down to the lake? I didn’t see them in any pictures at all from this weekend and I don’t think I saw them in the vlog. I could be wrong. But it didn’t look like there was a nice grassy or sandy area to sit down there and that small dock would have been packed with people. Ugh that makes me cringe that no children were wearing life jackets, from just what I’ve seen so far. Idk I kinda hope they prove me wrong and we do see some clip of them wearing life jackets.

*Side note, don’t think I’m going to recap this or the next couple vlogs. Don’t have much time this week. And I still can’t post pictures anyway.

EDIT: Just saw the pic on her instagram of her haphazardly holding both boys in black and white striped Pajamas over the water. YIKES.

Idk if I’m just a helicopter parent, but i would never have stood that close to the water just for a picture barely holding onto twin babies.

No, that doesn't make you are helicopter parent, just like making sure kids are strapped into their cars seats correctly doesn't make someone a helicopter parent. When the consequences are so severe, our risk appetite should drop.

Rachelle and Justin are so dumb that they can't make a basic risk assessment and contemplate the severe consequences of their actions. We all trip over sometimes, drop our coffees... It happens. But if Rachelle drops one of those babies in the lake, her baby dies. And given how she holds them, this is far more likely to happen the likelihood of me spilling my coffee on the floor.

These two literally can't think more than one step ahead. They are why there are so many rules and regulations - to protect idiot people with no commonsense from harming themselves.

I just looked at a few ISR websites. They all mentioned refresher courses through the following years after the initial course to retain the information as well as learn how to adapt what they learned as they get bigger. Clearly the idiots haven't done that. One every recommended testing the child's memory every 4 months or so. They all also mentioned that ISR is the last defense and other safety precautions should be taken to minimize the need for ISR. That person is crazy if she thinks Emma remembers something from a long time ago and would be able to do it in cold water.

Dumb and dumber wouldn’t know water safety if it jumped up and slapped them upside the head. ANYBODY who is acquainted with water knows to wear a life jacket. DUMBASSES probably did go out on jet skis without life jackets too. And IF they went out in a boat, I bet NONE of them had life jackets on then too. It doesn’t matter if you can swim or not you need a life jacket on. Most places it’s the law if you’re on the lake, swimming or boating (or other activities) you need a life jacket on.
