I feel like butter is kind of common. I put peanut butter in mine sometimes Image but that’s just a really odd combo of things Image

Oh wow. I just googled it and it really is a thing. I’m shocked. Well, you learn something new every day.
Probably not a good plan while I’m still working on losing this baby weight though!

Actually, keto people recommend putting coconut oil and straight butter in coffee every morning. Supposedly the fats "jump start" the metabolism and helps lead to quicker weight loss, but I'm not into keto so I can't verify. My MIL loves the stuff, personally I think it's gross. The oil and butter get all over your teeth and it feels disgusting.

Yep, the coconut oil or MCT oil is a keto thing. Butter less so. But the maple syrup is pure sugar and no one on a keto diet would touch that with a 10ft pole. So this combo is weird. It's high fat, high sugar. Literally the worst combo. She might as well go and drink a frappe from Starbucks. It's like she's adding the coconut or MCT oil because it's "popular" and "healthy", but she doesn't realise that anyone who does Keto would be laughing at her.

Godddddd. I've seen her cry before but still, every time, it takes me by surprise. I can't get over it lmao. Is it weird that I want to slap her every time?! And usually seeing people cry makes me cry too, I think her crying is just so fake and dramatic it gets ZERO sympathy out of me. It's like, come on girl. Cut that shit out it makes you look like an actual insane toddler.

The open mouth sobbing. The eyes squeezed shut. THE FIST POUNDING ON HER CHEST. Did she just never phase out of the way she cried as a child? Why? I've literally never seen an adult cry this way. And it's not just that! It's that she *records* herself doing this and posts it online. Does she not feel embarrassed?!?!

You don't feel sympathy because her emotion isn't real. (I've been watching too much of youtube channel 'observe' :D )

Most people can subconsciously differentiate what is a real emotion and what is not. I think it is about the micro expressions that our brains are tuned to recognize.

Let’s add ‘cook’ to The List of Things Alex Thinks She’s Better Than Everyone at, But Actually Can’t Do. Alongside’be a competent nurse’, ‘Feed my baby’, ‘be an average mother’

I wonder if Cassidy is going to need a helmet to shape her head since Alex seems to always have her lying flat on her back. I can’t imagine that it won’t cause her to have a flat head.

If so... I sorta doubt Cassidy will ever really get to wear it. It doesn’t match the oatmeal aesthetic

Oh I'm sure she'll blame it on the surgery why Cass would need one. Because we know it's never her fault.

LOL at the thought of Alex trying to fashion Cassie's helmet with some sort of boho flower crown or floppy hat.

Oh totally! I'm into those YouTube channels too hehe. My fav is "the dialogue body language", so good! She talks a lot about how our own emotional responses are a sometimes the best way to tell if somebody is faking their own emotions.

I don't think I've ever, ever actually felt sad looking at Alex cry. And I don't think it's just because she's fake crying, I think it's also just the entire spectacle of her over the top dramatics. Sometimes she probably does have genuine emotion but she hams it up for the camera, and also the emotion is never for anybody else it's rooted in her own narcissism.

The video Alex made about her sister's death was what brought me to their channel in the first place. I saw the black and white, open mouth sobbing thumbnail and "dead sister" (I forget the specifics) title. I was like, "no fucking way", I could NOT believe somebody would actually whore out their DEAD SISTER for fucking youtube. The thumbnail was next level, shameless drama. It's like what you might expect from an SNL skit about a shameless youtuber whoring out their dead sister for views. I was genuinely really shocked, but I still thought mayyyyybe she was just so deep in her grief she couldn't see straight. But nope, that's just Alex.

I realise now she's just a textbook narcissist, probably trying to mimic what she thinks other people do when they're upset. She can't actually cry for other people but she can cry about herself, so she channels that in order to get some red eyes and tears happening and then she acts out her "what people do when they cry" bit.
