friend of mine worked with jesssfam for a sponsorship. i was blown away by what jess charges. attached image if you are curious

thank you so much for this! i am always wondering about stuff like this...because nowadays even small youtuber with under 500k subscribers live their best life, and I know that its not through yt payments but the sponsorships..it makes sense now. jess is a bigger youtuber so she can charge more..but if a smaller youtuber only charges a fractions of her 17k sponsorship, lets say 5k, and only get 2 sponsors a month...yes, i could go on vacations, ride expensive cars and live in a big house, too with that money.

Well, apparently Jess is "very reasonable" and 500k youtubers charge this amount if not more for video mentions/instagram. She did say Labrant fam charge 50k for an instagram post and 150k for a 2 min video mention. But they are major Youtubers with millions of subs so that makes sense.

Glen worked on a family member’s house for insects last summer, 2019. The family member said she follows Jesss, and after a little talk about her, he said J makes $300k with income and brand deals.

The best thing Jess did was get a manager. I think that's given her even more sponsorships/opportunities. I believe most that went on the disney trip are represented by the same agency (I know T & J are same as Jess).

Jesss will never go broke IMO. She may have a lot of negative traits but she’s very good at her business.

Example: turn off YT comments and tell viewers to head over to IG to comment. And while there, advertise for YT videos. Back and forth.

Ok. I decided to stop watching Jesss. I can’t stand the exploitation and know I’m part of the problem. I probably won’t be successful but I’m going to try. Also I won’t be able to stand Lilia and this YouTube singing career that’s about to happen. I’ll be back when she’s a teen mom . Wish me luck! Best wishes and be strong. Lo. ! I didn’t watch the Lilia bedroom show, nor the Lilia Disneyworld show. Screeching drives me nuts and I detest how Messs is grooming Lilia to be a mini-Jesss. Just from the IG pics.....with twin shoes, poses and even dyed or filtered red hair, I’m disgusted.
It’s hard to watch..... like driving by a bad wreck. You know it’s bad for you but ....

It's sad to see someone so uneducated and tacky as Mess (a long with many of the youtubers in the same category) making so much money putting out mediocre content and exploiting their kids. While she may never go broke, at the end of the day she still has 5 kids to support. Once her influencer status dies out, she will definitely have to go back to living very normal. Plus her shopping habits will die hard.

Yes,kids learn what they live,and jessss has prob. not done anything to discourage it.Perhaps she has even encouraged it.She would eat up the vlogging opps,as would lilia,starting her own teen mom channel

Knowing Jess planned Lilia and then never had to struggle like most teen parents I really fear for Lilia. I hope she doesn't see it as a money maker for herself and she has a built in sitter (Jess) who will enable her like Mimi did her mom. Gabe is too weak to step in.

To be fair she doesnt do a heck of a lot of sponsorships. Not like some influencers. So companies probably see her numbers and think “fuck that” - they could get 5-10 smaller influencers with a combined sub count for less.

All her sponsorship posts come off as shes never ever used the product before, shes so unprofessional across ALL of her social media platforms. I have no idea why a company would see her as a “catch” for advertising.

She has been upping how much she is sponsoring though, and it feels like a lot of them are regular sponsorships that are repeated as much as 2-3x a month, and some on multiple platforms.

Thread up, those science kits, Hello Fresh are each done once a month. That coupon app is 1-2x a month on YT, and it sometimes gets a IG story post. She does facial cleansers a couple times a month.

I am fascinated this, but should your friend be giving out this info to the public?
I guess sponsorships are more important her actual vlogs. It will be interesting to see how long this gravy train runs for all YTers.
