I don’t understand why she also doesn’t just size up if she really likes that style! This is the second or third time we’ve seen her with her shorts unbuttoned like that. If you have to unbutton your pants to relax, you need new pants.

The boys’ feet were all over the doors and back seats of her new car as they wrestled like maniacs. She just looked back and laughed. And they’re always snacking in the car. Why can’t they wait until they get home?! I think most people would want to keep their new car as clean as possible for as long as possible. I certainly do.

Ok, one of the pet peeves I have as a former dancer and dance instructor is that Messs always has her kids wear their dance shoes to class.

There is a reason why studios tell you “No street shoes on the dance floor!” And that reason is because it tracks in dirt, but worse- the flooring is a sheet of rubber, and rocks tear the fuck out of that floor.

So as a self-proclaimed amazing former dancer and dance teacher, Messs should fucking know that those dance shoes get worn on carpet, or in the studio, period. Addy wear’s here all the time. Kyson was still in his jazz shoes when he came out after class. I see all the kids ripping up the taps on their tap shoes by wearing them on asphalt.

I know- it’s a small thing in the grand scheme, but her cousin just moved to a new location, and that means all new flooring. It’s a huge lack of respect to the work Amanda and Dane put in to let her kids tear it right back up.

And yes- the driving and actively vlogging is extremely unsafe. I get when she leaves the camera setting on the dash. Still not the safest choice. But handling the camera, waving it around, passing it around, moving it from face to face- that level of distracted driving is exactly the same as drunk driving. She’s just been doing it so long without incident, that she doesn’t consider it unsafe. It’s like texting.

Honestly, Doesn’t California have a hands free phone law while driving? Because if they do, then she needs to consider the camera to be part of that.

Jess loves that Kaden acts like he does, because he will be a businessman one day (her words). But she calls Kyson the sensitive one as an insult. I go back and forth on Landon. It seemed he was starting to be independent, then the sunburn thing happened and has he went back to Drake's? It seems he was one excited to go and now he looks to be home when the twins aren't (but is Kaden even going now). I see kyson wanting to move when he gets to be a teen

I'm not even a dancer and that street shoes rule is also something athletes are told to follow. You don't wear your basketball/volleyball/cheer shoes unless indoors/on gym floor but not outside (I'm talking basketball cheer not football cheer obviously).

Even when she uses the dash holder for her camera she is constantly looking at the view thing, gotta get those angles.

That can seriously cost the studio thousands of dollars in damage. But then, Jess has never taught her kids to respect any property. Like when that laptop got stolen and Kaden immediately said “we can just buy a new one” (which she obviously just demonstrated is the norm!)

Honestly even if she didn’t know better, the kids should know by now. How does Lilia not know that’s the rule? I’m sure they do know and it’s just a matter of selfish convenience for them.

CA sure does have laws that prohibit hands-on cell use. In 2021 they will change: if a person gets 2 fines within a 36 month period, a point will be added to their DMV record.

In most states, there are laws governing cellphone use, but if they are using a camera, it doesn’t always specifically fall under that category. That said, if they were to get into an accident, they can get nailed for distracted driving in most states.

Yes but Amanda n Dane seem more professional than the Modesto studio.I would've thought they would be pickier abt their place.Seems like jesss just runs over everybody
