Last night on tiktok I did see a few negative comments and jokes about her 'key changes' (honestly don't know what that means bc I don't know much about singing), and some people that even made negative reaction videos if you click on the sound lol. They are still there on tiktok.

So Khoa failed to do an annual report for kkandbabyj so now it’s inactive meaning they shouldn’t be practicing business under kkandbabyj LLC yet they are still doing brand deals so they have to be. I feel like there’s something way more to this situation considering he owes so much in taxes under his name for kkandbabyj. I wonder if they are trying to get everything out of his name so there’s nothing for the IRS to take (disclaimer: not sure how any of that works because I’ve never not paid my taxes). Regardless this, the unpaid business taxes, unpaid real estate taxes, selling the old house, new house not being in their name, etc is all very questionable

Khoa just registered “cars and pho” and “nocs sauce” as Llc’s this month however BAYTS podcast and cape towel (the towel company he hyped up working on a year or two ago as a “secret project” then never stuck with) are both inactive now. So again, shouldn’t be conducting any business as BAYTS right now either

Someone should buy the LLC name. Keren's name is the one on the old house that they owe 2018 and 2019 taxes on. They're both going to get hit by the IRS at some point because who knows what other shady activity they are doing.

When you get time, look into his family’s restaurant. They transfer ownership like every 2 years. It’s been in Khoa’s name, Khang’s name, and now I think it’s in Jackie’s? Really weird stuff.
