Disclaimer: I don’t mom shame and know moms make mistakes and we’re all doing our best. Haleigh is a different story. I remember her IG lives she he would be screaming and she’s just put a pacifier in his mouth. Haleigh, I think your issue is your standards are high enough and you won’t admit it. It’s okay to have expectations of others and to be upset when they can’t meet even the lowest of them. Especially when it’s things like housework, having a job, liking kids/being a present, loving parent and spouse.

I genuinely wish she would stop blaming herself for having realistic expectations and start blaming those in her life for disappointing her. I think she would be SO much happier and her and her children’s lives would be healthier. It’s okay to have those feelings and god’s not going to be mad at you for feeling upset by how others treat you or some shit.

It’s clear now why she struggles finding girlfriends. She thinks very poorly of women. I certainly wouldn’t want to be friends with her!
She had low standards, ended up in a shitty marriage, lowered her standards even more, now she’s jealous of women who didn’t settle.
Also...if you have high standards and can’t find a husband because of that, there’s nothing inherently wrong with that? It’s completely fine to not have a husband. It’s better to have no husband than one who isn’t right for you.
