Is Ruby still going to "school" herself? She hasn't talked about it in a while?

It's ironic that ruby has candy for the trick or treaters but isn't letting her own kids go trick or treating at other people's houses. Ruby should not be getting so close to the trick or treaters and just set the stuff on a table. I guess they don't care if they get covid again or if other people get it.

I believe she said she’s at a stage in it now where she’s practicing life coaching people by taking a certain number of phone calls a day to talk to people. She definitely seems to have lost her initial interest in it though like she does with most things.

Did Ruby watch the Radford family's recent vlog where they had a Halloween party then took the younger children trick-or-treating throughout their home with the older teenage & adult children giving out candy (They had the kids knocking on the bedroom doors)? Because the Radfords did it better than Ruby. However, having her kids go trick or treating in the house instead of door-to-door is something I actually approve of because of the 3 cases of Covid-19 in the household. Still would have preferred that Ruby wore a mask while handing out candy, though.

Don't get me wrong, I am very happy that they did the indoor trick-or-treating and didn't let their kids run out and spread their covid germs everywhere. But, I'm also just confused on how Ruby decides what warrants social distancing and what doesn't. Like, all the rules go out the door when Ruby wants to go on vacation, when Ruby wants to gad about on field trips without masks to prove she's a great homeschooling mother, or when Shari wants to play in her volleyball tournament when she has a whole family infected with covid at home. Hm, lets see the only times I've actually seen them follow some social distancing cautions is when Chad wanted to play football this season and when the kids wanted to trick-or-treat. Funny how all the rules go out the window when Ruby wants to live her best life during the pandemic, but then her kids are expected to be disciplined and mature and follow social distancing when there's something they would like to do.

I also noticed that Shari had another "boy friend" hanging around at the house with her. I get the feeling that Shari is one of those girls that has to be with a guy at all times to feel validation. Like, does she have any female friends? The only 'friends' I've ever seen her with are guys who she acts like she's dating. She just reminds me a lot of girls at my college who were like that. They were always in and out of relationships, usually ended up cheating on their boyfriends with their 'best guy friends', and complained about not having any friends but would blow off any of their girl friends to hang out with a guy instead. It probably stems from her dad problems, but she just seems so consumed with male attention. I, mean, it's not a bad thing to have guy friends. Some girls just get along better with guys than with girls. But it's just concerning when it seems like it's more an issue of having to have guys pay attention to her to feel good about herself than her just naturally getting along better with guys. She's probably going to have a lot of Brevin-like situations, where she gets really close to a guy because he likes her and wants to date her, then she sours the friendship and loses that connection because she starts wanting another guy to pay attention to her.

I had to legit laugh out loud when I saw Ruby's insta post about God and the election in the states. She commented on someone's post saying how it is so important to teach kids tolerance of other people that are different from them. What a joke! We all know how "accepting" Ruby is of people who are different from her white upper-class privileged lifestyle. We all know how "accepting" she is of the LGBTQ+ and of Black people. We know Ruby could never use the Black Lives Matter movement for her own selfish gain! We all know she's not the type of woman who preaches white feminism and only posts about BLM once and never again because it no longer applies to her! That's just so unlike her! (this is all sarcasm if you couldn't tell) GOD, she's such a fucking hypocrite.

Yup, exactly. Some of these Utah youtubers have been ignoring every single coronavirus precaution because they aren't strict "rules" there, but they are using the virus as an excuse to be lazy and not do things for their kids. Jordan Page gave up on Halloween because she saw other people not doing it traditionally (because of the virus) and took that as a chance to be lazy, yet she lets her nanny take her kids to trampoline parks and they had 13 kid friends at their house the other day so they're definitely not fussed about the virus. And it sounded like Bonnie wasn't going to do much for Halloween either, even though she recently flew to Las Vegas just to sit in a spa and hotel room. None of these people can claim that taking Halloween fun away from their kids is because of the virus when they're out doing whatever they want for themselves on every other day.

I felt so bad for Julie in that trick or treating vlog. She was acting as a candy-giver and in the end she was basically left with only couple of candies for herself. She was in tears and actually ''escaped'' Ruby's filming.
Ruby's comment was ''welcome to the adult world''. SHE IS 11 years old! She is still a kid. I think they forget to think about the candy givers and how it should be also their turn to go ''trick and treat'' or the parents should have saved some candies for them too.

I don't like kids eating excessive amounts of candies in a one-go but I can totally understand Julie's disappointment when she realized that she was dealt with bad cards in that game.

Julie and Abby's bedroom looks more like a guest bedroom than one for young girls. No personal touches in it. Then again, I imagine they don't spend much time in it, since there's not much room in it with two big beds.

I have a guest bedroom in my house with more personality. I feel bad for those girls and also question if sharing a room was really their idea.

It definitely wasn't their idea as ruby asked them if that's what they wanted but she knew all along that no matter what they said she was going to put them in a room together.

Yeah, I felt especially bad for her. At the very least Ruby could have set aside some candy for her or bought some extra to give Julie as a "Thank You" for helping out. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Since Abby & Julie are basically being forced to share a room, because I don't believe for a minute it was their idea, it would be nice if there were some personal touches allowed, like maybe pictures on the wall or even wallpaper.

Still no update as to Chad's bedroom situation, though. Is the bedroom Ruby is allowing him to use (I refuse to call it Chad's bedroom because we all know that's not accurate) still inhabitable post-window well flood? Where is he sleeping? On that mattress we saw on the floor in the school room during an earlier vlog? Back to the bean bag?

I watched the vlog and poor Julie seemed so like fake yay!! i've got to pretend to be excited for this for moms vlog.

The bit about the room looks just as nice seemed very odd and cruel like OMG you can keep a room clean! I was expecting it it turn into a ruby rant like you havent made the bed right and the sheets arent staight. The girls rooms are so bear! 2 yellow pillows are as personal touch thats all, its so sad.

Also that wallpaper doesn't seem like something a teen would pic, it seems more tropical hotel that teen room, probably they dint choose since everything is Ruby's an they are only temporary guests still they are 18. hey at least its some colour!! better than poor chads flooded room that they probably havent fixed yet.

ON the new house tour in Eve's room she had a few toys out and ruby was like this room is so much bigger you can have toys in your room now- she had like 2 ponies and a toy fence- you never see Eve or russel with Teddy bears or tractors or other toys, do they not have any?

At least eve is now reading age appropriate books now. It's funny how ruby said some of the books Russell was reading gave him attitude problems and made him all sassy as that is how ruby acts sometimes. I also don't like how they talking about Abbys skincare in the vlog as I wouldn't like it if my parents filmed me talking about my skin care. I also thought that Abby didn't like the clothes that ruby bought for her but she was hesitant to say she didn't like them for fear of getting in trouble or not being allowed to get clothes again. It's very funny why they are hiding Chad from the videos. It's almost as if they don't consider him part of the family anymore as he has less privileges than anyone else does.

What I find ironic is that they do these 72 hour kits and are prepared for things to go south, yet when there is an actual pandemic they could care less about their safety.

I wish I could like this 10 times. I've never thought about it that way but YES. Those 72 hour kits are literally an excuse to shop and spend money for Ruby, and they all seem to present them like "look how prepared we are and you're not". While the rest of us are wearing masks, staying responsibly distant from others, and making big and small sacrifices for our own health and especially for others. We are the ones who are prepared for the CURRENT emergency while they ignore it. But Ruby and the rest of the Griffiths are too selfish for that. They seem to imagine a situation where they have to run from their house with these 72 hour kits - is that "living in fear" then, like Ruby and Shari have called it? Shouldn't they just trust god that whatever happens will happen? No, they're in theory prepared for those types of emergencies, so why is their behavior so grossly different in an ACTUAL emergency? Disgusting, selfish people.

GOOD. Now the church has to say so for any of them to actually take it seriously.

I don't care to watch Shari do her homework and pretend that she is smart when we all know she isn't as smart as she claims to be. Also comments are back up again on her channel.
