I was watching Kyra's stories of her explaining the belly band and my sister (who watched them up until Alaya was born and then was done with them) was like "Everytime kyra tries to sound smart/knowledgable about something, she just sounds even dumber" hahahahaha

Oscar seems to think this baby isn’t cute ( he doesn’t say those exact words) because she looks like him. They all look like him, Averie is the only one I can actually see Kyra in.

None of their kids as babies/infants/toddlers are cute. This one has the chub to contend with too. They have the kind of babies you see in a store and say “oh your baby is soo cccuuuu-tttte” when you’re struggling to find the right descriptive word!

I’m curious if Oscar has a vasectomy scheduled yet because you know the second Kyra can “accidentally” get knocked up again she will try and she has said before they never use protection. Honestly I don’t know why he didn’t have it done before the baby was born. Kyra will probably try and convince him to not get it

I think they will have a 5th as well. I had back to back babies and can't imagine doing that after c-sections. The look kyra gave Oscar each time last was mentioned tells me she's not done.

There’s a video that was posted not too long ago (but from a long time ago because of course that’s their uploading schedule) where they talk about the name and Kyra says she only loves it because of the nickname she came up with. Oscar picked it out and Kyra absolutely hated it at first. Kyras name that she has picked out was horrendous to Oscar.
So I don’t think Kyra actually even likes the name Aura. At least she didn’t before but can we blame her lol. I want to know what her name that she had picked was.

This is where I'm confused. I watched that not too long ago and they said Roo made sense with the name they chose, that Oscar liked the name and Kyra could use Roo because it made sense with the name. I don't think this name (Aura) is the name they are referring to. Because she bought 2 name plates but Jean was definetly the middle name. So it was which first name they'd be using. Even if that is Oscars name she doesn't seem to care about first names as much as she does nicknames.

Oh yeah! I forgot they picked two names. So I wonder who picked Aura

I finally created an account just to throw my name guess in the mix

At 4:28 in the "Newborn's First Day" vlog you can see the board pretty clear for a split second:

there's a connecting line between the A and the U and I actually think it could say Arura - which would make a lot more sense for the nn Roo than Aura. So that is my guess

now that I'm here I want to get two other things of my chest:

1) I still can't get over their lame gender reveal - after dragging the upload out foreeever they posted a video with them sitting in the kitchen and staring at Kyra's phone and then blabbing on about a name for the baby (one that Kyra liked) only to name the baby completely different in the end (this new name now that Oskar likes and that goes with the nickname Roo) - makes me even more upset with the gender reveal in hindsight haha

2) I actually think that Oskar is trying to treat his kids equally but Kyra is actively saboting him and lets her own favoritism show. Whenever he's trying to discipline Levi, Kyra's jumping to his rescue, whenever he's saying something nice about Alaya, Kyra's quick to jump in and tell everyone that she's actually a "brat" most of the time^^. And I think she's jealous that Averie favors Oskar (I think it's just because during Averie's first year of life Kyra was off doing her BBK thing) and takes it out on Oskar and tries to make him look bad by always passive aggressivley saying that Averie is his favourite^^

3) not using protection is *actively trying* for a baby. I'm so over this whole "I can't believe I'm pregnant... I mean, no, we weren't using protection, but we weren't aCtIveLy TrYiNg."

I can't see there being enough letters for Arura but I can see the potential for it to be Rura instead of Aura which I first assumed it was ( at this stage it wouldn't matter lol, they all sound awful except for Aurora which I don't actually like but would be acceptable in this case haha )

She said on her ig stories that Roo is just a nn she liked. I do think they switched from whatever Roo was nn for (in her one video she said the nn would "make sense" with the name once people heard it, now we know they had 2 names).

I bet next video is meeting the siblings, not even the name reveal. I can understand not wanting family finding out on ig/yt but chances are they had already told grandparents, Kyla, etc. She's just using it as an excuse not to announce it before a vlog that will bring views can share it.

Also on her ig stories today she said she is a hard worker, she can barely get a few vlogs up a month. And when have they stuck to the every other day vlogs?

Ohh, hmm, well several people have posted and continue to post that Kyra said she liked Roo bc it actually went with the name.
