Levi, Alaya, and Averie meeting "Roo" was cute.. mostly Levi giving Alaya a hug and Alaya and Levi being so excited to see each other and the baby and the way they asked questions. Averie, was a bit much with the baby... I think they should have taught her a bit more "gentle" before the baby was born, like they did with Alaya, before Averie was born, and with Levi. But, she'll learn. And when Averie ate the ground, that came out of nowhere! Poor thing.. so so lucky that her body didn't slide her into the corner of the island, and make her head hit. Oscar and Kyra do some crappy things, but... this vlog was a better one, that showed a not so bad side.

I am happy that Alaya gets to go and have one on one time with Kyra's Dad, he seems to really love all his grandkids, and not have a favorite/s like Oscar's Mom does. Does Oscar's Dad have a favorite? Anyone know?

I completely agree! I found the vlog a little sad, such a special family moment and Alaya wasn't there. 3/4 of the video was just Levi and Averie.
They should have either introduced them one at a time or all together.

Levi being near the baby have me a bit of anxiety, he kept doing flips and jumping on the bed near the baby, almost kicked her too many times.

I will say, the moment between Oscar and Alaya was very sweet and you could tell how excited she was for the baby to be there.

I know that for YouTubers having a baby will get lots of attention. In the future, when YouTube is dead and gone, there are going to be a scary load of kids with all kinds of problems which have come because they were born to create money for their parents. The Stauffer kids are a prime example of that. And Sam and Nia; there are so many existing issues there already that they should taking seriously any sorting out NOW, away from the spotlight, but what do they do instead? Have another baby. It’s madness.

But I genuinely do not believe that to be the case with Kyra and Oscar. And while they may not be book smart, and I don’t necessarily agree with all of their decisions, I DO think that their relationship is not just an opportunity for show and tell, and I do think they’re good and loving parents to their kids. Of course they’ll make mistakes, every new parent has to work things out for themselves, it’s not like babies come with instructions. I think if anything they over-compensate with their kids, we know that Kyra especially had a rough childhood and I reckon they’re determined that their kids won’t have to go through the same thing.

When Kyra found out she was pregnant with Averie she and Oscar had been in a bad place, and they had been working through it. Kyra was genuinely terrified that putting another baby into the mix might ruin everything they’d worked for. That to me shows some level of maturity. And they could have milked Kyra’s miscarriage from the moment the blue line showed up on the pregnancy test, but instead they kept it to themselves until they got to the ‘safe’ stage, even from family and friends. Having been through it myself it really bugs me when people use miscarriage for YouTube gain (and yes, I am looking at you, Keren)

And maybe they had a name for the baby but she just didn’t suit the name when they got to see her so they’re coming up with a new one? Although probably in the time it’s taken me to type this essay the name blog is up

They planned Averie. If she was truly terrified of throwing another baby into the mix because her relationship was shit, she never would have gotten pregnant in the first place.

Kyra and Oscar are only together because of Levi. They have nothing else to base their 6 years and 4 kids long relationship on other than the kids. If Oscar follows through on his vasectomy, they won’t last.

Nope. She was planned.
They were trying for a fair few months. Then Kyra said they decided to stop actively trying and just see how it went. They were not using protection. But she was already pregnant at the time.
It was in this video. At 7ish minutes. I do believe they went more in depth in another video but it’s late here and I can’t be bothered looking for it lol.

Yes! They're always ragging on alaya for being bad/naughty yet it seems like levi is worse. It's like they literally don't see all the bad things levi does. The only thing alaya has ever done "wrong" was be born at the wrong time, and they clearly resent her for that.

Aww, I know everyone here says Levi's a brat, but I thought he was so sweet with Nameless Roo. It's not his fault that Alaya wasn't there and she's treated like the second fiddle, and it's not his fault the adults didn't teach Averie to be more gentle so he took it upon himself to try to protect the baby. Anyway, he doesn't seem to mind at all that Kyra "keeps throwing sisters at him." I actually get the opposite impression. And this might be stupid, but I got a little emotional realizing how big he is now. It feels like he was that tiny little baby just the other day, and now he's a whole ass kid. Time really does fly.

Just saying Alaya was born Feb 16th of 2017, her name reveal was posted Feb 17th and her birth vlog was posted Feb 19th.

For Averie the birth vlog was April 14th and the name reveal was even earlier than that on April 7th.

They have drug this shit out way too long lol

I think they're just that lazy and stupid. I think they're overwhelmed with all 4 kids and tired that they're forgetting YT doesn't know the name, like they already announced it so they think they're okay.
Like I know some of the bigger Yters wait a week which is still Ludacris but I get it.

More than 2 weeks for a name announcement. No, the longer they wait the more it hurts them. They're just dumb. People have lost interest and I'm not saying I'm invested in them enough to be concerned about the name but like... its a curiosity, I just want to know the name and its been so long Its almost upsetting. This baby isn't special. Sorry.

Seriously. I'm curious about the name too but it's ridiculous that they only started filming the name reveal video yesterday. They think they're going to get a ton of views because of the anticipation but honestly at this point I feel like more people have lost interest in watching them the same way they've lost interest in filming. I decided I'm not even going to watch this video I'll just wait here for a recap or someone to post the name. And yes that's petty of me and it's just one view but that's the way I feel
