Has anyone watched the latest Dad challenge video with Gabrielle's dad? I hope that poor thing gets out of that house.

Yes I saw it and I feel so awful for Gabrielle. I don't keep up with this family too much but the mom Melissa seems extremely controlling and just straight up crazy! From what I remember from the video, she mentally and physically abuses Gabrielle and even forced her to shower with her step dad? Gross. DCP also asked her dad why she doesn't just leave and he said because she just wants her mom to tell her she loves her. I think he also said that Gabrielle has said something along the lines of "I wanna go live with my dad" and Jeff was just like "Yeah maybe you should." Thats just heartbreaking. I can also see Gabrielle being very protective over her little sisters and not wanting to leave them behind. The whole situation is just so awful and its obvious that she is not loved in that home. I hope she can find a way out of there asap but it will be very difficult with how controlling Melissa is.

Melissa has threatened her that if she leaves she won't be allowed to visit and see her sisters. She is one sick and twisted b*tch. Gabrielle is sworn at and slapped if she doesn't film right the first time. I feel awful for her. DCP even offered to give her all the money from all his videos about her family plus a camera and editing software so she can leave and pursue her own channel.
I really hope she sees she can leave and exposes the shit out of family vlogging channels

Melissa saying that the period videos or bra shopping videos are for the "single dads" is a slap in the face to single dads. If a man can make a baby he most likely knows about periods and bras. I was raised by a single dad, I'm thankful he never made these things awkward. I understand some dads might feel uncomfortable but I guarantee they still do it. They aren't watching a video how to, they just do it (freaking out or not).

Thank you for the response! Thats understandable. I remember them saying that Gabrielle begged for her father to not do the video. Even though they had good intentions, I can definitely see how it can be harmful for Gabrielle. I was wondering that as well. It seems like he did not know about that until the dad brought it up, but if I were in his situation I would have stopped in right there.

His vlogs aren't live, so he knew that she didn't want it done but he still chose to air it? Also if the respect and privacy thing is supposedly so important to him you would have thought that he would have bothered to try to find out in the first place? I'm no fan at all of the family vloggers using their kids, and I do think that some of his intent is good, however as he has gained some notoriety he also has to examine some of his own practices as well?

I was telling my Mom about it the other day... and she wanted to watch it, because she couldn't believe that things like that ae happening and no ones doing a thing about it, and then the video was gone when I went to show her.

I think he can do these videos, without calling out the kids names constantly... he just draws attention to them IMO. We all know that all these YT families are crap, to be putting their kids online the way they do... knowing that there are predators out there getting a kick out of watching them.. so, why give them names to go look up more, if they didn't already know of them? Just my opinion.

I saw this video too but I couldn’t watch all of it as I was so disgusted by Gabrielle’s father. He doesn’t come across as being a man who can be trusted. The impression I got from this is he was looking for some form of notoriety, not that he has his daughter’s best interests at heart. In fact I’m not sure I even believe much of what he said. I don’t like the family vlogger scene but this interview and Josh’s channel is taking it a step too far. Why does one man feel it’s his duty to take down family vloggers? Does he think of himself as a saviour? I think he has just found a niche and he wants to exploit it. He’s hoping to make a living for himself from this channel.

If the “other baby” were viable, it would have been seen and a heartbeat would have been seen and heard by now. Vanishing twin syndrome is very common in the first trimester, especially when you have a very early ultrasound. Most women don’t even know they had a vanishing twin because they vanish before they get their first ultrasound.

Literally and she even has "twins" in her bio and keeps clickbaiting twins! twins! twins! when it hasn't even been confirmed, and if it hasn't been confirmed yet then it is unlikely it will even be twins. Like don't put "twins" in the title of your videos if you don't even know yet!
