So I'm going to go ahead and breakdown how I think this Christmas gift giving at the hospital is going to go down.

1) Brittani will do a vlog on this. Due to the nature of its content it will garner her brownie points, asspats galore, and most importantly-VIEWS. Views equal more money(again due to Crew) for Brittani.WIN WIN in her mind.

2) Brittani will make damn sure every family who receives her gifts know exactly who and where they got them from. This will earn her more followers on instagram and you tube as the families/ close friends of families/hospital staff will start following her.Another WIN WIN.

3) Brittani will be tagged by these families in their stories. In turn she will repost all these stories showing her viewers how wonderful and generous she is.Final WIN WIN.

So with the time and generosity of her collaborators and her viewers and followers (not her) she ends up with more bank, more subscribers, and more followers. I think the actual act is an awesome one- but it will undoubtedly be done in a way that profits her the most.

Yeah it does bother me she will make sure everyone knows where the gifts came from. Why can’t it just be an act of kindness. Not lookin for ass pats here but every Christmas season we bring gifts to the children’s hospital, not as much as B but besides the point and never have I made a point to let them know it was us. It’s just like when ther you tubers will knock on a random persons door and “pay their rent” they do it all for the camera and for the ass pats.
Brittanis New Years resolution should be to stop profiting off Crews death.

I can't decide if she lets him sleep in a bed with blankets because she thinks what happened to Crew can't possibly happen to them again, or, if maybe Crew didn't die from a sleep accident after all.

I know we're done talking about theories, but I've always wondered if one of the older boys did something to Crew by accident while he was napping alone, so that's why she's not worried about him sleeping with blankets.

Maybe she's been busy keeping the older boys away from this baby to prevent anything happening again.

I don't know if I'm making sense. But nothing she does or is doing makes sense. If my baby died mysteriously in a big bed with blankets, you can bet I'd have my new baby sleeping in the safest place possible, always.

I personally think Crew's death was absolutely related to unsafe sleep. I personally believe the story that he rolled and was trapped between the headboard or wall and mattress. I think he was napping alone and not yet rolling when awake so they thought he'd be safe.

I would guess that in the photos we are seeing of Cole she is in bed with him or in the room with him when he's sleeping in her bed with blankets and pillows. Because (I think) Crew didn't die from blankets or pillows and he was unsupervised, she's not worried about something happening to Cole. I know I have mentioned it before, but she very much implies that bad things won't happen to her kids, though her actions like letting her boys use scooters without helmets/with badly fitting helmets, taking her newborn shopping in a pandemic, and posting countless examples of very unsafe sleeping situations.

For someone who has had bad things happen to her she sure isn't worried about bad things happening to her.?!

It makes me absolutely sick every time she posts a photo of the baby covered in some giant blanket. How is she so careless and ignorant?!? It is SO infuriating. I seriously think she needs a CPS visit. I'm not saying the kids need taken away but she needs someone who will be absolutely honest about the dangers in the home. No one in her life is being straightforward with her and something else terrible is going to happen. It's just a matter of time.

Okay so I only have 1 kid, and I know all moms are different but like... the more I think about it the weirder it is that she put crew alone in a room that isn't her house on a bed.

Last Christmas, mind you it wasn't in a home, my brother booked the party room at his apartment complex so I didn't have a bed or room to put my son down to sleep but towards the end he fell asleep and I just held him. He was only 6 months old and even through all the noise and yelling and talking he slept for like 30 mins.

Why didn't she just hold crew while he slept? Or bring a pack n play?? Again, I know she has 3 older boys and yeah maybe they're noisy but like, why didn't she say Jeff please handle the older boys crew is going to sleep. Or why didn't she take 30 mins and stay with him in the room while crew napped? I'm SURE no one would've said no you can't leave the party for 30 mins/an hour.

Not even taking into consideration safe sleep, this whole situation was preventable.
Maybe I'm a little too much with my son, but if I were in her shoes I would've said hey my son needs a nap I'm going to your guest room for an hour while he sleeps and I would've later next to him to make sure he was fine. Plus the peace and quiet would be nice, right?

I just came to say that I watch Kristen Kasper too and she just lost her step dad and the emotions she has showed are absolutely nothing like Brittani has showed. Like the quivering voice when she talks about stuff and like things shes been sent by companies for him... it is just night and day and that was her step dad not even her own child. Just so strange.

I also only have one child but have had some of the same thoughts. My daughter is 2 weeks younger than Crew and I take her monitor with us if I know she is going to sleep while we are gone and we are at someone’s house. Shoot I have even set my phone up and used FT to watch her if I absolutely needed to lay her down. It will never make sense to me that she lay her baby down in another room on an adult bed without any way to actively watch him.

If babies don't get used to sleeping with a blanket, they won't think they need one. My daughter is 18 months old and has never used a blanket to sleep, even when it's cold out. Her room is the hottest room in the house, but even when it's cooler, she's used to sleeping without a blanket and she sleeps just fine. I just don't get it; knowing something isn't safe anyway, why even introduce it to your baby when they're under a year old?

That, and if one of your children dies, regardless of how, why wouldn't you want to protect all your other children in every way possible?

To be honest I think she started adding the blankets to take *pretty pictures* and now it’s just a habit she doesn’t even bother to think about.

I also think her lack of safety initiatives comes from 1. Absolutely deluding herself into believing whatever caused Crew’s death, it was not preventable, so she doesn’t feel guilty. 2. Because it wasn’t preventable she doesn’t need to change because bad things don’t happen to her (they happen to other people ) and probably combined with that, the idea that because one bad thing happened another one cannot possibly happen. 3. She has totally distanced herself from the pain of the actual loss and deals with it with the idea that Crew is just ‘somewhere else’ - like still at the hospital, which is also why her younger kids haven’t coped or processed it at all. Which also explains her being overwhelmed delivering gifts to the hospital, because she has to process that grief that she has otherwise been pushing off.

Anyways, I hope those kids get the support they need.

Didnt someone donate 2,000 recently to add to the donation and she mention it on instagram? Well as soon as that happened, then she went to target and I did not see 2,000 worth of stuff. She kept saying she bought more of these and more of that and that she went back. The shopping cart should have been packed. Not to mention the previous money from months ago and the candles now. On another note, She kept mentioning no sleep well yeah you have added another kid and she finally realizes that it is not easy if you “properly” take care of one baby let alone the rest, if she really is. Her kids need therapy, she is obviously not talking to them if the kids are still mentioning stuff and not understanding the situation and then they hear her mention crew while on instagram so they have all these questions on videos.

My cousins baby died from unsafe sleep at daycare (he had a blanket ), so I know there are people out there who don’t realize the dangers of blankets and infant suffocation. The pics of Cole with a blanket on their big bed leaves a bad taste in my mouth, even though Brit is probably right there in the room. Something can happen so quickly, that sweet babe is so tiny and defenseless.
