This makes me laugh, the Beastons are supposedly moving too but they haven’t announced anything. Brianna K has been beating them to the punch lately and I’m totally loving it!! First it was the baby arriving, then the gender reveal, now a potential move?! She keeps dumping on their parade - Well played Bri, well played.

I was actually happily surprised when Bri chose not to build/move when she was pregnant. She said she put a lot of work into their current house and really didn't want to move.

I'm disappointed that she jumped on the bandwagon to upgrade, and/or lied the whole time about moving. Disappointed, but not surprised.

I agree! Her house is so nice! I don’t know anything about the area, are the schools not good? That’s the only reason I could think to want to move from a house that clearly fits a family of three very comfortably and has a lot of great amenities (two story family room, office, large finished basement).

I usually only post about the filthy Beaston’s, because they’re the absolute worst. But wtf is the deal with Bri’s husband? Her videos sometimes come on and I leave it at background while cleaning. The few times I’ve seen him, he is goofy af, awkward, wearing headbands, and saying he can’t help b/c his back hurts? Seems like she does everything with no help. What’s his deal? Does he even work?

her house has never been on the market, i’ve been checking. plus, it says last sold december 2016 (see pic). so they’re either retaining it and renting it out, while they go
live somewhere else?? maybe they’re renting? i can’t imagine they’re loaded enough to keep this house and buy something bigger and better?? but who knows, we aren’t privy to their financial situation.

either way, i’ll be watching along for the gossip.

They could have sold there house Off MLS. I have. Your house is not listed publicly and the realtor directs clients interested in your type of house for viewing. Many people do this to preserve their privacy. Before I built my current home near Bri we sold ours off list.

The home she has now is in a squeezed in sub-division in an area that sucks for traffic. Just going two blocks can take 20mins as so many use Pearl Rd (42) instead of I71. Regardless of the back roads you still hit traffic. I rarely venture into Strongsville unless I have a real need.
