I'm not sure if it's dependant on the breeders or if its laws in certain places but my brother got a frenchie a few years ago and the breeders said they HAD to get the dog fixed because the breeders didn't want my brother breeding the dog.

Does anyone know if this is common?
Is that a thing in Florida or with certain breeds that are more in demand and popular ?

That definitely depends on the breeder more than the area I think. In Canada, I had to sign a contract for my dog (English bulldog) and my cat (ragdoll) that they would be fixed as soon as they were old enough to safely do so. With 'purebred' animals where the breeder competes their animals, the offspring is very guarded for a lack of a better word. My dog breeder paid over $1000 for the sperm to impregnate her dog. Puppies can be thousands each.
I suppose it is probably worth it because my bulldog lived until he was 12.. the average life span 7-9 years. So controlling genetics is important if it's your business.
These people have no business breeding dogs. This will be a shitshow. And Karen has no concept of how much work a litter of puppies actually is!

I don't know if this shows it better, it's such low resolution but I'm just not seeing any boy parts here? For poor Moro's sake I hope it's a girl. I also don't think it's their dog because of the way they shared it on instagram first but who knows. They're being so shady about it

Bold of you to assume keren will do anything remotely close to helping with or caring for puppies. She'll get bored .5 seconds after the puppies are born and then buck all responsibility, just like she did with her human babies.

The puppy is a girl. They were dog sitting for Kerens cousin, and ended up keeping the dog.

I think they are telling the truth bur isn’t it weird this new puppy is the same breed as Moro. At least they are both girls.

Why is it their kids are such brats but they actually have done a really good job with the dog. Maybe their dog training skills needs to be used on the kids.

i still think something is weird because Keren is in charge of the story again, she keeps interrupting, she corrects him...i think there was no "baby sitting" , maybe her cousin got the dog and couldn't keep her, but i don't think they hesitated much. Khoa aknowledges all the clickbait on his insta..if it was really just a babysitting gig they would have said it.

pets are her new babies , before she could only tolerate the baby stage and got another kid, now it's pets...soon a new new cat?

I kinda think Keren is lying too but I'm always questioning her. How she interrupts, how she of course said maybe when Khoa said "no". That dog looks similar age or just a bit younger than Moro so maybe Keren set it up to get it, come up with that story to make them look good. Her cousin was going out of town and needed a dog sitter, but that led into her saying she doesn't have time for it? And Khoa thinks he's such a dog trainer, they never go anywhere quarantine or not. Most people cant work from home so of course the dog will be alone.

they always seem to have some odd fabricated story to tell about how they just so happened to acquire all their animals because they don’t want to admit and get backlash for seeking out breeders and spending thousands of dollars on each one. i didn’t watch the video so i’m just going off what was posted on here but there’s no way a cousin randomly decided to get the same breed as them and needed kk to care for her and eventually keep her??? it just doesn’t make sense. their lies never make sense

Also she said the cousin liked how well behaved Moro was so does she just think that from videos because when do we ever see anyone from Keren's family besides Nonie? And that she wanted a white German shepherd, when really a GSD no matter the color can be trained the same Moro has been (obviously any dog but she was specific to wanting a white GSD because of Moro).

Could have been last in a litter the breeder still had so older than 8 weeks (my last pup was 11 weeks when we got him). Or they hid it, they did have "lost footage".

I think Keren was jealous Moro was more Khoa's dog, the cat didn't make her happy like she thought it would and so she got another Moro for her.

Usually it’s easy to spot if they are lying. I didn’t feel that in their video today. But who knows. Because just magically your cousin had the exact same dog you have is kind of strange.
