She’s definitely had liposuction. That bruising on her sides is 100% lipo bruising. I know because I’ve had it as part of a tummy tuck after massive weight loss (70kg+ loss). So no shame from me. But weird of her not to mention it given how “open” she’s pretending to be able the surgery. I’d respect her more if she just admitted that.

Her admitting to liposuction opens her up for criticism on why she didnt loose weight first and/or why she didnt maintain her weight since the first surgery.

She was in appalling shape prior to the first surgery and even worse shape before this surgery. Most surgeons give their patients a goal for weightloss prior to tummy tucks, etc. with leeway incase they dont meet the target weight.

Id love a tummy tuck. But im super fair (white blonde hair and super pale skin) and i scar pretty badly, id rather stick with the extra skin vs end up looking like jess

On the last thread someone asked why she didn't laser the tat off. The answer to that is its too time consuming. Jess could never go 10 times for that (mine took 12 visits which was smaller than the one she had). She needs it done right now and the easy way out.

She will have to continue to get lipo yearly, she won't work out or eat healthy.

I have a suspicion she got fat transfer from just how much boob she has left after getting her implants out. Her surgeon offers it now but has no before and after pictures yet, and thatd be a good excuse to be a little fluffier for her prior to surgery... ya know instead of being just lazy

Dr Sweat doesn’t seem like he has very many prerequisites for surgery. If any at all.
I was just on his website and she’s in the drop down menu on the side. I really doubt she paid for surgery based on the fact he’s got her YouTube videos/links on his website.

I was looking on his website and if it's possible he's even worse at boobs! I saw so many uneven breasts, nipples pointing straight up at the sky. If I pay for my boobs I want them as close so perfect as possible, not 2 completely different sizes

She found the first surgeon who did not require her to do any work. She also did not do the right post op care if I remember. She did not wear support bras, and I don't think she took care of her scars. She is lazy, took a lazy route and the results show. I don't care that she got a mommy make over, what bothers me is she didn't research it. If I remember correctly, originally she was suppose to have the mommy make over during the summer. Then she moved it up by what five months. That was clearly done because she got Dr Sweat to do it sooner and probably at a deal. There are things I won't cheap out on, and one is a doctor.

How many times is she going to repeat this? I know I asked this before, but it's not like she suddenly changed her mind about her daily routine. She seems like the type of person that just drops money on any imperfections she has, but she's getting older and she's not taking care of herself, surgery is only going to get her so far. Does she really think things are going to stay like this, if she's not going to the gym and start eating healthy?

Honestly, I don't think she has even considered it. She said it herself in the recent vlog at Mimi's house, she doesn't plan. She just gets an idea and goes. It's why she's always running late, always packs the morning she leaves for a trip, and why her kids always have shitty lunches. She still an impulsive teenager
