Yes, it could happen to anyone. That’s why all of us truly truly felt for her when it happened, despite the fact that Ashe actively ignored safe sleep advice. I don't know, cause I don't have boys and I don't know what that's like. I did grow up with brothers and I'm telling you my mom and dad would not have allowed that in their household.

If I may, if you want people to do better and get with the times, don't tell them that their question was disgusting. She said she knows her parents would have forbade their sons from wearing nail polish. She simply asked where others stood.
She didn't flat out say it was wrong. She didn't say boys shouldn't. The fact that she asked means she knows it's probably not a big deal but wanted to make sure.

If we want people to grow, learn, and do better we need to be more understanding and patient by TEACHING THEM with kindness, patience and cmon people be respectful. This is why people stay in their ways, because any chance for growth or questions or curiosity is shot down with anger and defensiveness.

Maybe OP's comment wasn't necessarily "correct" but she wasn't rude. She wasn't shitting on the boys. She simply asked a question.

Like I know we've beaten a dead horse talking about how everyone grieves differently but he seems to be the only one still truly impacted by Crew's death aside from the kids. I know you guys think he's a meatloaf but my perspective is that he's truly a caring family man and Brittani has taken advantage of that. I think he was flattered when he met her... that he had this beautiful young 20-something girlfriend and then really fell for her. I think she saw a way to get back at Cory and her mom and gain a sense of security in an older man. Yeah it's still kind of weird, but I think Jeff is more genuine than y'all give him credit for. I have a friend with a latex allergy who has to be careful when buying condoms. My first thought after brittani’s story was... wouldn’t she have noticed an issue when she used condoms? My daughter was born 3 weeks after Crew was born. So I hold my daughter and of Crew sometimes and I cry. So I understand what you mean. Im not saying they don't cry or miss their son, but man do I have a hard time believing it sometimes, specially when they want you to use their codes right after they talk about Crew to make money.

i literally see two crews in my yard from my office window as i type this.

my dad died when i was 9 years old and my mom grieved in a very similar manner as BBL. granted, it was her partner of over 20 years and she was left alone to raise 6 kids so it is a different kind of grief from BBL's. i could talk for hours about how this environment affected me but to keep it short: i was not a well-adjusted adolescent. i was an emotional crutch raised with a "woe is me" attitude which i am still trying to break out of at age 28. i have grown into a highly sensitive and anxious adult and i often lament the loss of my childhood.

there is no reason for BBL to continue piling all this extra grief on her children. she needs to find solace in interacting with adults, preferably highly trained mental health pros.

I just watched some of her vlog and it was so interesting to me that when the boys were trying to climb into Cole’s crib, she wasn’t gently telling them to not do that because Cole might get hurt. Instead it was “Cashy don’t climb in because your shoes are dirty!” To me that just shows her concern for aesthetic and appearances and not the safety of her kids.

This moment struck me too. I don’t know if I’m just being overly sensitive but it broke my heart when Cash asked if she went to get Cole. He looked more worried than if it were a random question. I feel so much sadness for these children, all of them.

Some of us have lost children.
We’ve lost pregnancies, we’ve lost babies, we’ve lost grown children.

We just didn’t pimp them out on the internet to make money. We don’t put swipe ups on Instagram using our dead child’s name.

As for Jeff, he seemed very lost in grief when they went away just after Crew passed. He looked dead inside. I’m not surprised if he is still grieving. Losing Crew seemed to hit him very hard.

I will definitely agree that Jeff seems to be the only one actively grieving. Especially in the first youtube video after his death, he seemed like the genuine one compared to Brittani who thought she needed to cry at certain times in the video

I didn’t realize Cash was asking if she were getting Cole. I thought he was saying that he was cold! That’s what upset me- he was outside with no clothes but a blanket for a “meaningful” IG story
