I was gonna post this a few days ago but never got around to it, but I find her relationship with Chris so weird. I feel like this girl doesn’t have any empathy for him. Not only with his dad passing but I’ve noticed it in other ways. Like she can’t ever be bothered to get him a nice gift or even thoughtful gift for Father’s Day/ b-day. It seems like he’s always last priority, and if she does include him in something it’s for views.

Also how she talks about wearing the pants because SHE pays the bills. If a man did that people would point out how its not the 50's. She uses that to beat him down. If he worked I think he would be happier, if he had more friends than just Gabe her ex boyfriend he would be happier. He seemed happy when he was on the paintball league that he stopped before covid (so that wasn't the reason for him to stop).

I've been wondering if part of the reason for the podcast is so that Chris has an actual job, instead of just "husband of a youtuber" he's gonna be a podcaster now...with his youtuber wife. I'm also wondering if they plan to split the podcast earnings equally between the 4 of them.

How long are we thinking this podcast will actually last? I'm gonna give them 3 months of consistency, then a bit more inconsistent, but still active, for like a year, and then it fades away almost entirely. Boringness aside, I think we are going to find them all much more unlikeable in a longer format like this, not just us on here, but I think a bigger portion of her audience will probably end up disliking them more after this. I just really feel like Chris, in particular, is going to have some opinions that rub people the wrong way.

I don't know many teens that listen to podcasts. Most people I know that listen to podcasts are doing so while driving or cleaning. Her teen fans aren't going to listen, especially about co parenting and sex. Amber is boring, even if she could talk but it will 100% be the Jess show. What is there to say that hasn't been said?

Shes like 2 weeks behind in content/vlogs. Yet doesnt have any content sitting waiting to be uploaded?? She doesnt post daily, i dont know what her excuse is? Shes so unorganised.

She literally has 10+ days of content up her sleeve. She should still be editing the previous days content and have a bunch of vlogs sitting and waiting to be uploaded/go live with.

None of this edit and post on the same day/night.




Genuine question: what if something happens to her? Do they have some kind of insurance for her income? If she has a serious illness or dies? I cant imagine shes ever shown chris how to edit??

I also don't know why it takes someone that has been doing YouTube for 10 years so long to edit? Most say it takes 2-3 hours, the only thing that holds most up are sponsored vlogs as they have to wait on the company to ok it. She could sit down with the kids doing remote and edit while they are doing their work.

I dont think it will last long. They put out that small clip and never posted a start date or any type of schedule. Just said it's going to happen.

That’s so sad about Grammie. I lost my Gran a year and a half ago.
It still cuts very deep. I can’t fault her for taking pictures. We filmed everyone with my Gran in her last few days. We took as many videos and photos as we could. They are for our own personal use to look back on and remember her.

However posting them online for potential views? Yeah, no. Don’t do that.

The audacity of this arsehole to say she hates asking for help. Hahahahaha. She asked her mum to take care of her when she was 17 and pregnant, then take her back multiple times and split the house in half when her relationships went to shit, she's always asking people to take her kids so she can go on holidays, she got Roselyn and her husband to come and live with them after her surgery, she got Gabe to take Addie so she wouldn't have any kids at home, and on and on. She asks for and receives more help than anyone I know.

Idk but she would be wise to have at least a 1 M policy on herself,seeing as the rest of them depend on her and aren't used to living middle or low income now

Longtime lurker here. I just felt like I needed to post something, considering Jessica is known to read here. I’m really hoping Jess takes some time off of YouTube for both her sake and the kids’. I know her entire family was very close with Grammie. I could understand maybe a tribute video like a previous commenter said (I don’t know how to quote things, I’m sorry!), but I could never understand posting your family grieving on the internet. Then again, I don’t really understand a lot of things Jess does. However, I really think the wise decision is to allow her family to grieve off of the internet, ESPECIALLY the kids. I hope she can learn from the reaction to how she treated Chris and implement better behavior now. I genuinely wish them all the best right now, as losing a close family member, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic, is very difficult.

Maybe Chris didn't want Jess to post anything online? I wasn't watching when his dad passed, so, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. He seemed uncomfortable with the camera in his face during the painting video with Addie.

I genuinely hope she doesn't film telling the kids... but... considering the views she got when she shared the emotional painting with Addie, it wouldn't surprise me if she exploited the rest of their feelings.

Also, this is entirely different, but do any of you wonder if Lilia or any of the kids read here? Specifically Lilia, considering she has unmonitored internet access during school.

Why doesn't she ask her husband? I feel horrible that she lost her grandmother, mine hadn't done well this year either.. but she obviously wasn't empathetic to his situation at all.
