Today’s vlog included Jessica coming from California! How smart especially since california is doing so well with covid right now!! Then they go to the store to get some ice cream and don’t even put on masks at all this time. This family is beyond dumb and today’s vlog clearly shows how little regard they have others and human life. I’m sure tomorrow they’ll go take Jessica to go visit Bebo and spread covid some more!

Yeah, I am done worrying about them, notice Nia at the doctors office, not a mask in sight, surprised the office didn't tell her wear a mask. I am guessing they will not be getting the vaccine, since they don't seem to think it is real....remember Nia at the cabin for a girls weekend, and one of the girls, called to say she had been exposed to it, and Nia wanted her to come anyway, I mean does Bebo have lots of money, that Nia is trying to get, and hoping she gets covid, cause they sure don't seem to care...idiot.

Have these kids EVER picked up anything in the yard, house, or car, I mean why can't they ever put their toys away, the play/school room is always a mess, their rooms are totally trashed all the time, but they have learned that if they break/lose something, Dad will just buy another one...........spoiled brats.

Funny how they get sent very expensive bikes, and Sam can't seem to put them in the garage, I mean he could hang them from the ceiling, but no he leaves them outside, and puts a gate in front of them, making it easier for someone to steal them...idiot.

I can't believe Nia had 2 baby showers for a 4th baby. Seeing them live really shows how much more controlling and condescending she is, especially towards Symphony. I bet you they are just going to repackage the stuff they don't want and send it to that mother in need they mentioned about 100 times. Then they will spend a full video showing how caring they think they are.

"Aria got a facelift". Does she mean area? She used it twice. I mean...she home schools 3 kids!

It's the name of the diffuser she was using, which, get this, costs over $300. You can get a perfectly decent diffuser for less than twenty bucks. I don't see anything special about this one beyond that it looks like a bong.

Haha good to know! I was thinking she can't possibly not know how to spell area.

For the love all things holy..............Sam will you quit preaching on everything.

Dear people, if you cannot afford the basics in life, quit having more kids, and depending on everyone else to give you things.

Kids deserve to have personal space that’s not invaded with unwanted tickling and touching whenever dad’s had a glass of wine. That’s all I have to say about that.

Just watched the latest video.
Nia, you’re not fooling anybody crying because you are such a “busybody” and you can’t be as busy as you want being pregnant. You and Sam are the two laziest people I have every seen! You are even too lazy to educate your kids. Get over yourself.
Also, we all new Sam drinks but I think this was the first time I’ve seen him guzzle a glass of wine on camera.

Nia's homeschooling routine physically made me nauseous for her children.

I can give one con she did not list. Teachers a literal experts in their field, and as much as she and Sam try to make it seem like their child is having a comparable to regular school....They're not.

The way she said they won't consider sending their kids back to school unless they feel a calling from the spirit. 🙄
Their kids will struggle to test into college because they will have never seen a timed standardized test before. They are going to delay their children emotionally because they will have very little community outside of church and family. Don't even get me started on SAM teaching science. That must take place like once a month.

I'm so disturbed that i care more about these children's education than their own parents.

Her homeschool routine doesn’t sit well with me. There’s so much focus on memorization, and for what reason? I never had to memorize the presidents. Did any of you? That information was always readily available in the back of any American history textbook. What was important was learning about their places in history. You can have your kids memorize as much as you like, but it doesn't create an understanding.

Symphony is old enough and her handwriting is legible enough to not have to work on a set time for handwriting. I’m not religious, so I can’t say if it’s normal to dedicate a portion of their home school to teaching the Bible too? They go to church. Do they not get enough there? It just seems like there's just a lot of wasted time.

And what really blew my mind was the fact that Nia just isn’t teaching history right now because she’s awaiting for Sam to be “ready” to teach anatomy. Why don’t you guys schedule that shit? Why do you have to wait for Sam to be “ready” i.e. get over his current manic episode? I’m sympathetic to mental health problems, but if he’s decided to teach, he needs to get off his ass and do it. And get evaluated by a professional, but that’s another story.

The public education system has a lot of problems, but the Rader kids would benefit from it. And an actual teacher can do better than two absent-minded parents.

Those kids need to be in public school. Abram has a speech impediment that is not going away on its own. He needs intervention services. Juliet will need the same. The fact that they have 3 kids at such a wide age range and have all 3 listening to the same recitation songs is ridiculous imo. Symphony does not need to be taking the same lessons as a preschool age child.

I completely agree. Focus on teaching your kids what impact the presidents had. Memorizing the order serves little purpose unless they are doing a bunch of random US trivia competitions.

It reminds me of an article I read recently that focused on the memorization aspect of teaching kids the A-B-C song. They found that kids could easily recite the song, but weren't properly learning the letters of the alphabet from it.

I am also not religious, but I think spending their Sundays at church and doing the bible studies for a bit before bed like they used to is more than enough. They also have GC and that youth group thing they do. I understand religion is very important to them, but last we saw Symphony couldn't even tell time.

Why on earth are chores part of their school day? They spend more time on chores than they do on science!

I went to religious school. So bible study isn't that weird to me.

But all the memorization stuff is so true. A trained professional teacher understands the levels of learning that each child should be at. There is no reason why a fifth grader is still practicing handwriting. She should be learning to write creatively at this point.

I may be biased, but I cannot see the value in homeschooling. Like I try to really....guys. But I want my kids to be smarter than me, and in order for that to happen, someone else has to teach them. I'm good at science, but I can't teach a child anything about Language Arts. I do know there are like virtual schools now which I can see a value in, but just a parent with a guidebook doesn't seem like a productive learning environment.

Symphony is in 5th grade!!! She is most definitely not at the level of a normal 5th grader, both academically and emotionally/socially. Its really sad to see.
Thinking back to my own year in 5th grade I see Symphony doing NONE of what I was! I was learning the scientific process, doing creative, persuasive, and informative writing! I remember learning the elements and doing a research project on one! And reading chapter books and doing reports on them! I even participated in the reading olympics!
All Symphony seems to do is sing some pointless songs and do a couple of worksheets!
Also, how does having all the books of the bible memorized make someone a good christian???? I just don’t understand!

These poor kids! They are spending too much time on handwriting and bible studies. Also, independent reading is something they should be doing OUTSIDE of school work. Anyone else notice that Symphony is reading picture books? These are more suited to J's age. Why doesn't Nia take her to the library and get her chapter books?

Having a 4th child is incredible, Sam......you are right.....incredibly sad! You two should NOT be bringing in another child into your dysfunctional family!

So, vlogs out of order again?? They had their virtual baby shower what, 3 weeks ago? This vlog showed all the packages in their living room.

Such lazy vloggers.

Yes, Sam this baby isn’t a miracle, you convinced Nia to have another baby because your youtube career is in the toilet and this is a last ditch effort to get more viewers. That’s it. Maybe for Nia it’s a “save the marriage baby” but this baby was not conceived in love, this baby was conceived in desperation. They can’t handle the kids they do have.

Have they posted an update on what they plan on doing with home school once the baby comes? I know Nia's plan was to end it early but I think that was when she thought the baby was coming around end of April. Early March seems way too short of a school year.

Already a month in and Sam has still not started a simple 30 minute per day lesson. If the books are delayed, just go on the internet and find some basic lesson plans. You can't just sit around all day complaining you are in a bad mood and let your kid's education suffer.

Aww Nia, when will you learn, Sam is never going to take over homeschooling, todays vlog, he, his brothers and friend, spend the day in Dallas taking pictures...being "street photographers" and are gone the whole day....remember a couple of vlogs ago, you practically had to beg Sam for some time alone to go shopping...you see the problem? I mean Sam spends his days sleeping, playing around in his dead garden, harassing wildlife, generally doing nothing, then you praise him for loading the dishwasher....quit being a patsy Nia.
I predict that homeschooling is going to be a bust, when the baby comes, I mean Nia can't seem to set a schedule now, and is always so frazzled all the time (I think Nia spends more time organizing the books on different things) than teaching the kids. That is right Nia, keep cleaning up the playroom, but don't expect the kids to keep it clean, since nobody has taught them to pickup after themselves, you play with a toy, then you put it back in its proper place, not that hard to learn.
