And she said the car thing was their biggest fight - maybe jess isn’t cool with how extravagantly he spends on big ticket items? i know she is also 100% guilty of wasting money but it's possible she sees it as fine since she earns all of it?

I think you hit the nail on the head right here. They talked about going to couples counseling together in the latest podcast, it sounded like it was probably around the car fight era, guess they didn't work that issue out then, huh?

But the thing is she doesn’t earn it all herself. Chris is in her videos ie he is entitled to some of that money. Sure she does the editing but to say she earns it all is complete bullshit and I know that is what she thinks(I’m not calling out the OP for this I’m saying it’s bs that she thinks she’s entitled to all the money). Hell, she’s even said it. If you looks at tv and movies people are paid to be in them, why wouldn’t Chris be entitled to some of the money? The KIDS? it’s such a huge issue that needs to be addressed soon on a much larger scale because it’s unethical for these YouTube mommies to just get all the money. Chris should be allowed to make purchases. Every time he makes one she has a fit and it’s so irritating.

Jess haa truly lost it, getting emotional about disneyland opening up on limited capacity and no rides, i doubt she'll be able to take all 7 kids with them resteicting numbers so when it does eventually open it will be interesting to see who she takes.

The only place i have been since March 2020 is to my work and the local food shops and that is it. Jess needs to get a grip. Shes one that thinks shell get the vaccine and all will be ok and shell be able to go on with her life like COVID never existed.

As for the gifts, i was cringing so hard at her. Why would you present yourself that way for all to see? I have one of those blankets (mines just a plain blue) i use it all the time round the house, granted i live in Scotland so its a lot colder but i love mine.

Another way to look at it is they are married. She says Chris quit his job to be a SAHD (something they agreed on as a couple). If this was reversed and Jess was a SAHM & he was making the money but made that comment about making the money people would be mad about it, rightfully so.

Chris has made big purchases that I do think should have been talked about but like the desktop he bought her the way she acted I do think that was discussed and then she just made it seem as a surprise. If she had an issue with the electric bike he bought her why not take it back? No reason she couldn't pedal. And its good exercise. The next day when he went to get his you don't think she knew what he was doing? Same with the tool chest she knew he was going to get and she just kept asking how much. She throws money away on wall decor and things that end up in the trash but stuff that is "needed" like having a place to organize all the tools and keep expensive items together she is worried about costs?

Also couldn't one say the podcast money is all his since he's the one editing? No they are married.

She acted like a spoiled brat about the gifts. Almost 30, 7 kids later and hasn't grown up one bit. How can we expect the kids to not be so entitled when this is what they see at home.. Anything Chris buys, she has an issue with it. I do not understand how he can even stand her at this point. Why be married at all if you don't even allow your spouse to be your equal? She obviously enjoys the perks of having help, since let's be honest Chris takes care of those kids 70% of time, but when it comes time for him to spend money he's entitled to, she has a problem with it. If I were Chris, I'd get a job outside the house, make my own money so I wouldn't have to explain anything to anyone and let Jess take care of the kids. That would give her a wake up call.

Also Lilia's hair looks horrible. Those dark roots, the orange blonde and her pale skin don't suit her one bit. Jess might be annoying, but she's smarter than she looks. No way she didn't know she's technically bleaching her hair. Just likes to play dumb as always. Not only will her hair continue to turn this horrible brassy color, but it will also damage it by applying it over and over.

Yes,Chris could get a job at Lowe's or something,he's handy w home things.Earn his own money,get away from the family a bit,maybe make his own friends there.It could only be good for him.

Their faulty BC method (pulling out) failed, which meant that the pre-pregnancy plans she had to try to get a girl didn't happen because she got pregnant before she meant to. I agree, but they buy whatever they want whenever they want it, which makes gift giving more difficult. They could maybe hold off for a couple weeks before their birthdays/holidays and let the other one buy something they want for them though...or, you know, try it more often than those couple weeks, it'll make them more grateful for what they do have and what people get for them.

That being said, your partner should be one of the easiest people in your life to give a gift to because you should know them the best. Her saying it's not her love language is such bs, being in a relationship means you have to be able to attempt to use your partners love language too, not just have them cater to what yours is. I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't realize that though. I obviously don't know what Chris's love language is, but gift giving might be higher on his list than it is on hers and if it is one of his top two that is really heartbreaking how she treated his gifts to her.

Bottom line she’s just not thoughtful, exactly what Chris said. It’s sad that she is with him 24/7 and can’t think of anything. With my boyfriend If we’re out and I see him eyeing something he wouldn't buy for himself, I make a note of it and get it for valentines, his bday, Christmas, whatever. I think she is so self obsessed she can’t be bothered to pick up on anyone else’s wants and needs.
