ps. I bet they all slept on dirty sheets in the cabin from the previous tenants since the cleaners could not come. Yuck!

It’s so confusing to me that they try to make Nia seem like a busy body and a go getter. I always see her as a lazy mom, her house is a mess and she can barely homeschool her kids.
Poor Sam has to get off his a** and help.

I don't like Nia any more than I like Sam, but I feel like she's gotta be incredibly overwhelmed. Aside from the rare job around the house, Sam does absolutely nothing to help her. That leaves her to care for the kids, cook the meals, clean the house, do the laundry, homeschool the kids--all while being pregnant. I wonder if she still edits the vlogs too. I know there's been a lot of shifts there; Sam used to edit them (and Nia defended his laziness by saying editing was his "job"), then he taught Nia how to do it, then they hired someone, then Sam did it again. It's gone back and forth a bit.

Nia is breaking down and crying because she has to stay off her feet for a few weeks for the baby. Sam offers zero support or sympathy. Nia ends up dragging a chair into the laundry room and does the laundry sitting down. I can't stand them, but this ridiculousness is why I can't help but watch

I must be a mean person because I don't feel sorry for Nia either. She got herself into this mess.
Don't forget that Nia has her stupid oil business, has lots of time with her friends, and plays with her crafts too. Laundry doesn't take THAT much time to do. It's not like she is washing by hand. Throw dirty clothes in the washer, and hour later throw in dryer, then fold and put away. Rinse and repeat. There's lots of free time in between loads and she can do all of this while the kids do school work. Symphony is old enough to do her own laundry now.

While I agree that Nia does everything because sam does nothing, the bare minimum gets done around that house. Everyone is fed, Bible verses are memorized and that’s about it. I’m 100% sure that this baby was only made because they are desperate for views. Nia was discouraged to have another baby by her doctor and told that her uterus is too thin and now she is crying because her uterus is too thin and it’s dangerous for her and the baby.

I’m also so over them click baiting bad pregnancy news like “she’s bleeding” or them crying over the sonogram picture. If she had actually had a miscarriage they would know that it is triggering for others who have actually experienced loss.

I don’t feel 100% sympathetic to her, but I have some sympathy. I have friends that grew up in oppressive religions and it really did a number in them emotionally. Nia’s entire worth is wrapped up in cooking mediocre meals and being 2 weeks behind in laundry. Imo now needs a therapist and probably some antidepressant medication.

Like imagine your husband cheating in you and being expected to forgive him because you should be following “god’s plan” or whatever nonsense she believes.
She is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I do cut her more slack than Sam because she has been victimized by him and their religion.

All of a sudden Nia is worried about germs...she is setting up a "sanitize station" in her house for the baby..................yeah, but no masks, no social distancing for a PANDEMIC.
Funny that Nia tells Sam that she has to rest and be off her feet, so Sam gives her "his office chair" so she can keep doing her chores sitting down.....you know instead of maybe doing some of the chores.
Also Nia goes on a long rand about how busy she always is and can't stand it that she has to slow down....I am sorry but they are two of the laziest parents I have ever seen.. I mean Sam is too busy playing with his worms to help around the house, and if he does something in the house, he makes sure everyone knows about it.

Seriously, I’m pregnant with my 4th baby also, know what I’m not setting up? A sanitizing station.... because we’re in a pandemic and I’m not using my newborn as covid bait .
