I don’t work in lending but I get bored and read the underwriting stuff and from what I’ve read and have heard from business owners once they have 2 years of tax history they can use that income. The would take an average of the income since its variable. YTers would be scrutinized the same as a small business owner.

Yup I just bought a home last year. It is way easier for the average W2 worker to get a mortgage than business owners who make a lot more money. W2s showing 2 years of stable income and decent credit make underwriting process easy breezy.

I’d be very surprised if they ended up buying a house in Hawaii that isn’t a dump.

I really feel for her kids. They are just trying to keep up with her charade and their dad is zero help. To reference the comments above, I have never been able to understand what her kids are saying! I know they had Landon in speech for a while but I’m not sure why they stopped that? Probably interfered with her “business”. Anyway, Bri just seems manipulative. Her family does what SHE wants and only what she wants. Who knows if Adam even wanted to move to Hawaii or if he just does what Bri says to keep her happy . I don’t see this Hawaii vacation as a positive for her kids. Now they’re in new schools, constantly with their parents, in front of a camera “performing” and have none of their toys. If I was them I wouldn’t be happy. In my experience, kids are happy with the familiar. I’m sure they have said more than once recently that they want to go home. Recently she had an Instagram story up of Landon playing on an iPad and it looked like Bri came in and staged Hayden there and started filming them. It looked to me that he wanted nothing to do with it!! He just wanted some alone time. But Bri is so caught up in showing the world that she is perfect that she could care less. This trip was for her and her alone.

I couldn’t agree more with this. No house there is going to suit her unless it is upscale. Landon and Presley are asked to perform and I use the word loosely in the IG stories and videos. They need to be kids this isn’t their job too. Think back to when you were their ages I would miss my grandparents and cousins and other kids. These are important times in their development. Reminds me of when she dragged them through Europe in August of 2019 and Presley was 2 1/2. This trip should have been for her and Adam alone. She is so afraid she is going to miss out. Be happy in the moment that is more important.

Yes, I did the exact same! My baby wouldn’t latch till he was 7 weeks old. So pumping, bottle feeding, then attempting latching. Thank god it clicked for him one day, now we’re 16 months going strong. Why is Bri , a 24/7 SAHM, pumping?!!!
