They've really cleaned up the Trustpilot review site with invited reviews. They have only seven items they're selling that represents a much smaller company or really they are just a small step up selling merchandise with their YouTube channel.
The price of a good review is worth it when you see this negative purchase experience. They should have replaced this item.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see a new option when ordering to pay the extra .98 for insurance - actually, I was told that it is included in the shipping but you have to click to remove it. After deciding to splurge a bit I bought the lounge set. My package was delivered by USPS but was stolen in our condo complex. A police report has been filed but there is little to no hope that I’ll get anything back.

Most of the time a missing package is something you ordered. In that case, you want to reach out to the seller and let them know that your package hasn’t been delivered.

I’ve had a lot of luck with upstanding companies that send out a replacement right away, no questions asked.

Oh goodie, more robe colors. At this point, they should just rename their brand as Bollie robes since that’s pretty much all they do now.

It’s robes because it’s all just basically merch. Robes probably have less negative feedback because they are fairly “one size fits most” and barring any serious material deficits what you see is what you should get. I don’t doubt that the Griffiths really do “live” in their robes so it is on brand for them, but this is a sad and pathetic fact more than anything style worthy.

I was the one catching her reviews before but I haven't checked it in a while. Wow, she's still at it! Guess I'm going to start checking the reviews again!
