We have been in full lockdown since christnas (this is our third or fourth time, I've lost count) and we are not allowed any other households in our homes, only allowed out for essential travel, such as work or essential food shopping. So many people have missed out on so many things this last year and Jess goes on like they are not having a big party (looked like quite a few people there)

Its crazy to me how different it seems through her vlogs. This may just be Jess not following rules though so correct me if I'm wrong.

GENERALLY: In America, we’re told we SHOULD’NT do the things you talk about. If people do, they don’t get fined or punished. Though mask-wearing can be enforced more strongly. A shop or airplane can deny entrance.

live 100 miles from Jesss and have friends who haven’t gone shopping or seen family for a year, while others (like me) shop or visit cautiously. Jesss is the type who infuriates the majority of us, with her behavior, especially the partying.
Notice how Jesss wears a mask in the stores? It’s because the stores require it. Otherwise she probably wouldn’t, judging by the way she ignores other recommendations.
Even within a state, it varies. We’ve just begun indoor dining again, while just south of where Jesss lives (and actually where she used to live) some restaurants have been sneaking indoor dining! I know this because my sons and grandkids live out there, and that area of CA is more of the “anti-mask” attitude.

How do you forget your child's birthday cake? That's the most important thing. I know she kinda explained it but you would think she would have realized before the day of... maybe wonder what the cake would look like or what flavor it would be and remember or when she was inviting other people and knew she couldn't invite the cake lady she'd realize that would mean no cake.

I'm thinking her and cake lady had a falling out because Mess had so many extra people at the party so why not one more person? Maybe before the lady wouldn't charge Mess for the cakes or gave her a good discount for the advertising on YouTube but this year with covid maybe people aren't buying cake like before so she couldn't afford to do the cake for free or extremely discounted?

Is the cake lady the old neighbor or no? I don't remember

Yep! But some people, like Jesss, ignore the gathering. Same for Santa Clara County where I live. I see parties all the time.

Oh gag Jessss! You are not raising your daughters to be strong,hardworking women,like your mom n grammy. You're raising them to become pregnant youtubers of multiple baby daddies who exploit their own kids! I wish I could say differently,but kids learn what they live!
I do hope they take after Mimi n Grammy,but I'm not counting on it.Or even Ben,for the boy's sake,too,who is also hardworking.
I would love to see all the kids get a 4 yr college degree,a real job,and not become parents anytime soon.Hopefully it's not just wishful thinking on my part.If they do yt on the side,that's fine,just not exploiting kids or themselves,jmo

That bouncy house was on the literal road. Half of it was on the bend of the road???? How does she get away with this

This is about the third time she’s done this!! Grrrr I guess we have to wait until someone complains or notices. Then she will be the victim but too bad. The kids are not safe in the street!! All it takes is one crazy driver. Jeez.

How has she not learned from the car crashing into her cousins parents home or the accident with her brother parked (on the side of the road still in a driveway).

She knew she had kids when they bought that lot, before the bounce house incident even happened at the old house yet still puts it on the road instead of getting one that fits their by or not getting one at all.

May just be because I'm from the UK, but it's completely socially acceptable here to have bouncy castles on housing estates and for kids to play on the street

Older play in the street, especially sport/games here too. As far as I know, bouncy castles are not placed in a street where cars go, unless you’re Jesss. Lol. Too dangerous.
On the property - in front or back of the house - is perfectly fine. They’re pretty inexpensive to rent them for parties, which is nice.

Wow Jess pretends to be such an angel. Lies lies lies. Addie was swinging then she says the kids were doing NOTHING....she highly edits her vlogs to make it all look like they are victems and never do anything wrong. And to say over and over andover they were 50 feet apart...that restaurant wasn´t big enough for them to be that far apart. And she says she doesn´t like to confront people....right
