JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
Re: JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
Those Nurture life meals are $7.99 a meal Who in their right mind would buy those for a large family. I could maybe understand if you are a single person, but for a large family that is crazy to spend on a crappy frozen meal. And I do realize they were probably free because this is a sponsorship

She would need to donate a lot of money throughout the year for her kids bad behavior and them constantly being tardy. The best private school in my area is around $10,000 per year without a discount (multiple kids=discount) but it's known for lots of rich kids with behavior issues lolmissparzival wrote:In that video as she walks in to wake up Tommy and Caden her feet are black. And she had just gotten out of bed. Wtf.
Also she has the money why not send her 4 kids to private school.

That is cheap for private school all the ones around us when my kids were young were $35-40,000 a year. That's outside the Philadelphia area.twomommies wrote:She would need to donate a lot of money throughout the year for her kids bad behavior and them constantly being tardy. I know the video was sponsored so she’ll have got them for free but $7.99 x 7 is $56!!! $56 for a random weekday dinner. She also had to microwave them individually so the kids would have either had to eat on their own whilst the food was warm, or if they waited for their siblings food to be ready some of the kids would be eating cold food.

Yes,I wonder if it's even worth it to these co.'s to spend money on yt'ers.Considering her fan base, how many ppl actually bought the product, went to DisneyWorld,or to Beaches Resort, etc? I can't imagine it's even worth it? Out of 1M + subs, how many in the right demographics even saw it?plv23 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 8:11 am Those Nurture life meals are $7.99 a meal Who in their right mind would buy those for a large family. I would think most of her subscribers that are parents actually cook for their kids, one its cheaper and two that's just what most parents do. The rest are teens so they are not buying those meals.
Re: JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
I just watched the day in the life video and it pissed me off the way she talked about the kids being shown a movie during class and how they should have just been able to log off. I get it’s not ideal, but these teachers are doing their best with virtual learning. It seemed unnecessary to say that in a vlog. If she truly had an issue with it, then take it up with the school. She always finds a way to undermine people.
Also its very clear she struggles with virtual learning because she has no routine. They kids can take 5 minutes to get dressed, it’s pure laziness. And no one expects you to memorize every break for each kid but would it kill you to write it down and reference?

And this girl actually wanted to be a teacher at one point lol. She cant even organise her own kids! I'm a teacher. She wouldn't last 2 seconds with all the planning and organising involved lol! Its hard work. Lets see what she does when the youtube train falls off the rails.

I dont know why her kids can't pick out clothes and dress before class. They would have to if they weren't remote learning, make it a habit now. Pick out clothes the night before or for the week. Its not that hard,

I’m a teacher too, she has no idea what being a teacher is actually like. You think she would have some idea with her Mum being a teacher but she’s obviously too self absorbed to care.Lady6 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 2:56 pm And this girl actually wanted to be a teacher at one point lol. She hates confrontation ( ), so can you imagine when a parent came to her with a problem about something she did

To be fair, I’ve changed my opinion on what type of teacher I think Mimi is. Unless she’s totally different with her kids at school compared to her grandkids.GG_Aussie wrote:I’m a teacher too, she has no idea what being a teacher is actually like. Not saying its easier for Mimi because middle school kids aren't easy to deal with but I would rather teach middle schoolers than elementary aged.

Yes,I think Mimi is THAT teacher, the one that lets her students get away with anything and everything.Every school has one!sezzajaydee wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 6:22 pmTo be fair, I’ve changed my opinion on what type of teacher I think Mimi is. Re: JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
When we did remote learning (only 8 weeks worth) our one rule was that the kids got up at normal time, had breakfast, got dressed, did everything they would normally do on a school morning, then get stuck into work. We didnt even do zoom school. My guys may have had one or two zoom meetings per week. Everything else was just done on google classroom or the seesaw app.MiloandMax1 wrote:I dont know why her kids can't pick out clothes and dress before class. Thats the first thing school said was is to keep routines the same. Including showering, dressing etc.
My girls during the middle of lockdown used to even scooter around the block as their “scootering to school”

Teacher here. She’s right. As a teacher, I’d never do this. Yes, we are doing our best, but watching a movie? Come on.socks123 wrote:I just watched the day in the life video and it pissed me off the way she talked about the kids being shown a movie during class and how they should have just been able to log off. I agree. While I completely understand why teachers may need students to watch a movie AT school, when it's virtual it's just silly.mbell197 wrote:Teacher here. She’s right. Does anyone else think Amber is throwing a bit of shade at Jesss ? Her latest video is “looking after my ex’s kids .... again”
Re: JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
Just clickbait rubbish, the same as Jess does. It’s ridiculous.sianny_threepac wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 1:11 am Does anyone else think Amber is throwing a bit of shade at Jesss ? Her latest video is “looking after my ex’s kids .... again”

I’m not justifying what the teacher did, like said in my post it’s not ideal. My issue is the way Jess handles it, why is it necessary to be passive aggressive about it in a vlog? If you don’t like then watching a video in class then contact the teacher or school.

Re: JesssFam: Podcast w/ My Ex So We Can Talk About Sex (Pt 146)
We do not know the full story about the movie, maybe it was a reward for the students and that is the option they choice or maybe the movie was only 20 minutes long.socks123 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 6:19 amApm1993 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 12:02 amI agree.
