My kids have had 3 movies to watch during remote learning (different grades). One was to compare the movie to the book (I think the teachers way of seeing who actually read the book, lol), one was a documentary and my older child did a review on a film as part of a writing lesson. There are educational reasons why teachers are having kids watch movies during remote learning.

I’m a teacher too, she has no idea what being a teacher is actually like. You think she would have some idea with her Mum being a teacher but she’s obviously too self absorbed to care.

To be fair, I’ve changed my opinion on what type of teacher I think Mimi is. Unless she’s totally different with her kids at school compared to her grandkids.

I was just going to say the same thing! I’m a school librarian who’s worked with dozens of teachers over my 25 year career. She’d have THAT class.... the one I’d dread when they come in for their weekly checkout time. I can easily picture her students running, screeching and messing up the shelves, while Mrs. Scooby is “on an important phone call”, as I check out books and try hard to get them under control. Yikes!

I thought the same thing watching she made it seem like it was going to be explicit. It was just cringe. I also thought the room selection was weird. As some one who is a southerncalifornia local myself there are definitely better options.

Her hiding in the store was just annoying and I couldn’t tell if chris was annoyed or just blahhh.

That JustJess video was beyond boring and cringe. It was just jess vlogging with her friend acting like 12 year old girls who’d just been allowed in the mall without parental supervision for the first time. In fact I suspect most 12 year old girls would be more mature and respectful to the employees in a mall.

Then the escape room Jess was acting like an idiot and dropping f bombs left right and centre which is always cringe. She was screaming and screeching.

Honestly not worth the watch

I think this JustJesss video shows her maturity level a lot, obviously she can probably be more serious, the set up was her having fun with a friend but, in my opinion, even if you are very carefree you do not act like that at almost 30. She didn't have 2silly fun" when she was a teen or a young adult, she was being a mom and I think she wants it desperately. In my opinion, that is why it was cringy because she doesn't act her age not because she is doing stupid stuff, or drinking or making sexual comments. You can do all of those and look like an adult having a night out, but she looked like a teen with no parents around.

Also, I get that she loves Disney but the incredibly extra excitement and high pitch voice for being at the door... definitely too much for me, but I see that as more of a personal preference for me and maybe not an issue. Everyone should be excited if they really like something but the other things I mentioned, they are just normal adult functioning.
