So fake. She is overdramatic and one little sting of pain and she is running to the hospital. Her "contractions" are not what she is saying. I loved when she said these last long and are more painful (sitting in a car wash and saying you are having one right now and it lasted 2 seconds.* eye roll*) I mean seriously who the F gets their nails done, car wash, etc if you have that bad of contractions. What a joke she is! All for views. Get Chris Harrison there, Tara because this is the "most tramatic" birth ever lol!
Exactly! We all know what bad contractions feel like and most hospitals (at least where I live) will not take you in unless you are 4 cm dilated, regardless how painful or how close the contractions are. It’s perfectly normal to labor at home and be in some pain, but what is not normal is getting a car wash and getting your nails done when you’re having “strong”contractions. Most hospitals provide you a Labor & Delivery nurse line to call in when you think you’re experiencing contractions before you decide to rush to the hospital. When I was having contractions at home I called the L&D line and they told me that once my contractions are 3 minutes apart consistently for an hour to give them a call back (not 7 mins). When I called them back to confirm the timing of my contractions then they instructed me that I can go to the hospital. At that point I was 4cm, they allowed me to labor in the triage room for an hour when my water broke and I was 6cm, and only at that point is when I got a room. Im telling you my story, so that Tara understands that it’s perfectly normal to labor at home and be uncomfortable and in some pain, no need to rush to the hospital with 7 min apart contractions, especially when this is your 4th baby- you should know better.
