I'm a little confused how a guy who sells cellphones for a living and lives with his parents is (going to be) able to afford to build or buy a new home, have a wedding, a 5 carat engagement ring, and supporting his soon to be wife and her two kids (plus future children).

As much as I loathe CJ, she manipulated him into proposing to her and having a baby even though they had zero income but she likes to pretend it was his idea, and now she manipulated Mark into doing the same. He was mostly silent during the live they did last night. He probably doesn't realize what he got himself into.

I just don't get why she continues to idolize marriage even though she's not LDS anymore. They're already living together, her kids call him daddy, and while marriage is great for that next level of commitment when the time is right, what difference would it make for them to just date longer? I wouldn't be surprised if she tries to make the wedding sooner.

So he mentioned where he bought the engagement ring and it cost just over 3k, it’s a 5carat moissanite ring. Also she can dream all she wants but even if he makes on the high end of a Verizon employee, she is going to stretch him super thin with a new house, furniture, and now two kids, three on the way. Towards the end of the live they flashed his hand (someone must have commented on it), explained that he has been wearing a ring so hot gym girls know he’s taken. It looked like one of those black silicone bands that only costs a few dollars.

I hope she loses her alimony and every little bit she gets besides child support. I keep thinking realty will slap this idiot of a woman but she is so disconnected from reality I doubt it will ever happen. She has proven to be an insane ex wife and incredibly insecure, spoiled and immature, I don’t even feel bad for wishing this new guy realizes how crazy she is before they get married. The bought a house already?? I thought they were going to build based on her last live. I didn’t watch it so guess the title is just misleading. Also 10k for her 2nd wedding?? She literally bitched about how they paid too much for food at the last wedding and it was a super low amount. I want to say a couple hundred bucks.

I feel like she is about to financially drown Mark. My guess would be he had a good savings account. They are going to rent out the home her & CJ bought so she isn’t getting the down payment on that back. Maybe part of a rental deposit? I wonder how that it is going to go.

I had the same thought when I saw her post that long ass paragraph. If what she is doing is ‘helping’ people then my heart breaks for those people. This is not how you move on in a healthy way. TALK TO YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM! It seems right now online relationships are considered her friendships. Her kids are going to have access to so much information they don’t need to know if she leaves it all up.

She said she’s getting half of the increase in equity from her current house and the deposit back, which she paid at the time using money from her mom so it counts as hers. I think that rental listing is just her mentioning her friend’s house in Queen Creek. I know Gilbert and Mesa have large populations of Church members so I’m guessing her current house is over there.

She said CJ will stop paying spousal support/alimony when she remarries, and will get the kids basically every other weekend. I think I’m going to have to stop watching the live because hearing her theories of how to conceive a girl vs a boy might break me. Also her belief that some of this stuff “rooted in science…so it’s valid” is baffling given her anti-vaxx, “my [ex] husband is a DR” nonsense.

YOOO! Interesting that this got posted right after her and mark announced their engagement. She was all about spying on CJ and talkin smack, even when they were married! She’s building with TaylorMorrison in Goodyear, I believe the Sterling model. Under 400k. Which deposits for basic suburbia homes like that are around $2500 bucks so they have time after the wedding to try to save for the whole home cost if it won’t be done till late next year
