But Evie is most important….don’t ya know!

Evie is the queen and Kap is just the forgotten middle child! I find it funny how Kendal always calls Brin one of “the big girls” but she’s way closer in age to Kap then EV. I think it has somewhat pushed Brin to grow up faster plus I think she’s more of an old soul and is mature for her age. Let’s all make sure to wish Kap a happy birthday! If her parents don’t make a big deal about her birthday, let’s help Kap feel special.

Okay so I have several thoughts about today’s video (“Terrifying experience on her birthday trip!”):
1. Why the heck do they STILL have their stroller with them? The kids are all old enough to walk so let them walk. Maybe they can’t walk the park because their parents let them be lazy and pushed around in a stroller therefore they haven’t built the stamina to walk around? I don’t know but regardless that stroller should not be with them. They always blame it on Bones but I noticed when they went to Epcot with just Bones in the video, they didn’t have the stroller with them. They let Kap ride in the stroller because she had a blister. I’ve been to WDW several times, the first time at the same age is Kap is now, and my whole family all had blisters on our feet by a couple days into the trip and we all walked
2. As much as the stroller thing drives me crazy, it was cute to see Kap holding her blankie up on tower of terror. I feel like kids are so rushed into growing up way too quickly so it’s kinda refreshing to see an 11 year old still acting like an 11 year old instead of acting much older than her age.
3. When KD & Bones were stuck in the skyliner, when someone with “broken English” came over the speaker, the first thing Kendal assumed was that they were being high jacked because of the “broken English”. Really goes to show how racist she is. That made me really angry to be honest.
4. The title talks about it being Kapri’s birthday trip yet they barely showed her on the vlog and Kap wasn’t even there when they had the “terrifying experience”. Their clickbait titles have gotten so old.
5. In other vlogs, they have talked about the fact that they’re not rich but holy moly that hotel room says otherwise. That’s one of the high end Disney resorts and I’m sure it’s costing them over $1,000 a night. Edit: I just went and checked the price (putting in a random date) and that resort with the 2 bedroom suite rings in at about $1,500 a night . Ouch.

On the latest video. Kendal pretending to have a panic attack in the skyliner is dumb. She really doesn’t care except that she’s not getting her own way and she wants to get out. Why are they focusing on the mechanics who are there to fix the problem trying to expose them as people who are up to no good. Clearly the Rich family has never been skiing before. Getting stuck in Gondels is pretty normal.

Admittedly it’s no fun to be stuck for hours, but it’s certainly not something worth dramatizing

As usual, their lives are so mundane that they have to make up sh!t

The skyliner meltdown was so fake. If I was Kendal, I’d be acting as though I’m okay even if I was freaked out for the sake of not freaking out Bones. With his autism, I wouldn’t want him to worry and have a real deal meltdown in the gondola especially after being at the parks for awhile because Bones may have been feeling overstimulated. Notice how they never say how long they were actually stuck? (Maybe they did and I missed it). They acted as though it was hours (which admittedly is a PITA but not worth dramatizing) but it could’ve been like 20 minutes for all we know. Wouldn’t surprise me that they’d blow 20 minutes stuck way out of proportion. At least it wasn’t at a ski hill where you’re sitting outside on a chair lift in the middle of the winter. That would’ve sucked much more lol

You don’t know why guys are looking at the cable car with a flashlight? Do you REALLY think this is a terrorist situation? Please. The dramatics were so over the top.

You hit the nail on the head with this one! They definitely used the time of day to their advantage. If you look at the very first clip in the skyliner, it’s light out but it’s clearly not daytime. I’m sure it was right around dusk and the sun sets in like 15-30mins ish so they were able to make it seem longer. Good catch!!!

It’s really obvious in their tornado/storm videos from when they lived in NC. They would say all this dramatic worse case scenario crap with the kids (all 12 and under at the time) sitting right there!!! Then Kendal gets pissed when the kids start crying and freaking out. You’re not allowed to get mad at your kids for expressing emotions that THEY induced for the sake of an entertaining vlog. These two are one of the worst for exploiting their kids on YouTube. There’s a lot of crappy family vloggers out there who exploit the heck out of their kids but KD would definitely be at the top of the list. With all the challenges and pranks they do, it seems like KD get off on putting their kids in uncomfortable/embarrassing/negative emotional situations. Like when they make the kids order their favourite food but give them a time limit and then when they fail by like 2 seconds because KD give unrealistic parameters, KD sit and laugh when sometimes the kids look actually really upset and make them watch one of their siblings eat it instead. I know to an adult, it’s different because you buy your own food, you can just go get it later, but the kids depend on their parents to feed them and don’t have the freedom to enjoy their favourite foods whenever they want. KD just seem to enjoy SO much and it really sickens me.

He seems like he has been whipped into shape by Kendal and is trying so hard to be super involved in everything cheer related or everything vlog related when I get the feeling he’d rather be off earning a living as an engineer and coming home to a home cooked meal in the evenings. Disgruntled Penguin says that Kendal is like a spoiled brat. You’ve hit the nail on the head there. She is probably a nightmare to deal with if something doesn’t go her way or if she is in a bad mood…..like in the clip above when they are waiting for Disney to reopen…she’s horrible. And you can see glimpses of her strops both in the Skyliner vlog and in the recent Epcot food and wine vlog where her children and not with her and she is eating food in the shade because it’s super hot out. I’d say the kids are terrified of her when she’s in a bad mood.

Agree with all this!!! Also thanks for checking about news on the Skyliner! Doesn’t surprise me that there was nothing there. I definitely agree that the kids are scared of her. I think that deep down that’s partially why EV wants to be like her mom because then she can avoid doing things that evoke her mother’s wrath. By mirroring her opinions, habits, likes/dislikes, etc., it makes it harder to set her off since you’re just going along with whatever she wants. I mean, we’ve all seen that blog post about the day long spanking session. Whether the kids remember that part of their life or not, it can still cause deeply rooted issues that will affect them their whole life. The younger kids seek way more affection from EV than Kendal because of that fear. Like when Kap split her head, she wanted EV there, she wanted to be comforted by EV. That alone speaks volumes! In the early vlogs, a lot of parenting responsibilities were given to EV so I think the younger ones have a mother like bond with her. Kendal spent a lot of time in bed with migraines and it was up to EV to run the household.

I think you’re right about Daniel too. I think he’d be just as happy or more happy living a normal life. He seemed happier when they were in NC and he was working anyways. He’s a pretty simple man, like it doesn’t take a fancy restaurant or designer things or being rich to make him happy, as long as he has his nacho night, he’s happy.

So it seems someone is ill. It must be one of Daniel’s parents since he’s the one who might need his passport to travel (and they live in Panama). That’s probably the reason for no IG posts. At least Kendal is being respectful and is not posting when something serious seems to be happening. Didn’t stop them taking out the camera to film anyway. Hopefully whoever is sick will make a full recovery and if it is Covid related, that it’ll encourage the family to get vaccinated.

Yes, good point. I do wonder why Kendal and Daniel have both said if everything ends up being okay it’ll be a great story to tell. They’ve both said that on separate videos so I’m very curious what’s going on and why they think it’ll be a “great” story to share. Feels weird to say that about a family member in the hospital.
