I’m happy for Brinley that she can do a backhand spring again. But Kendal needs to get over herself. It’s only a backhand spring. Brinley is not a top level athlete like Kendal makes her out to be. Tumbling should not be described as beautiful. Tumbling is not about elegance. It’s about power, speed and dynamics. Mental blocks are common. Kendal is correct. But coaches and gymnasts deal with them all the time. A mental block of a basic skill like a back handspring should only take a few training sessions to overcome. A month would be extreme….a year is crazy!

I will hand it to Brinley though, her back handspring is technically better than Evie’s. It’s a long way from perfect though because she also collapses on her shoulders when she lands on her hands. But still not as badly as Evie. I am in no way surprised that Evie has so many pains when she tumbles. Her technique is so poor.

It’s princess EV’s birthday. Looks like she already got $200 Jordan’s for her birthday + her trip to disney with Yami, which must have been $1000+ after factoring in the cost of renting the Tesla and hotel stay. What did Kap get? A birthday party with a cheap cake that probably cost $150 total.

Also Kendal and Daniel always referring to their girls as athletes is laughable. Sure, cheerleading IS a sport, but your girls are NOT athletes. This is a recreational sport for them and they can barely tumble enough to keep up with girls half their age.

I did google those shoes and they seems to cost upward of $400 which is crazy for a pair of sneakers. What I do not understand is how Kendal doesn’t know what size shoes Evie wears. She said they ‘look’ like they’ll fit. Buying shoes is pretty straight forward, buy the size that you always wear. Shoe sizing is pretty consistent across brands.
Evie got a massive amount of money spent on her. Kapri did get a phone but then again, so did everyone else in the family. Could it be possible that the girls just have a phone but not a SIM card (phone network service). When they got the new phones they seemed to put then phone case on straight away without first inserting a SIM. Would this be normal practice in the US? It would mean the kids can only make phone calls IF they have a WiFi network.

On ig Kendal said Evie is the most determined 17 old, which is not true, first of all Evie barely leaves the house and second Evie dwells on her injuries, a real determined person would put the injuries behind them. Kendal also said Evie is the best actress, remember those horrible cringe tik toks they used to do that they thought were fooling everyone.

If Kendal bought Evie jordans, i could only imagine what else she got her. Speaking of the trip to Disney and all of that, where are they getting the money to do all of this? Since their channel is failing big time.

The video from a couple days ago about Evies MRI, Kendal said it was the last piece of Evie to be MRI'd to determine whats going on and they didnt find anything. Whats going on then? Are they delusional? Kendal makes it sound like Evie has a serious problem but if thats the case why cant they find anything wrong. I agree, I think there’s no injury. Sure, she did have a legit back injury in the past, she was like 12 years old and it’s beyond healed by now. She seems to struggle with tumbling. In one video where she was talking about her knee injury, she said it’s from constantly landing on her knees when throwing tucks when she was at Fire. It took her a long time to even get her tuck yet there’s lots of 12 year olds on Instagram throwing fulls and doubles. I’m not knowledgeable in technique but I do agree, it looks heavy and slow. I don’t think she was ever taught these things properly. She learned her back handspring when they were in NC still and the cheer team she was on only competed at Christian Cheerleader Association competition which is definitely not at the same caliber as all-star cheer. The girls aren’t athletes and that is okay!!!! It’s fine to do sports for fun. Not everybody is cut out to be an competitive athlete and that doesn’t make you less of a person.

I wonder if Ken’s favouritism toward EV comes from how EV was raised versus the younger kids. There’s blog posts from way back where she talks about Daniel staying home from work for an all day “disciplining” session and that was about EV. By the time they started on YouTube, they weren’t fundies anymore like in their blogging days. The only one we know was “disciplined” like this for sure was EV. All that “disciplining” I think taught her to constantly agree and support anything Ken says or does, walking on eggshells to avoid being punished. That turned her into a mini-Ken because it was the best way for her to protect herself. I don’t know, just a theory . I do feel genuinely bad for all the kids.

The male members of the family clearly were not invited to Evie’s birthday dinner. Kendal grooms her girls to believe men are inferior. I’m sure of it. Daniel is so unsure of himself and the the two boys don’t get attention…certainly not Hampton. Hampton is probably the only member of the family who is true to himself. I don’t think he has the cognitive ability to act for the camera. All the kids, but especially Sebi, seem to be gagging for attention and approval which is why they get themselves into so much trouble with friends. Like someone previously said, they become attached very fast (to people, to trends, to toys). This can be dangerous later in life when considering long term relationships or marriage.

According to the ‘most expensive presents ever’ thumbnail they should have spent thousands. Remember in the old days when Kendal used to buy Gucci shoes just for fun. And Apple store no budget videos? Things sure have gone south since then .

Right?! With the title “most expensive presentS ever” I expected a) multiple presents (other than the ones from her siblings) and b) something Gucci or LV. I know Jordans can be pricy but based on their past lifestyle, I would’ve expected more. However I’ve come to realize that most titles aren’t even just click bait, a lot are huge exaggerations and often not even relevant.

Based on the lack of apple store no budgets and things of the like plus the fact their views and comments are in the toilet, I think the money well is dried out. I think they’re struggling for money. Plus I’m sure they pay a lot more to have all 3 girls cheering at Flip; it’s a bigger higher caliber team than their old gyms and cheerleading is very expensive in general. I’m sure the switch to Flip has not been easy on their wallets.

I’d love to see Daniel go back to work in engineering; I think it would be good for him. He’s treated so poorly by most of the family, I think working would give him more of a sense of purpose and would be good just to interact with adults other than Ken and who don’t treat him like dirt. The boys and Daniel certainly are at the bottom while Kendal is queen, EV comes next then the other girls. They have such a weird family dynamic going on. Makes me grateful for my very normal upbringing.

This is what happens when the girls land on their hands during a back handspring. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand how unhealthy this is for their backs (and wrists). I can definitely see what Glass Half Full pointed out about her collapsing into her shoulders. It looks like she needs to stretch out and really elongate through her back/chest/shoulders/neck. This looks painful. Nothing can make up for poor technique! You need to take time really working through the foundations and developing proper strength, flexibility, and form so you can do things without hurting themselves.

These girls could be better at cheer if they really wanted to but they don’t seem that determined and that’s okay; they’re just not athletes as Kendal said. If they really wanted to be good cheerleaders, they could take time to warm up and stretch daily at the minimum and be doing workouts a few days a week outside their practices to improve their strength and stamina. It appears as though Kendal reads so here’s a couple ideas to help the girls become athletes.

She got a once in a lifetime trip to Disney (again), hahahaha. Her mother tagged along, but she was paying for it so I guess that was a given.
Oh, and she got sneakers! Didn't she? Let's not forget the no thought beef jerkey from both brothers, the nails, the folded $5 bill and the sweat shirt from 50 yr. old Kendal's 20 yr. old friend in Canada.
No car? Oh well, ...it was a GREAT birthday!

Hey guys! Generally, I just read along here but wanted to interject something. Anyone else catch a couple videos ago that Daniel's parents are moving back in with them? I'll bet (while not nearly as crazy as it used to be when views were up) Kendal's spending has remained since they are getting financial support from the grandparents. They probably help pay for their house, and that's why views are a third or less of what they were when they bought it yet they still haven't had to sell it. If this is the case, I find it crazy how Kendal can casually go out and get her extensions and expensive Disney hotels when she can't easily pay for her home herself. I wonder if Kendal plans for Daniel's parents to stay with them more permanently since they need $$ help?
By the way, I'll bet her Disney trip was under $1,000 since she has the FL resident annual pass she bought a long time ago. Still, crazy expensive though for hotel and food even for just a night or two. Kapri doesn't get anything close to this for her birthday. As for the birthday gift video, the Apple, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci bags in the thumbnail were clickbait as usual. She didn't even go IN to any of those stores in the video. I really don't think the money is in the place to where she can buy that stuff anymore, it was a desperate attempt for views.
It's not normal in the U.S. to have no SIM card in the iPhones. Looks like the younger girls don't have cell plans. Definitely saves money, which is good, but bad for emergencies if they are alone and need to call.

Wow I didn’t notice that major eye roll until you pointed it out . She’s so spoiled and she didn’t do great at pretending to be grateful when opening her other gifts; her “thank yoooou” was so fake sounding. The Jordan 1’s were more expensive than most birthday gifts plus her trip to HHN which probably was over $1k. It seems like she was expecting more but she did just get a brand new iPhone too. Now let’s wait and see if the car actually happens or if they just keep renting cars for clickbait.

When EV was opening her gifts from the other kids, I found it kinda sad that the kids don’t really seem to know each other well enough to buy more meaningful gifts for each other. I could’ve picked out all those gifts just as a casual viewer. Anyone who watches the vlogs knows from all the shopping videos what EV’s favourite things to buy are: beef jerky, fake nails, dr. Pepper, Starbucks, black hair dye, anything her best friend owns, etc. It seems as though the kids have very surface level relationships (except maybe the Kap and Brin relationship) but Kendal tries so hard to come off as the perfect happy Christian family. I think a lot are starting to see through that facade.

As for Daniel’s parents, they have to be financially supporting them to an extent because their views aren’t there to maintain this lifestyle. Before his parents left for Panama, Kendal did a tour of their condo before they moved in. I don’t know if they bought this condo or were just renting it until they moved to Panama. I think they did buy it so I assume that’s where they’ll be living but I’m not 100% sure. I think the parents just bankroll the Rich’s lifestyle, loan them money that they’ll never get back. Daniel’s parents old house in South Carolina was a literal mansion so they must be wealthy.

The click baiting has gotten so bad in both the titles and the thumbnails. You’d think they’re super rich if you just looked at the thumbnails but didn’t watch the video. I find it funny how they’re desperately trying to maintain this facade of being rich. Kendal’s taste in general is tacky! She used to dress much nicer when they lived in NC and they were mainly shopping at goodwill and stuff. Somehow, being able to afford any brand has had a negative effect on her style. I agree though, aviators are much nicer on her than the gaudy Gucci!
