I’m a 24/7 wheelchair user so can’t walk at all. The kids planning with the wheelchair like a toy made me irrationally angry. These are not toys!!!!! They are medical equipment!!!! Much needed medical equipment! What would they do if they broke it and then they needed to bring Daniel’s dad to an appointment? They’d be SOL. Someone in the comments said they should do a challenge where they spend 24 hours in a wheelchair and that infuriated me. If KD do that video, I will be pissed. Pretending to be a wheelchair user for a day, knowing that these hardships and obstacles will disappear when the 24 hours are over makes it a completely different experience. Wheelchair users deal with ableism and inaccessibility every single day, they lose friends because they can’t do things like they used to, they have the stress of surgeries and tests and doctors, etc. Being a wheelchair user is SO MUCH MORE than sitting in a wheelchair for a day.
I’m sorry you have to watch this. Disabilities are hard and for them to see a wheelchair as a toy is beyond inappropriate.
Hampton seems to be very capable of walking/running so how he can’t make it around Disney without a stroller seems questionable. They always claim he NEEDS a stroller due to his disabilities. Perhaps they can get Hampton a wheelchair too….or maybe they can’t because it’s clear parental laziness doesn’t qualify anyone to get a wheelchair.

Evie seems to be having a reasonably normal teenage lifestyle. However kendal does need to losen the reigns and let Evie be that teenager!

Thank you kindly!!! Wheelchairs are freedom to use users, we couldn’t get around without them, so seeing them treat it as a toy is frustrating, especially that Kendal got in on it and was being pushed around too. The kids, fine, they don’t know better but not only is K an adult with a lot more life experience, she was a nurse and should know better.

I think they bring the stroller because it’s a way they can contain Bones so they don’t have to watch him constantly to make sure he doesn’t run off. They are doing Bones a major disservice by doing this. With muscles and joints, if you don’t use them, you will lose them. If they keep him in a stroller, he may get to the point he *needs* it because of muscle weakness from deconditioning. I’m not from the US but in my experience, if Bones actually needs that stroller, his OT would have got him a wheelchair that is comfortable and fitted to his size rather than squeezing into a stroller that he’s way too old for. I would think KD would like him getting a wheelchair; it would be a great story arc over many videos and would draw more attention to them.

I’m glad EV seems to be having fun and real teenage experiences! I’m happy for her! But like you said, they need to back off with the helicopter parenting. EV should be able to hang out with C without her family and siblings tagging along. They’re both 17 years old which is a very reasonable age to be dating and should be able to hang out on their own. EV doesn’t seem to know who she is, she just mirrors her mom; she needs some freedom to do things and make mistakes and learn and grow into who she truly is.

I don’t reckon Bones has an occupational therapist!

Not sure if it’s teenage hormones but Brin is being super sassy lately. She used to be the chill one and now she’s making snarky comments and being rude in all the videos.

Also, Bones is fed and clothed but that’s about all the parental support he gets. Kenny wants nothing to do with parenting him and it’s so obvious. I’m sure she’s resentful of Bones being black and having a disability…I’m also positive she resents Daniel for pushing for adoption.

He did have an OT when they lived in NC, he went to public school/pre-school and got OT, PT, and SLP. You’re right though, he probably doesn’t have one in Florida since he hasn’t yet gone to public school there because of covid. I’m sure K will send him as soon as she can because she’s said before that it’s too hard to homeschool when Bones is home.

It makes me sad that Brin is being sassy/snarky lately. She was the one I had the most hope for turning out okay but she’s turning into a mini Kendal/EV. I hope it’s just a stage and it passes. If you watch their old vlogs in NC, Brin and Kap were such happy kids! Brin was always smiling and happy but they seem so miserable these days. They know they can get away with the snark/sass because neither parent parents them.

You’re spot on with Bones. Ken has said before that she didn’t want to adopt, it was Daniel that did and he talked her into it. She tries to act all sugary sweet around Bones on camera but you can feel that resentment in her voice and in what she says; she tries to hide it but without success. Daniel used to spend a lot of time with Bones but it seems as though nobody does anymore. They just plunk him on the couch with a movie and his video games and go about their day. They use technology to babysit/parent him. Ken has said many ableist things and I’m sure she does resent his disability and race.

If I remember correctly they had him going to a school or PT in Florida for awhile but then “he didn’t like it” or some other ridiculous excuse. Basically I think it was inconvenient for them and their “busy schedule” and they stopped taking him. What do they think is going to happen as he gets older? No one but their immediate family understands a damn word he says. How is he going to function? Are they going to expect the other kids to care for him the rest of their lives? I feel so bad that he wasn’t adopted by a family who actually would care for his disabilities and help him, and not just worry about their appearance and YouTube presence

I wish he had a family who properly cared for his disabilities; as someone who lives with a disability, it really hits close to home for me which I think is what drew my interest in watching this family. It pisses me off that they don’t get him any therapy at all. When he was in school, that’s all he did all day; he needs that now that he’s out of school too. They’re clearly not considering the future because, if they were, they’d have him in every therapy possible. What do they think is going to happen when Bones is an adult and still can’t talk? How is he going to get a job and support himself? He won’t, he’ll end up living with his parents for the rest of his life and I’m sure that’s the polar opposite of what K wants. They could send him to a care home which may not be a terrible thing, he may get more attention and care than he gets at home. I get that they think his language is cute, Bones is adorable, but in not helping him learn to communicate either vocally or with an AAC, he will never be independent or have any autonomy which is disempowering and his right to have.

Also, did anyone catch how Evie said she’s NOT doing tumbling with the other tumbling coach called Mark. Only with Michael. I hope the coaches at flip city don’t watch the vlogs because publicly dissing one of their coaches won’t go down well. Both she and Caitlyn were sniggering about Mark….”eh eh, I ain’t doing tumbling with Mark”! Also, Daniel said quite openly to Caitlyn that she doesn’t NEED to go to tumbling but that Evie probably should. Why would Daniel say Evie PROBABLY SHOULD go to tumbling practice unless he knows she isn’t good enough. And why does he care? It seems that Kendal and Daniel are the ones who put pressure on the girls to do cheer, to get new skills, to move up a level, to make it onto a team, to win medals. How sad for those girls.

Do you think they get bored of it? They literally go to target everyday and are at the mall almost just as frequently. I think I would get so bored of looking at the same stuff everyday. Plus all the money they must spend 😳. They need to do it all the time though because of the shallow life they live; they seem to buy their kids affection hence why EV and Kap especially come off as really spoiled in some videos when they can’t get the MacBook or Tesla they want.

Good catch!!! I hadn’t noticed that when I watched the video but I went back and omg, that was such a diss at EV from Daniel about her tumbling. Awkward. I would never ever talk about coaches like that on YouTube. Even if Mark doesn’t watch the videos, I’m sure someone he knows does and will send him that video. That was quite rude of the girls. They need to remember that the coaches are the ones who decide what opportunities you’re going to get; talking negatively behind their back is not a great way to gain their coach’s respect.

I think their parents want them to be good at cheer more than the girls do. Brin and Kap have seem to lost their passion for cheer. They used to be so happy going to practices and now they look so sad during the car rides going to cheer. I think they would’ve been better off staying at cougars where it was less competitive and more fun. EV has the desire to be competitive and move up but she doesn’t seem to have the drive to put in the work outside of practices to get there. Brin and Kap seem to put in more work outside of practice but I think the stress of being in a big competitive gym takes away the enjoyment from it. It makes me sad to see for sure. If there’s one thing I know, parents who push their kids in sports don’t get anywhere unless their kid is willing to put in the work; you can’t do it for them.

All three of our girls are athletes. The eldest is very ambitious and very self driven. She is also successful, so successful that she has been scouted by two D1 universities in the US (we do not live in America nor are we American) but unfortunately she doesn’t want to go to the US for 4 years and leave her coach here. The two younger girls also are in competitive sports but are less ambitious than the eldest girl. The middle girl is drooling at the thoughts of studying in the US on an athletic scholarship but admits she is too lazy to work hard enough to feature in the top world ranking list. We don’t push the girls to perform. We encourage them to do their best and support them because any sport is better than no sport. We think it’s a good learning experience for them to see what opportunities come along IF you work hard. If we were to push our children they would push back. That’s the nature of a teenager.

LMAO! Oh dear Kendal, lol - did I strike a nerve with calling you out on your Covid bullshit? You've only mentioned it 25x hahahaha "we had it it, we had the thing, we can't taste blablabla". NOW, you've gone so far as to show somebody's positive test to prove it hahahaha "IT'S POSITIVE, because WE ALL HAD IT!" Boy, did you shout this part out!
Does it though? Does it really prove it? I mean, (barring the fact that you didn't draw on the lines yourself, as I would definitely not put it past you to do) I guess it must be somebody's test. But, is it really yours? Where are the other 6? Oooohh, that's right, your "cleaning lady" just happened to find the ONE lone test that wasn't thrown away. How convenient.
I've a right to my opinion. Everyone on here has the right to their opinion. Mine is still, you're full of shit; you've always been full of shit & you always will be full of shit. Your whole gd life is one big, full of shit, lie. God bless those who believe anything you say.
Now just throw the test away sweetheart & get started on Evie's next room makeover...after you're done shopping at Shein of course.

Your posts are always have great points on Xulie!!! I think Kendal conveniently forgot that Daniel’s dad had tested positive for covid when he was in Panama and they are living together right now so it would be very easy to get a positive test to show off for the camera… Why are they trying so hard to prove it? If there was still a test laying around from when they had covid 5+ months ago, I think they need to hire a new cleaning lady, she’s clearly not doing her job well if this is the case!!! 🙄

I liked that on their latest SHEIN video, there was quite a few comments calling out the fact that they support SHEIN that is known to highly unethical and terrible environmentally because of the “wear once” nature of fast fashion. One comment had pointed out that if they’re really as affluent as they try to come of as, they should be shopping/recommending ethically made brands. Not everyone can shop ethically but the Riches should be able to afford it.

Right back atcha Pineapple, your points are great as well! I know ppl will disagree with me on the "great housekeeping find" & that's o.k., like I said everybody on here has a right to their opinion on this matter (except for the one's who wish they contract & die from it of course). & the Shein hauls are just embarrassing. Well, embarrassing to the normal Joe. Embarrassing to Kendal Rich? Nah, her idea of embarrassment is not being able to draw those eyebrows on. Shein haul? Hell, "let's to another one" & another one & another one. Nothing embarrassing here. :)

I think we could probably count on one hand the number of videos they’ve made that isn’t a shopping/haul video. I don’t understand why they keep making SHEIN videos. Do they think they are being relevant for their less affluent followers or can they simply not able to afford to shop elsewhere? I won’t pretend we don’t all buy from fast fashion companies because we do. Doesn’t matter if it’s Brandy Melville, H&M, Zara, or even Target. Many companies are trying to improve their environmental impact but unfortunately it’s almost unavoidable to fall into the fast fashion market.
Their videos have become so damn boring and when people ask ‘what happened?’, other commenters give Kendal’s standard reply ‘go watch the video’. I hate that! Why can’t they just give a straight answer to the question. The Rich family is becoming more awful by the day.

Looks like she deleted all those comments calling her out. I just scrolled through all the comments and didn’t see even ONE talking about shein. You know someone made a good point when their comment is deleted.

I’m still confused as to why they need a cleaning lady? They have all the time in the day to clean. They have 5 kids that can clean. Are they really that lazy?

Is there really a cleaning lady?

Maybe the cleaning lady flew over on the

I know! The cleaning lady moved that test from room to room during all the makeovers.

Omg Xulie…this is hilarious.

This family just keeps getting more and more absurd. I feel like they know the end of their you tube days are near and are just trying to grasp at straws to make it last as long as they can.

Kenny has posted so many things lately about how their views are low and blaming YouTube and Instagram for censoring them. Uh no…Kenny you are not being censored (she loves playing the victim), you’re just boring!

Did anyone catch in today’s vlog EV said something about needing to do “happy shopping”? I wonder if something happened with Cameron??
