It's R Life - Part 1

Hello guys! Long time no see! Been sick but feeling a bit better lately. I recently watched some It's R Life.. and wow.. so much to say! So little time! First, someone needs to teach Brin how to do her eye makeup... she was giving Kapri a hard time, but geez, at least Kapri doesn't look like a drowned raccoon! And can Evie keep her calm about a boy? Has she never been around the male species before? From the moment he was introduced, she's just all about him. Also, is she trying to become her friend Yami? Dark hair.. tanning to darker skin... constantly wearing hats, switching her style... then I saw Yami and I was like.. "she must be the reason for her style change". Before she was trying to become the tiktok girl (I forget her name.. but when she dyed her hair pink... lol) Evie needs to learn how to be her own person, and not be someone else! I see the boys are still nowhere to be seen. And I also see a lot of the girls tongues, and I would rather not. lol Why do they always have to poke out their tongues like that? Every time the camera is pointed at them Do they realize it's not even remotely cute? It's like duckface.. but dare I say.. worse?

I think it’s funny that Kenny gets so mad at Instagram and YouTube for “censoring” her and how she speaks so publicly on it. Like aren’t those platforms her main/only source of income? But she thinks it’s ok to publicly diss on each of those platforms? She should be grateful she hasn’t been completely banned because of that. Her privilege is showing yet again.

I was unable to watch the Brinley teeth pulling video due to how ridiculous it was. Brinley literally didn’t care she was having teeth pulled and was almost forced Into saying she was scared. I wish she had the guts to tell her stupid mother that she wasn’t nervous and she wasn’t scared.
And is that bullshit real that Kendal texts Daniel throughout the whole procedure? I am absolutely not a heartless parent but my kids have been going to dentist and orthodontist appointments alone since they were 11! Didn’t matter if it was getting braces on or off, having teeth cleaned or pulled. Brinley was probably pissed off about her mother sitting there.

I am blocked from Kendal’s tik too but I can see the videos on my phone because I don’t have the app. What I cannot see are the comments. Maybe my cat needs to get a tiktok profile so she can see the comments

I don’t think Kendal texting Daniel is too weird. But Daniel rushing into all of the other kid’s rooms to give them minute-by-minute updates was bizarre.

Today’s dumb video of “what apps are on my phone” is literally the most boring content ever even the girls were annoyed having to do it. Brinley even says she doesn’t want to do it and looks mortified going through her phone. Thee girls could not care less about being filmed and it shows.

Another car ride to the mall with both Kap and EV not wearing seat belts. I really don’t get it. Do they think it’s cool not to wear a seatbelt? Obviously the younger girls are copying EV, but EV is an idiot and should not be followed. Kendal/Daniel- it’s not cool to let your girls not wear seatbelts. The fact that neither of you parent your children is disgusting and shameful. Daniel is a try hard with no friends so he seeks the acceptance of his kids and one way to do that is by letting them do what they want. Daniel- grow a pair and discipline your kids before you get them killed in a car accident. I swear when EV starts driving she’s going to be the most distracted driver- I can see her cruising down the highway doing TikTok’s while driving…

Lastly- Daniel talking about going to church more regularly is LAUGHABLE. Notice he doesn’t say Kendal goes. He just mentions Kap and EV going with him. Maybe Sebi? But Brin apparently doesn’t go because she has no clothes lol. Let’s be real- you go to church maybe one a month. I just can’t quite understand why they always show car accidents and talk about his bad drivers are in south Florida yet they don’t make their kids wear their seatbelts. People commenting about it are NOT being nit picky like they claim, people are genuinely concerned for their kids safety. A seatbelt can be the difference between life and death in a car accident. Nobody wants to see any of the kids get hurt. When you have a YouTube channel, fans develop parasocial relationships where they genuinely feel as though these people are their friends. Viewers are just showing their concern as they would with their “real life” friends. Is it legal in Florida to not wear a seatbelt? It’s not wear I live but I know laws can be drastically different from state to state.

Does anyone know what religion they belong to? I grew up going to church but what we wore was never an issue. Every time they’ve shown them on church days in the past (a couple years ago), the girls were always wearing dresses. Growing up, we would go to church in shorts (albeit not timy shorts, ones that covered everything they should) and a tank top in the summer and we were never underdressed or judged for it because everyone was very casual except the more elderly members who grew up with church being a formal thing. Maybe the church I went to was different than most.

Yes it’s illegal in Florida to drive with unrestrained ‘minors’ (under 18) and the driver can be penalized. This is why I said someone local should have a word in the ear of a WPB cop.

They are Christian (I believe they used to be fundamentalists). Evie’s BF Cameron seems to be quite religious. This is probably why Evie has been going to church. It’s obvious that they are dating but I don’t know why Kendal blatantly lies about it. If you can’t answer truthfully, then ignore the question. But don’t lie.

If Evie was truly as confident as she portrays then she would have asked him out already instead of making thirsty & cringe tik toks obviously about him. In the comments on one of her tik toks she liked a comment saying shes wearing Cams hoodie. That doesnt seem like a friends thing to me. If they aren't dating the word "In love" is a strong word to use btw has he told her that? Because i doubt it, how full of herself does she have to be to speak for someone else that hes in love with her. Whether there dating or not the feelings seem to be much stronger on Evies side & i dont think its gonna end well. For kids who don't want to go to public school & want to be home with there siblings they dont know basic things about each other. I think Evies going own the worst path because the boys have each other, Brin & Kap have each other & then Evie has no one but Kendal.

I totally agree that he’s probably only seeing the side of the Riches they want him to see. The only hang up I have on that is EV and Kendal are so mean to people in the comments on tiktok; how does he not see that? How does it not raise red flags? Maybe it does but his teenage hormones are stronger than the red flags LOL. Obviously we’ve only seen bits and pieces of him but he seems like a nice down to earth kid; I don’t know what he and EV would have in common/be able to relate over. Even in the video where she was shopping for him for Christmas, she said something to his brother about not letting C watch the video (I think?) but her tone made it come off as very harsh and not so nice… We’ve all seen what happens to the girls when they get too close to their friends. One little spat and the relationship blows up. Unfortunately I can see this relationship suffering the same outcome.

The point you made about the boys having eachother and Kap and Brin having each other but EV only having Kendal was excellent; I’ve honestly never considered that before but it’s a great point! They definitely try to come across as one big happy family but they leave little clips in here and there that paint a different picture like not knowing what grade their siblings are in. There’s a lot of yelling in the background of videos and the kids can be very physically rough with each other; in my opinion, you should never lay your hands on another person period. I don’t think they get along like they want people to believe. It seems like EV and Brin have been fighting a lot lately too. They spend so much time with each other that I can see them getting sick of each other. They spend a lot of time together but I don’t think they spend much *quality* time with each other; for example, my family was very close growing up but my parents prioritized us spending time together like making the time for us to sit and eat dinner together every night with no phones allowed so we would actually speak and have great conversations. Our friends loved coming over because we had a very open and happy relationship between my parents and sibling that a lot of our friends never got to have with their own family. Many came from families where their parents tried to buy their love instead of actually showing it. It hurts my heart to see such a divided family.

Kendal would say we’re all haters but I don’t think any of us truly hate them and wish them harm, I think most of us are on the same page that we’re concerned about the kids, not angry and jealous. I wish we wouldn’t have lost Florida Mom!!!

Why did Florida mom go? I can’t remember. I definitely don’t hate the Rich family. If I hated them I wouldn’t watch them. There are so many vloggers out there that I dislike and do not watch (Dad Challenge, for example). Likewise I am far from jealous of the Rich family. I find it so entertaining that they pretend to be rich and happy and successful. And that’s why I watch. To be entertained by the charade. I am concerned that they do not wear seatbelts. I’m concerned that they are not well educated. I’m concerned that they share part of their lives with ca. 40k strangers everyday. I’m concerned that Hampton will never become independent and wonder what will happen to him when he becomes an adult. Because for sure Kendal doesn’t take responsibility for him. I’m concerned that the girls are raised to think how you look and dress is a reflection of who you are.

She said that it was fun in the beginning, but then it took a turn. There a couple of (or one in the same) ppl on here that are, shall we say, strange and I think she just didn't want to be associated with that. I get it. I left too for a minute., but then I saw the thread dying down and didn't like that. So, I chose to ignore the "bad apples" (not take their obscure thoughts personally) and keep contributing to this thread along with the good ones. I do miss her inside scoops; she actually knew their neighbors and cheer moms from Cougars. I have received messages from some who claim to be from North Carolina & Flip, but who knows if they're authentic? If any one of them can prove they are who they say they are, I'll definitely share!
