Just throwing it out there. It was a reach, I know. I’m just here to speculate and joke around; it was a stupid tin foil hat theory because we have no sweet clue what that scene was all about and I don’t take this forum that seriously. Like I said, was just speculation. I’ve seen both men and women cry over money matters in my real life so it's not out of the realm of possibility. We’ve talked a few times about them possibly be on the verge of bankruptcy so the idea of having to shell out a ton of money for a competition when they don’t have credit cards nor likely enough money in the bank to pay for it themselves could/would be upsetting to some people. I do agree it would probably be Kendal more than Daniel that’s be upset unless Daniel is being forced to go back to working a normal job. Some people get emotional about money things.

Amen to thank Glass!!!! All the family vloggers are nurses being they’re egotistical and want to have “power” over people but aren’t smart enough to go to medical school to actually be the one calling the shots. There’s definitely an archetype of family vlogging women for sure, all the traits you mentioned. These people want to be lauded and have people admire them and being a nurse makes them look like a better, nicer, more caring person than they really are. They can play the whole martyr act. Kendal seems to be exactly like her dad and though I don’t think this is why their relationship ended but I’m sure they butt heads constantly; sometimes people who are way too similar can’t get along, they both want the spotlight but both can’t have it.

The coffee scenes are some of the worse. I know I complain about the eating habits and just weird things they do and that smacking her lips is one that drives me crazy. Also drives me crazy that they constantly speak with food in their mouth. It’s easy! Take a bite, chew it with your mouth shut, swallow, then speak. Nothing they have to say is so important that it can’t wait a few seconds for them to have swallowed their food. SO many vloggers do this!!! I hate how they say that all the gross eating and sucking sounds of Hampton’s are so cute; maybe to them they are (which is so weird IMO) but I’m quite certain most of their audience would prefer not to see/hear peoples’ food being eaten… where did their manners go? Were they never taught manners????

Spelling maybe be dodgy but this comment says it all

1. Just because j2 did better on day two doesn’t mean other teams didn’t do even better. I must go back and look at all the difficulty and performance scores from that category.

2. Evie’s team definitely did not hit zero in day 1 like Kendal says. 0.9 in deductions I think. Even more on day two. No Kendal, her team can’t win them all. In fact they can’t win any.

3. I know we don’t get to see the whole routine but from what we do see, Evie’s team looks sloppy. Out of sync, timing off, jumps crap, those kids at the top of the stunt groups look unbalanced

4. Clearly Brinley was the cause of the error in her group on day 1

5. Only teams who are weak believe there is an injustice in the results. The strongest athletes can usually recognize their own errors and accept that others are better

6. Brinley has biceps??????

7. Evie obviously doesn’t care, why waste money on private lessons and competition travel. She probably wants to quit but that would crush her mother.

8. Every time I hear Daniel whooping I get the impression he is a monkey and is copying the sounds around him but is clueless as to what is actually going on.

9. When will kendal understand that if you never ever win, it’s because you’re simply not the best. Others are just better. Her daughters are not amazing strong athletes. This has nothing to do with conspiracy or bribery.

10. Let’s solve kendals problem and suggest she puts her kids into track and field. There it’s pretty clear cut who the winners are. Times and measuring tapes don’t lie and cannot be bribed.

I’ve done some digging on the whole “was Kendal actually a nurse?” question but unfortunately have drawn a blank. I tried to find her license number and status which is available publicly in some states but not NC. So no idea if she a fully became a registered nurse. The only information I found was an old year book from her freshman year at UNC. We know she did at least one year there but she could’ve dropped out for all we know. Oh well. Enjoy his photo of Kenny when she was probably 18/19. It was easily found by searching life her using her maiden name.

Glass, you killed it . This is everything I planned on posting about this vlog so thanks for saving me the time . They YouTube comment couldn’t have been more spot on; she’s basically saying that the other teams were crappy and didn’t deserve to win, discrediting their wins. It becomes clearer and clearer with every competition that Kendal doesn’t understand cheer scoring at all. The scoring rubrics are all easily available on Varsity’s website, very easily found. Like you said, the whole thing about Brin’s placement going down, does she not realize that is her team can improve on day 2, so can all the other teams? This part is so obvious but she somehow doesn’t get it. Kendal like to pretend she’s this honest, intense, ruthless cheer mom archetype like her beloved Dance Moms show, she would’ve told Brin to save her years for the pillow, that’s what Abby Lee always said, but Kendal needs that advice more than anyone. She’s an adult, Brim’s an emotional hormonal teenager, Kendal is old enough to know better and do better. Stop being a sore loser. If you really hates the politics of cheer, they’re never going away so might as well go while the goings hot and put her kids in objectively scored sports. I also agree EV’s team just isn’t good. Their flyers are lacking flexibility big time and they struggle with balance; they need to learn to keep themselves tight when they’re flying. Like you said, EV doesn’t seem to care. Maybe that’s why she’s never upset about her losing like she was at Fire. I really think moving to a bigger more competitive gym did the girls a disservice. Sure, they’ve improved their skills big time but they also seem annoyed or sad when they say they have a practice. It’s as if they often dread going. Winning isn’t everything, being happy and enjoying yourself is much more important. They’re crumbling under the pressure. Summit is going to be real interesting…

Ok I’ve no idea how to correctly attach a photo so that it can actually be seen without having to log in and click a link…but anyway. In the attached photo I have been a bit of a geek and have made a spreadsheet to help Kendal better understand WHY Brinley’s team moved down the ranks on day two. The two teams to move above flip city on day two are the teams in positions 4 and 5. The positions 1,2 and 3 remained unchanged over the two day competition. As is very obvious from the spreadsheet, both teams (in positions 4 and 5) increased their Raw Score on day two by significantly more than Flip City did. Likewise, their performance score also increased by a greater percentage. And this, Kendal, is the reason why Flip City did not get a medal. Not because they didn’t improve, because they did, but because the other teams improved MORE. Until Kendal actually understands this, she will NEVER be content. I also don’t imagine she would have been able to do these simple calculations to highlight this so I hope my time has been well spent and all becomes clearer to her.

So is Kenny really that naive that she thinks just telling us the teams hit zero and we will take her word? Does she not realize it’s public knowledge and posted online? Either that or their coaches tell them they hit zero and then find out they haven’t… but it just seems stupid to lie. Did they ever acknowledge why Kap’s team didn’t go? I tried asking on her Instagram but got no response.
