Did anyone catch that Brinley was trying to decide if she wants to continue as an all star cheerleader? She also has no ambitions to move up a level. Maybe she’ll be the one to quit first. Imagine if she decided to do another sport, like swimming or running. Would we see any of her trainings or competition or would that just not fit in with Kendal’s role as a cheer mom.

Kapri is looking for video ideas that don’t cost money.

On her most recent tiktok, Kendal was called out by many people for being rude. It’s good to see more and more people are pushing back against her.
Their latest vlog was so boring I fast forwarded until the end where they talked about calling 911 (I’ll get to that in a second).

I’m not surprised in the least that Brin is thinking about quitting cheer. She looks miserable in all of the cheer videos and never talks excitedly about it. I think Kap is the only one who truly enjoys it. EV did at one point but I think now she’d rather be at the mall or doing stuff with friends. She probably likes being a cheerleader for the “image” of it. Same reason Kendall wants them all the be cheerleaders- she thinks it makes her special.

At the end of the vlog Kap, Brin and their friend are eating McDonald’s and talking about how they had to call 911 after they saw a lady fall over on a walk. It actually sounds like a pretty scary situation for the lady and for the girls to have witnessed. Ultimately I think they were very brave and mature by calling the ambulance but when Kap said she thought the lady died and when she saw it happen she turned to her friend and said “wow did she just die?” She said it with ZERO emotion and it made me so angry. I know she’s young but the way she said with no concern for the lady was baffling. Not to mention I am one thousand percent certain Kendall made Kapri or Brin film the ambulance and the EMTs for the vlog. They even included a picture of the lady - how awful and disrespectful to exploit a stranger for your own gain. Kendal is gross but this takes it to a new level.

I know the girls have a small social circle but I really don’t think they know how to interact with anyone outside of themselves. Or how to deal with social situations with empathy or respect.

I cant see Kendal letting Brinley quit. She would probably force her to keep doing it. Orrrr they will fake some injury for views and it will be a “career ending injury” and they will milk it for all its worth, even though it would just be Brin quitting.

Apparently Evie’s team did not compete at the most recent comp (idk what day it was). Eliel posted a tiktok and a comment saying they didn’t compete.

I didn’t think Evie competed this weekend. All of pics show Evie out of uniform while Brin and Kapri were dressed.

I’ve honestly thought Brinkley was miserable since she started at Flip. I think we all discussed it in the past and I think we were right. Brin used to be excited about cheer and looked forward to her practices at Cougars and during her brief time at Fire. I saw the fire go out in her a couple weeks after starting at Flip. I honestly think Brin really loved cheer, but in the end, the level of competition and the intensity of a gym like at Flip City, took the fun out of it. I mean, it was a huge jump from going from Cougars to Fire alone because they’d be practicing a lot more at Fire but if you compare Cougars (which was technically her last team) to Flip City, it’s like going into a whole new world. I think Brin liked cher when she could go to cheer, it not be an intense conditioning practice, go to low key comps where they won a lot, and where the intensity is low, she’s not so stressed that she can’t have fun which seems to be happening at FC. I hope that if she’s not happy, that she is brave enough to quit. She’s not responsible to live out her mothers’ childhood fantasies; you deserve to have your own interest and your own life Brin! I saw her fire go out around September and she seems to have such a sweet soul deep down when uninfluenced by her mom. I hope she escapes and finds herself instead of becoming a clone of her mother dearest.

I intended to write more than this but I keep falling asleep lol

Kendal seems like one of those really annoying mothers who has absolutely nothing in her own life and just talks about cheer all the time. Doesn’t matter if it’s her own daughters’ competitions, training, hair, make up or whatever cheer series is running on Netflix. Crying because Kapri won’t be on that team anymore is ridiculous….she’s lamenting her own loss of belonging, not Kapri’s. Kendal truly believes she is a part of Flip City when all she is is a source of payment.
I had to laugh at one of the captions that said the senior 5 team is Evie’s future team. Does Evie have a chance of making a level 5 team?
I also hope Brinley has the courage to quit cheer if that’s what she wants. She really doesn’t seem to enjoy it so much and even during the performance she isn’t the type of child to be flamboyant in her expressions like some other cheerleaders.
On her IG stories yesterday Kendal said that cheer is a sport like no other in terms of emotions and intensity. She only thinks that because she knows nothing else. If she could see just how hard other kids work at their sports she might change her mind. Again let’s not forget that her girls are a small step up from recreational level.
My three daughters are all competitive athletes in different sports. The eldest of whom is approaching elite level. In fact she was scouted by 5 different D1 universities last year to go join them on full ride scholarships beginning 2022. And we are not even American but her world ranking is so high that she is on the radar of US colleges. When our girls compete, regardless or which daughter in which sport, we feel nervous. But we don’t openly project the intensity of our emotions onto our girls before competition because they have their own feelings that they need to deal with. They don’t need Mom and Dad in their faces talking, pressuring, discussing the impending performances. I’m not in the least bit surprised Brinley isn’t enjoying cheer or feels too much stress (her words). She never gets a break.

Oh…forgot to mention: on Evie’s tiktok someone wrote
‘Did her (she ;)) and Dom break up?
And Evie liked the comment

It must kill Kendal to know that we are always one step ahead in calling things out. Maybe that’s coz we are all intelligent people who can see through the charade

Kenny’s whole life revolves around cheer and it’s not even her that participates in the sport. It’s really kind of sad. She doesn’t know who she is. She likes whatever the girls like or that is popular to like. Right now, the girls are on cheerleading so so is she. The thing I find odd about Kenny is that she lets it become her entire life. I’m sure that even young athletes in national or Olympic teams don’t have their entire life revolve around the sport. Kenny just likes feeling a part of something but it’s no different than her finding that community in an MLM: she’s paying for these friendships and community. How many friends will stay in contact when they leave Flip? Or when the girls age out of cheer? Probably none because they’re friends of convenience. All they have in common is their kids cheerleading. That’s it. People who have autism can often develop what are called “special interests” which go beyond a neurotypical persons level of interest, it almost becomes an obsession to learn as much about it until they become experts in the topic. Cheer almost reminds me of that for Kendal except it’s not because she’s neurodivergent, it’s because she’s a narc who has alienated herself from most family and friends. Daniel and the kids are all she has left so she latches on as strong as possible so that nobody can ever leave her alone.

I won’t elaborate because I did in another post but I’m #TeamBrinley! If she doesn’t like it anymore, I support her quitting 102%. Kendal won’t but, if you happen to be reading this Brin (which I doubt you are), don’t let your mom’s goals and desires control you. You are your very own person with your very own likes and dislikes and that’s awesome! You’re allowed to like whatever sport. Your so young with lots of potential, the sky is the limit!

EV, imo, has no chance of making senior 5 *except* for the fact they are “famous” YouTubers. I can honestly see Flip giving her a hand up because of that but also because, if they don’t move EV up, it’ll be the meltdown of the century from both EV and Kenny which risks the loss of not only the crazy expensive tuition from one athlete but from three. Now, why do I say she should move up? She simply doesn’t have the skills. Going from level 3 to a level 5 is a big jump. EV doesn’t even have a layout yet which she needs for level 4. For a level 5, she needs a full (or full twisting layout, however you want to call it) and she can’t have a full without a solid layout. It’ll take time to get a solid layout and, if they try and rush her through to a full when she’s not ready, she’ll end up with an actual serious potentially career ending injury. That’s why you take things gradually (as you know best!). Those are just two skills of the many she needs for level 5 but doesn’t have like a toe-touch to back tuck. That takes a lot of explosive power in your legs to pull them up into a nice toe touch then land and rebound with enough power to get up and over for a tuck. When I watch EV’s tumbling (keeping in mind I know nothing about cheerleading, just a fan not a coach), power seems to be what’s missing. She’s slow and heavy in her tumbling (and no, I’m not calling her fat by saying her tumbling is heavy, any person’s tumbling can be heavy no matter their size), there’s no explosiveness. She needs legs that can do that explosiveness if she wants to move up because she actually has the appropriate skills, not just to avoid a cat fight.

Your girls are athletes - these girls aren’t, they’re recreational cheerleaders. There’s some colleges known for their cheerleading but the Rich girls (at this point) aren’t good enough to get recruited to a good team. Maybe in the future, Kap still has many years to go, she may be able to make a college team if she desires. It sounds like you know how to handle yourself at a competition, not putting your stress onto your girls, letting them prepare in the way they need to prepare and not messing with their mindset. Great job mama Half Full!! You support them but not by going crazy over the top like Kenny, by being there if they need you and keeping the nervous energy to yourself. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, your girls are lucky to have you.

Offtopic: Thank you all for the kind reception of my news. J thought I was being vague and cryptic enough that your wouldn’t know exactly what I was talking about but that was silly of me because you’re all smart cookies and I’m so happy to have gotten to know and snark with you. To answer a few questions you may have, no, I don’t have cancer but do have a terminal illness (which I won’t specify on here to protect my anonymity, yes, I feel it’s very unfair being in my 20s and dying but I have a therapist and she’s great. When I go, it likely won’t be sudden, I should have a bit of time to come say a proper goodbye. Kenny says people on these sites are haters and mean and whatever, you have been some of the kindest most supportive people, much more supportive than I’m sure Christian Kenny would be. If you happen to pray, prayers for peace for myself and my family as we walk this would be very appreciated. If you don’t pray, good vibes or whatever you believe in are also warmly accepted. Thank you you amazing people 💕

You’ve used exactly the correct terms to describe Evie’s tumbling…slow, heavy and lacking explosiveness.

Happy to be able read one of your longer posts again 😉

Does anyone have the scoresheet from the cheer comp? Kapri and Brinley’s teams won but I need to know how many teams they were competing against! My guess is they came in first out of 2 teams otherwise Kenny would be blabbing on and on about how they beat X number of teams and came in first.

No….can’t find any results. But I reckon there was only one team in each category….kapri’s team made a mistake and still came 1st. Doubt there was any competition

I found the schedule on FB and both teams did not go directly against another gym🤷🏼‍♀️

I saw it too- neither team had any competition. There was also nobody in the category Evie’s team would have performed in. They originally were going to perform and I assume there was entry fees? So I don’t buy that they pulled them because they weren’t ready… they had no competition and would have won no matter what they did.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the coaches have punished the team due to drama - evie is definitely involved in some drama with girls at the gym.

I agree I wondered why a coach would change a routine with 1 competition left in the season, doesn’t make sense and why not compete it locally so you have a good full out in a competition before what is it summit?

Their raw score isn’t high enough, that is why coaches change routines. If they want to make it past the first round of cuts at summit they will need a more difficult routine. Summit is crazy because you can hit zero and still not make it to finals!

So basically they pay to go to these competitions where they know they are going to win by default? So Brin and Kap didn’t win jackets or rings- they bought them.

Kendal might be more like an overgrown spoiled toddler in the relationship rather than the big boss. I really don't think she's setting up the LLC or handling business accounts or doing anything serious. Nor do I think that she deals much with the CPA (because I really doubt they do their own taxes). If she's not a part of that world, I think there's a good chance that she has no idea what their assets look like and has to rely on whatever Daniel tells her. I'm not saying that Daniel's a genius, but hopefully he's getting decent advice and knows how to lock some of that money up. Dad Challenge Josh estimated that based on their total view count, they should have made something like eight figures.

As for cheer, I wish they'd just give it up already. It's pointless. Evie's prospects are going to be grim if she can't find a better way to use her time. She used to be pretty good with Hampton. She could volunteer with kids who have disabilities and attempt to get a job in therapeutic recreation later on. Plus it would give her an excuse to stop renting headspace to these ridiculous boy dramas.

You’re probably right about Kendal not understanding the family finances.

Regarding cheer, I just watched a Leroy family cheer vlog…I’ve never watched the LeRoys in my life before but thought I’d check out a cheer vlog to compare with Kendal.
The Leroy mother is WAAAAAYYYYYY more low key about cheer. She’s not hyper at all. She doesn’t play and sing along to their cheer songs. She doesn’t dress like she’s a member of the team. She doesn’t spend hours doing hair and make up.
Her daughters do private lessons but her kids are actually better tumblers than the Rich kids. One of her daughters is also on a Y2 team like Kapri but the daughter is a better ‘gymnast’. Her tumbling is cleaner and her lines are better. The youngest daughter is on some prep team (younger than Kapri) and is beautifully flexible and she can already do better tumbling than Brinley.
Does anyone know of any other family vloggers where the kids cheer? I found the comparison interesting. I can only assume that Kendal is in the minority when it comes to just how involved she is in her kids’ cheerleading careers.

Basically, yes. I have no doubt that they chose this specific competition because they knew they’d have small divisions, likely with only their teams as that is what played out: they won against themselves. Coaches are hungry for rings and jackets and banners to both help the gym look good but also to keep up the coaches egos. All in all, in a roundabout way, they bought their own rings and jackets by paying to compete and such. The rings and jackets only cost a very small portion of money so it’s not like you’re getting a big part of your competition fees back.

This is only a guess but I think I can see the tactic of the coaches: 1) they enter some tiny competitions that basically guarantee a win, some with rings and jackets, so the gym looks good and boost the athletes confidence and 2) they enter some bigger competitions that their chance of winning is slim but get to practice on a big stage with a big audience so they can mentally prepare the athletes for Summit because it’s very big. If you look at theirs vlogs, it seems to follow this pattern throughout the whole competition season. All of the girls’ wins at Flip have come from the type 1 competition and then they floundered in the type 2 competitions, often unable to keep up with the teams they’re against. I think Brin would be much happier if she had stayed at Cougars or even Fire where they’re D2 and go to smaller competitions. She used to love cheer but the fire in her eyes is gone. I think the intensity of Flip is not where she thrives, she seemed happier when doing the smaller competitions where they weren’t so hardcore competitive. No shame to Brin at all, I relate to her and I know I would feel the same way as often intense competition takes the fun out of it for me. Evie just doesn’t seem to care anymore; all she cares about right now is boys, drama, getting tanned, allegedly making seductive tiktoks and hanging out with her short lived friends. Kapri really is the only one I see thriving here which is a shame because, if they want to keep gym hopping, Kapri will be dragged along too even though she *seems* happy and doesn’t want to leave Flip because the Riches can’t just leave, their have to burn all the bridges first
