Kendal might be more like an overgrown spoiled toddler in the relationship rather than the big boss. I really don't think she's setting up the LLC or handling business accounts or doing anything serious. Nor do I think that she deals much with the CPA (because I really doubt they do their own taxes). If she's not a part of that world, I think there's a good chance that she has no idea what their assets look like and has to rely on whatever Daniel tells her. I'm not saying that Daniel's a genius, but hopefully he's getting decent advice and knows how to lock some of that money up. Dad Challenge Josh estimated that based on their total view count, they should have made something like eight figures.

As for cheer, I wish they'd just give it up already. It's pointless. Evie's prospects are going to be grim if she can't find a better way to use her time. She used to be pretty good with Hampton. She could volunteer with kids who have disabilities and attempt to get a job in therapeutic recreation later on. Plus it would give her an excuse to stop renting headspace to these ridiculous boy dramas.

Regarding cheer, I just watched a Leroy family cheer vlog…I’ve never watched the LeRoys in my life before but thought I’d check out a cheer vlog to compare with Kendal.
The Leroy mother is WAAAAAYYYYYY more low key about cheer. She’s not hyper at all. She doesn’t play and sing along to their cheer songs. She doesn’t dress like she’s a member of the team. She doesn’t spend hours doing hair and make up.
Her daughters do private lessons but her kids are actually better tumblers than the Rich kids. One of her daughters is also on a Y2 team like Kapri but the daughter is a better ‘gymnast’. Her tumbling is cleaner and her lines are better. The youngest daughter is on some prep team (younger than Kapri) and is beautifully flexible and she can already do better tumbling than Brinley.
Does anyone know of any other family vloggers where the kids cheer? I found the comparison interesting. I can only assume that Kendal is in the minority when it comes to just how involved she is in her kids’ cheerleading careers.

Similarly I watched a cheer vlog by Not Enough Nelsons this week. The family is huge and some of their kids have recently chosen to go into cheer so I think they’re on level 1 teams. The latest one has 4 girls competing (all in the same team) and they have 2 younger girls in a different team but they didn’t compete in the latest video. I think they’ve only competed about 3 times- each time they filmed.
When watching I compared it to Kendal for sure…. The mum isn’t pushy, just supportive. The kids are responsible for this own things (one kid forgot her shoes… yes they had to go out and buy some, but it shows the kids do their own packing)- there is no talk about winning and losing or scores or comparing to other teams. It’s more about blogging the process and how their kids do- that’s how I saw it anyway. Very much normal for low level cheer families I imagine- at least what may look normal for so many kids in a family!

Kendal is very over the top and has a very unhealthy relationship with her childrens lives- their activities, their friends, their routines.

She’s obsessed with their lives bc she doesn’t have much to say about her own and relies on them for occupation on a daily basis - it’s actually kinda sad!

Haven’t watched today’s video yet but am pleasantly surprised to see Evie can do a standing back tuck somersault alone. Her jumps are crap but I honestly never thought she’d be able to do the somersault. It took her forever to learn but I’ll give credit where credit is due. Well done Evie.

That’s a good way to describe a normal family: the mother isn’t pushy but is supportive. Such a shame the Rich kids don’t experience the same.

The job thing in the latest vlog is bugging me for a few reasons.
Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great that evie went to an interview and will likely be working.
However, she of course is going to the place her mum wanted her to work at last year and they never bothered because they were “too busy” for her to work.
Then this year evie clearly wanted to work in retail and even said in another video she didn’t want to work at the park. In another video Sebi and Daniel made it seem like Evie didn’t like going there at all.
When evie applied for jobs before, kendal projected her own thoughts on where evie should work and said the park to which evie turned her nose up at and then named other stores evie had not applied - stores she likes better.
Now, evie has applied to where her mum wants to go and they all gather in the kitchen saying how it’ll be much better than retail and being stuck indoors.
Brinley says she’s rather work indoors and kendal says “I know you would” in a really judgemental tone like she’s the brunt of the joke and Evie’s face lit up- joining in and in like what her sister would want to do isn’t up to the family standard.
Then kendal starts naming a bunch of stores that (let’s face it) would be acceptable to her for one of her kids to work in. THEN when Kapri mentions Victoria Secret, and kendal starts saying how fun It was she she worked there, Evie says she wants to work there when she’s 18!!!!???? But what about the looks you gave Brinley for wanting to work in retail when she’s old enough!? Again for her mums approval, she starts saying she too wants to work there and it allllll becomes about kendal yet again.

I swear, Brinley is the only one with a shred of her own mind and ideas. Sure, she will seek kendals approval. All kids want their parents approval, but unlike the other two she certainly has her own personality, characteristics and interests outside of what her mum likes to do and openly shares that she’s different to her family. I hope she doesn’t lose this because their reaction to her saying she’s prefer to not work outside was very eye opening to the way in which they treat her differences to them.

Also…. With evie working. What’s going to happen when there’s a cheer competition or practice? I can’t see her working and doing cheer together for a long time. Especially when the new school year starts.
Also let’s prepare ourselves for kendal dropping into the park all the time while evie is working

I’ve just watched the video and I agree with you. I don’t know why they are being so judgmental about working in retail. Is Kendal not the same person who made a derogatory tiktok about target NOT having enough staff on the tills? So Kendal wants everyone except her family to work in retail. I used to spend my summers (from about age 15 right through til I finished college) working in a sports Centre, summer camps, life guarding, at the front desk etc. I did love it because it was diverse. My siblings worked in retail and in restaurants. My parents NEVER told us what to do because they were happy we were earning pocket money, which ultimately carried us over through most of the school year. We also worked weekends during the school year. I really hope Brinley can remain the individual that she is. In a house that runs on high emotion ALL THE TIME, she seems level headed and calm.

I saw Yami in the most recent tiktok…nice she’s still around even if Peyton is the current flavour of the month. Whatever happened to Bella? Or Caitlyn? Or Gigi? Now it seems Evie has Peyton who takes the pressure off Yami.

Me too! I have a huge soft spot for Brin and I wish someone could rescue her and let her experience what a normal family dynamic is like, a family where you can all be individuals and don’t need to walk on eggshells out of fear of setting off her mom or sister. So far, she has shown that she is an individual, she doesn’t want to be just another Kendal clone like her sisters. I hope she doesn’t let her family take that from her. I hope she keeps standing up for her opinions and not letting the pressure from her family cause her to assimilate into being like the other Riches. I also wish she would go to public school because I think she has the potential to excel academically with proper instruction (and real age appropriate learning) and it would get her out of the Rich house 5 days a week, showing her that there’s more out there than what she knows. I wouldn’t be surprised if the kids all think that their way of life is normal because they have never known anything else. Hang in there Brin!!!

After this video it’s turned into the Kendal and Evie show. They act like two young teens throughout the whole thing. I had to fast forward with all the talk about Ulta. Screaming songs, bragging about expensive shopping at Ulta and laughing at each other. Kap and especially Brin were not included. Brin looked so sad in the car in this video and was super honest when she said the cookies weren’t that good. They didn’t look appetizing either Brin! She must’ve stayed home when Daniel, Ken and Kap took Evie for a drug test, still not mention of signing up for lifeguard credentials. Do they not know that she would need this certification to even work just the snack bar?

We got Tijuana Flats and that was a real treat because we’ve been cooking at home
Evie needs to get a job (either in comments or on IG someone asked why she doesn’t upload more videos and Kendal said it’s because YouTube doesn’t pay enough money)

However, I’m happy that they are actually doing something about it and not just running themselves into the ground. Someone needs to keep an eye on the web and see if they are paying their taxes or if they default on mortgage payments. I’m not even sure where I’d need to look to find that information but I know in some states it’s publicly available

ABCDEFU is very very clearly directed at Dominick, his sister and his Mom. I’m not in the least bit surprised that Evie has drama in her tumbling group

Obviously the banners hanging around the gym (which appealed so much to Evie when she went to trial there) come from these small competitions where the teams are pretty much guaranteed a win, a jacket, a ring and a banner. FC is just a marketing machine. They like to pretend they’re really successful on the competition circuit but actually they’re just clever about where they go to compete.

They’re driving to Regional summit with Kapri. That’s over 1000km each way! For sure Kendal and Kapri are going. But I’m not sure about the rest of the family. Surely Brinley and Evie have cheer practice. Will Kendal make Daniel drive to Myrtle Beach and then back again the next day just to bring the other two to cheer practice?

Kendal asked for questions since she’s on the road (suggesting she’s not driving). Obviously she doesn’t answer the questions nicely. Someone calls her out for being feisty and her response is ‘new here?’ She’s got no likable traits. That’s why her channel fails.

Ironically Flip City opens the competition each day with a very very early start which means Kendal will be up at 4am to get herself dressed up like a 14 year old cheerleader before starting on Kapri.

Dang . If they were going to “regular” summit, they’d be competing against 15 teams (usually 15 is the most before the break it down in A, B, C,… not sure if that goes for summit though). Maybe they can come home with a summit win if they are only against 3 other teams. There’s a strong chance they’ll come home with a medal anyways because only 1 team won’t. FlipC is as fake as Kenny’s hair extensions; only entering competitions that will make their teams look good by winning by default.

The thing I can’t understand is why they’re redoing EV’s team’s routine to make it harder when the athletes couldn’t keep up with the routine at the difficulty it was… I’m slightly expecting they may crash and burn at summit… Yes, most teams make changes before worlds/summit but not usually the entire routine (which is what Kendal claims is happening). Most teams do add difficulty but that’s after they’ve already gotten their routine down almost perfectly so they’re ready for a bigger challenge to give them a better chance at winning. Lightening keeps upping the difficulty but every time the athletes can’t keep up. I think that team should be a level 2 not 3. I’m pretty confident that the only reason EV was put on a senior level 3 is because she has to be in the senior division at her age and FC has no senior L2. She ended up there by default, not because she had the skills to “make” the team.

On Instagram Kendal said that Cameron hides under a fake facade and that she wants to make a video exposing him for the wolf in sheep’s clothing that he is. Kendall then says that he’s dangerous.

Right, I just read that. I still cannot believe she is obsessing sooooo much over a 17 year old boy. Just like Evie, he is still maturing, still figuring out who he is, what he wants from life, how to treat people….it’s no different. If he were a 30 year old man and still carried these ‘dangerous’ traits then I’d be concerned but he’s a teenager!

Also, she says that they still drive an old van and don’t holiday outside of Florida because cheer is so expensive. There are sooooo many things wrong with this statement.
1. Don’t pay soooo much money on a sport that will get your kids nowhere in life if you can’t afford it
2. Why do the boys have to suffer because cheer makes the parents broke
3. Say to the girls: I’m sorry, I can’t afford private lessons.
4. You have been driving an old van for years now, and have never holidays outside of Florida, even when you were making bank on YouTube so cheer is an excuse, not a reason.

You could be right, but I don’t think we will ever know. And isn’t the age of consent 16? So they wouldn’treally have a leg to stand on.
Unless one of kendal’s acquaintances finds her way onto this platform, we will never find out.
