It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying

I already ranted about the lack of proper care they give Clover so I’ll try and keep it short. I stumbled on their old videos when they rehomed their 2 springer spaniels. Now this is the part I didn’t know; a few days or weeks before they shared that they were finding new homes for the dogs, the Riches had gone out somewhere and left the dogs in the yard however the sliding glass doors where left cracked open so the dogs got into the house and killed one of the Guinea pigs. They didn’t admit it but I think this was a big part of their decision, not just the lack of space in Florida yards. Then, when Kenny announced they were getting Clover maybe a week max after getting rid of the springers, Kenny did this big speech about how she did her research on breeds this time and got a breed that “doesn’t need exercise”. Umm… every dog whether they weigh 5 pounds or 150 pounds need exercise. Every dog needs exercise and mental stimulation which she doesn’t get any of either. I’m probably the only person who is so annoyed with how they treat Clover; I’d love to see her go to a family that will actually spend time with her, bring her for walks, train her (spaniels love to work!), give her mental stimulation, meet her needs that the Riches aren’t. They treat the cats like they’re the best thing since sliced bread but whenever Clover is around, they’re yelling at her, they have no patience for her whatsoever. I get it, they’re mainly cat people, but the dog still needs attention regardless, more than just snuggling with her when it’s convenient to them.

I feel so bad for Bones.. they are just setting him up for failure over and over. He should have a speech therapist, a physical therapist, etc etc.. and he has none? Does he even still go to a special school anymore? As far as him needing a stroller IF he has a physical therapist, most likely, he wouldn't need a stroller anymore! The less you use your muscles, the more tired they get when you do use them. Hampton - no, they don’t have him in school at all. It’s terrible. If he’s not in school, he should be getting the same amount of hours of therapies (I think he got all 3 main ones: PT, OT, and SLP) at home but we figure they can’t afford to do that. Literally his only “homeschooling” is colouring books and playing the same educational game, ABC Mouse, for nearly 3 years, possibly more. Someone here said if I remember correctly that the game is applicable to one grade level, not challenging enough after a year. This situation is one of the things that I dislike the most about them. They’re failing Hampton. From my research on his condition, doing these therapies can be life changing for kids yet they still won’t allow him to have these therapies even when they’re completely free! They limit Hampton significantly. Instead of letting him try things and see if it’s something he can do, they just assume he can’t do anything, adding limitations that aren’t even related to his disability, they’re related to the fact they won’t give him a chance.

They way Kendal is attacking Cameron publicly makes me really sad for him. Kenny is an adult, pick on someone your own size! Cam is probably regretting getting involved with the Riches whatsoever. I remember when there was someone on here that knew of the Riches in real life, they said that most people feel that way about them too. Whether he actually did something mean or it’s just for drama, you don’t punch down, you don’t attack a teenage when you’re an adult. Not acceptable in most situations. If it’s *really* bad, her posts aren’t going to help their case.

EV doesn’t hang out with Bella anymore so that shows you the breakup was bad. Hampton’s situation is just so sad. I wish he would’ve been adopted by a family who was willing to put the time and effort into helping him thrive. People think that money is great and what brings you happiness but he’d be better off in a low income family who loves him and allows him to go to public school and get *free* therapies so someday he can be independent. I just have to keep reiterating this (of course not for the regular posters here because we all see it)… they can get him therapy FOR FREE and still choose not to send him. Wtf. Knowing that, there’s no other reason for him not to go other than them just not caring enough to bother and THAT is heartbreaking. Even if they didn’t do his “homework” for his therapies, he’d still be getting them and having the chance to learn. The only future that I can imagine for him is him ending up in a group home/special care home as soon as he’s an adult. There’s no way IMO that Kenny will take care of him for the rest of their lives and but that’s the direction they’re heading…

The Cam situation makes no sense at all. Like you said, if it really was so terrible, why let her rush into a new relationship? It’s not going to fix what happened with Cam. I have a gut feeling that nothing that bad went down; EV was very positive about him right after the breakup which is odd if it was really bad. I think EV was just heartbroken and it was spun into something bigger once her mom got involved.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens next season at Flip. Will the Riches leave for their 4th gym in Florida or will Dom’s family leave OR will they both stay and have explosive drama all season? It’ll be interesting no matter what ends up happening. I can’t see Dom’s family leaving because he has sisters on high level teams (I think one sister is on J6) but if his sister is actually good enough for a level 6 team, she’s better off at Top Gun Miami, a gym that actually wins and not by default. Kenny paints FC as this big fancy gym but they don’t even have a Worlds team…

Speaking of gyms, does anyone know if Kenny and Veronica are still friends? I saw on Instagram that her daughter is switching from Cougars to another gym (D1 this time) in their area. I feel like if they were still friends, K would’ve talked her into joining Flip too. I am glad her daughter is switching gyms though because she has some videos of her flying and she has great potential! She’s a good flyer and very flexible! Every year in Daytona when the university/college nationals happen, they do this big stunt fest outside of one of the nearby hotels and literally it’s 100s of cheerleaders who stunt with different bases/flyers from different teams for fun. Veronica and her daughter were in Daytona for a competition with Cougars at the same time and her daughter went and participated in stunt fest which was pretty brave since everyone is much older than her but, from what they posted, she flew really nicely. I have a hard time imagining that Kendal *isn’t* jealous because she wants the B & K to be that flexible strong flyers but they just can’t get there. She doesn’t like her kids to be showed up by others.

Kendal is teaching the girls that they NEED makeup or NEED all this stuff done just to look decent. No wonder the girls might be insecure and have low self esteem. You don’t say stuff like that around teenage girls let alone your own DAUGHTERS. She has zero respect.

LOL, thanks for the shoutout Kenny . Even if you didn’t read this thread (which we know you do because we basically write half your vlogs because you’re trying to prove us wrong), you’re sending more people here so thank you Ken! There’s going to be people who are curious, both fans and non fans, and some of those fans will read this and will change their outlook and the non fans will know that they’re not alone in their feelings which it’s easy to feel like you’re alone because they take down comments SO quickly. I wonder how many hours a day they spend monitoring their comment sections on YouTube, insta, and tiktok? She’s fast to take hate down so…

Y ES. I’m on board with you, I HATE the negative self talk in front on the girls. I also HATE all the diet talk in front on the kids. Your kids should not know you’re on a diet, they shouldn’t know what keto is or any of the whackadoodle crash diets they depend on. They (more so Ken but Danny boy participates) are the definition of yo yo dieters. THIS is why girls have such low self esteem, why they feel like they need to diet, why they have negative self talk, and why, worse of all, so many young people develop EDs. Kids are quite literally sponges. Our thoughts and perception of the world isn’t automatically in our brain when we’re born, it’s developed by listening and mirroring people in our lives. It’s bad enough that Kenny does this but it’s even worse because they spend all day everyday with Kenny so she has a much stronger influence than normal. This is a recipe for disaster and I worry about the kids’ mental health so much.

Not only is Kenny influencing her own kids, she’s influencing her audience that is mainly under 18 and highly susceptible to these negative behaviors. Be a better role model, if not for your own kids but for the large number of kids you’re impacting by putting these messages out on a public platform.

If the girls are reading here, or just anyone feeling down on themselves because of their body, I want you to know that your body is perfect the way it is. You don’t need to change it, you need to learn to love it no matter your weight or the number on the tags of you’re clothes. You don’t need makeup or Botox or cosmetic procedures to change what you look like. You are beautiful just the way you are.

Who else is 0% surprised that they got rid of the Guinea pigs? I have such mixed feelings. I’m glad they have owners now who actually care about them BUT they treat pets like they’re disposable. Animals are for life, not for a little bit until you get bored of them. They are a commitment and you shouldn’t make that commitment if you’re not prepared to care for them throughout their whole lives. It’s the same as when they rehomed their Brittany spaniels and then like a week later, replaced them with Clover, a breed that “doesn’t need exercise” according to Kenny which is BS because EVERY breed needs exercise. They are so impulsive with pets; I mean, they got EV a turtle and we maybe heard like once on the vlog that she wanted a turtle and it was just a comment made in passing yet they run out to get her one for content. I’m sure they’ll ditch the turtle when they are too lazy to care for it anymore, maybe even Clover too. The only pets that are safe are the cats.

Again, like with the body image thing, they’re teaching their kids that animals are disposable, that you can get rid of them and replace it with something else when you’re bored. It’s a terrible way to treat animals and not fair to them at all. STOP GETTING PETS IF YOU CAN’T COMMIT LONG TERM!!! BUYING PETS IS NOT CONTENT, ITS COMMITMENT!!!

Even Hampton can help clean the cages- it’d be a good chore for him. Kendal says it’s because they don’t have time to care for them but in reality they are too lazy. They are ALWAYS home. They were just over the luster of the Guineas and wanted them gone.

I have a sneaking suspicion EV has a new boy in her life - she was smiling a lot while on her phone in their last vlog and when Kenny asks who she’s talking to she just giggled. The Kenny goes “I know who it is!” and they both laughed. She’s def talking to somebody else, which to me is insane given she just broke up with Dom and Kendall is still obsessed with Cam.

While it’s normal for a 17 year old to be “boy crazy” I think EV shows signs of codependency with boys. She has to have a boy to feel special and validated. Kendal is the same so she encourages the behavior. Kenny also wants to live vicariously through EV so shes super involved - which is so weird.

They’re SO lazy. The younger kids (Kap and down) seem to usually only spend like a half day doing school. How are they soooo busy when they have their afternoon free almost all the time? Kenny said in the latest vlog that cheer doesn’t get in the way of school because it’s all in the evening so what do they do all afternoon? Like you said, they’re just lazy and lack of time is simply an excuse. I wonder if they still have the turtle; they haven’t mentioned him recently. Considering they impulsively bought one without research, I wouldn’t be surprised if the turtle is gone soon too because they “don’t have the time”

I was thinking the same thing about a new boy. I kinda thought maybe her and Dom got back together but I think you’re right that it’s a new guy. She must constantly be talking to guys to replace them so quickly. You’re 100% right in that she’s so codependent which isn’t surprising because Kenny is codependent on the kids (mainly EV) to live vicariously through her so that’s the behavior she’s modeling for the kids so not surprised EV would become like that too especially since her mom encourages it. I’m sure that Kenny creates most of the drama herself because she’s bored and it’s not her life that’ll be screwed up by doing these things, it’s EV’s and she doesn’t care. EV needs to spend some time being single and figuring out who she is and grow her self esteem instead of the constant rotation of new boyfriends. Therapy would be highly useful for EV (and all the other kids too) because of their weird life/family.

evie’s obsessed with her previous relationship because she carries regrets about how it turned out, simple as that..she combats these regrets by trying to make her ex jealous to convince herself she feels better when in reality he doesn’t give a flyin’ f*** about her getting a new boyfriend which I’m sure makes evie PISSED.

1. I wholeheartedly agree that Kenny shouldn't be putting herself down or talking about all the weight things or cosmetic procedures in front of her kids OR on their channel... IF she wants to do that, she should do that on a dedicated social media, where she does her like "coffee talks" in the morning, all by herself. Where other adults/moms/dads can see it, and rarely kids/teens, who don't need to see.. and think that they should be doing this too!

2. Getting rid of pets, annoys me SO DARN MUCH! Like someone said, (sorry I don't remember which one of ya) pets, are a LIFETIME commitment! If you can't sign on for that, then don't even bother getting one. YES, they are cute... but, they have a lifetime that YOU are responsible for!!!! And that includes if they become sick in some way! I also don't like when people get a pet (like a dog or cat that needs you) and constantly vacation... you signed up for them, stop leaving them behind all the time! Animals are just like children when you leave them behind for a trip... they miss you.. except children can understand you will be back.. and animal, doesn't understand that their human will be back. Maybe that's just me but.. grr! And Kapri does NOT need a hedgehog! Just like the guinea pigs, it's gonna be forgotten after awhile and BAM.. given to someone else! If it doesn't die.

Evie seems to get her knowledge on how to treat a relationship from Kenny and Danny.. so, that's not good in the first place.. and since the boys are probably not pushovers like Danny boy, they won't ever stay. But, she does need to take a break from boys all together.. get her head out of her bum and learn how to be by herself and who she is. I think a good step for her, would be if she went to a live away college.. and got away from Kenny!

4. Kenny, since you read here... if you can take Evie to the chiropractor.. you can get Hampton therapy! So, start doing it!
