Kendal has taken the stance of: we will never quit YouTube to we will probably quit YouTube when we open our second franchise. Not sure if you guys caught it in the video where Daniel called Kendal to say they’d been approved…but he said they’d been approved for both locations. Probably they want to open in both Wellington and in WPB. Whatever about property princes in Wellington (rent or purchase), I’d imagine they’re fairly hefty in WPB. Of course this is just speculation on my part.

Whatever it is they are doing with their lives, they still need to be able to afford Disney…they’re there AGAIN! Therapy for Hampton, the 9 year old who still can’t communicate clearly can come second

Remember the awkward scene when they were at a competition (I think it was Brin & EV’s first comp of the season) and Kap was standing near Myella and Daniel came over and said something like “see they’re still friends!” and both girls were clearly uncomfortable? I think it ended then because we haven’t really seen her since then. That’s all my knowledge on the situation LOL. Around Brin’s birthday, her and Kenny both made comments about someone stealing one of Brin’s necklaces but didn’t say who it was; I have nothing to support their theory but I was wondering if it was M.

It’s really crazy when you think of all the friends they’ve been through since getting to Florida. I think the longest friendship has been Brin & Kap and Maddie & Jalynn. EV has had Bree, Laiani (I probably butchered the spelling) and the other Fire athletes like Mia, Rafael, Brittany, etc.), Yami, Cameron, Dominic, Eliel, Bella, and a handful of other people at Flip, all of EV’s “kids”… that’s a lot… If you’re losing that many friends, it’s likely a you issue not that you’ve been so unlucky to have so many crappy friends… I’m sure they all left for the same reason: seeing through the Rich family facade.

They’re banking on the franchise(s) working out and making them Rich just like they did with YouTube a few years ago. The real estate market is crazy in Canada and I’m pretty sure the US too. Real estate is significantly cheaper where I live but to give you an idea of the changes, $300k a handful of years ago would’ve gotten you a big fancy house but now it barely gets you a townhouse/duplex/triplex. If they sold their house and got something smaller and cheaper, they’d have a decent amount of equity that they could put towards their franchise locations but we know they won’t do that. Wellington may be a smaller city than WPB but it’s one of the most expensive places in Florida. Wellington is home to the equestrian winter comp circuits that olympians compete in during the “off” season. A lot of the people who own the horses (not all Olympian’s ride horses they own, a lot are sponsored by these fancy stables) are very wealthy, wealthy enough to breed and raise Olympic level horses that are often offspring off horses imported from Europe; that’s to give you an idea of the kind of wealth in the area. (Yes I used to be a horse girl lol. Off topic but I could see Brin enjoying riding). Considering neither of the Riches have any business experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if location 1 went belly up before they’d be able to afford location 2. I don’t think they realize how much hard work it is to start up a business. I think they have a very much romanticized idea of being a business owner, little work and a lot of cash, but business owners work like dogs for years to get them off the ground, long hours and a lot of hard work.

They’re staying in a vacation home in Orlando in the Encore Resort at Reunion. When we were booking our vacation house for this summer on VRBO these Encore Resort homes were the ones that kept coming up in our searches. We spent ages and ages researching these homes and this resort and it got so many terrible reviews that we chose to rent elsewhere. On the surface they look fantastic, as does the resort, but the reviews on trip advisor about the management of the resort were awful! We are only going for two weeks, but if the washing machine breaks on day 2, I want it fixed by day 3 latest! Not at the end of my holiday.

I bet todays vlog will be about ‘our new home’ in Orlando.

They can’t even take Hampton to Legoland for his birthday! Evie gets universal and volcano bay for her birthday with a friend. Hampton gets Magic Kingdom AGAIN. How boring. I reckon they don’t have annual passes anymore and I also reckon Kendal had to change hair dresser because the one she used to go to was too expensive.

The lack of seatbelts drives me up the wall!!!!! They talk *constantly* about the car accidents and bad drivers in SOUTH Florida yet they don’t make their kids wear seat belts. Do they want their kids to die???? Ffs. I’ve posted about this a million times and they don’t change. God forbid but I think it would take a really scary incident for them to actually change their habits. One of your kids could die!!!! The car accident they were in years ago should be enough…

Here’s another episode of It’s R Lie & The Seatbelt Saga episode #152836. Neither Hampton nor Kapri are wearing seatbelt and yes Kenny, they were driving/in a moving vehicle and yes Kenny, they’re driving on a road, not in a parking lot or your neighborhood so we know this wasn’t just “a moment” filmed right before you told them to put them on… If they got rear ended, Hampton would literally fly out the windshield sitting in the middle like that with no seatbelt and people generally don’t survive that. Get your head out of your ass KD and parent your children!!!!

Also, I’m writing a big post to come soon! I had a cheer vlog from the channel Not Enough Nelsons suggested so I watched it and then fell into a click-hole and watched a ton of their videos. They’re not perfect, they’re also exploiting their kids, but the difference is DRASTIC. The Nelsons are basically who Kenny wants to be/wants her family to be and they also have the channel Kenny dreams of. NEN and IRL both have similar amounts of subscribers yet NEN’s videos typically have over 500,000 views where IRL struggles to get 50,000 views. Anyways, it’s going to be long because I’m comparing them on a lot of aspects but I think it’ll be interesting analysis considering they have the same type of channel (family vlogs + adoption) and very close to the same amount of subscribers yet are two completely different worlds. (Spoiler: I would much rather live in the Nelson’s world than the Riches…). Get ready to read lol. I hope someone will enjoy it.

And Kendal says that she treats all the kids equally… This is so shitty of them. Not only would they not take him for his birthday, they’re in Orlando all the time, why have they not taken him yet? I’m sure Sebi would enjoy it as well but because Kenny wouldn’t, she won’t do it. The world revolves around her and her interests. Has anyone else noticed that the only thing she does at Disney is eat? She barely gets on rides because she’s too impatient to stand in lines over 30 mins and is always focused on going to all the booths in Epcot to get her a bunch of food. When we would go on family vacations as a kid, we always made sure to do things that everyone wanted even if we weren’t all interested in it. That’s what you do as a family, you compromise for each other because you love them and want them to enjoy something they’re interested in.

I don’t know if they’ve still have their season pass but I know that they had the cheapest one which had blocked out days for the whole summer so you couldn’t go at all unless you bought tickets. So either they bought separate tickets for their current trip or they upgraded their passes.

Margaritaville definitely fell through. On a vlog, I remember they were talking about something falling through but didn’t say what it was. Based on the timing, I’m sure it was the vacation home.

They waste SO much money on piercings because of their lack of care for them. We’ve seen Kapri get her ears pierced at least 3 times because they kept getting them pierced during competition season then they close over when taking them out to compete because they haven’t been left in long enough. Every time, they’ve had to buy new earrings because they forgot or lost the ones Kapri had in previously. Usually earrings for piercing are more expensive because they’re good quality jewelry. Now they’re doing the same with EV, not following the rules so she’ll end up having to take it out because of infection or healing improperly and then having to pay to have it redone.

I feel so bad for him too. My suspicion of what happened is the same as yours, I think he’s seeking our attention from his mom. I’m sure Kenny has probably made comments about how much easier it would be if they all cheered instead of having to bring Sebi to basketball and soccer. I have a feeling she’s been planting these seeds for awhile now and he finally gave in so he would get love. If it’s attention he wants, it’s attention he’ll get; guys in cheer get a lot of attention because they’re so rare. Like in the video of them trying out, there was a picture of Sebi at the gym hugging the gym owner Lori. Though EV calls her mama Lori, I’ve always gotten the impression that she didn’t have a relationship with the Riches considering we’ve never seen them interact in all the cheer vlogs until now. I think Kenny loves that Sebi joined because now she’ll be in Lori’s good graces and Kenny is always looking to be at the top, to get attention. There’s a lot of people benefitting from Sebi joining cheer - the gym having more males, Kenny getting attention from mama Lori, saving Kenny/Danny time driving to sports, etc. - I just hope Sebi will also benefit him positively from this too, more than just the validation from his mom.

Dude, interest rates are going up to combat inflation (even though our current issue is supply driven rather than demand driven and jacking up rates probably won't do much) and the housing market is rumored to crash hard later this year. It's supposed to be worse than 2008. Now they are going to go into a high risk business with an upsidedown mortgage? They were supposed to take their home equity, refinance at a lower interest rate to drive down payments or invest in something relatively safe to make a small profit.

They're not reading the signs at all. Unless they want to start a new channel called It's R Life Under The Freeway. Anyone think it'll do better than their current channel?

So you’re saying property prices will fall? Surely that’s a good thing for them if the are looking to buy a property for their new franchise. It only effects their own house if they were to sell but it doesn’t really matter if they plan to keep their house regardless of property values. Eventually the values will climb again.

On another note…did anyone watch her tiktok live last night? I happened to watch about three mins of it last night. Kendal didn’t interact at all with the ‘fans’. She was too interested in looking bored and having side conversations with Kapri. There were so many questions being asked but she just stared blankly at the camera and said ‘hi’ once in a while. She has no interest and no personality.
