YALLL!! The houses the Rich's are looking at looks soo nice. It looks much nicer then their current home, especially in the living room area. I have to admit Kenny (see we aren't just rude haters) that the way their house is shown on the pictures looks amazing, especially the girls rooms. However, the boys room and the living room look glazed over and dull.
They really don't need a guest room. They almost never have guests. Go without the guest room, give Ev the room and bathroom downstairs and let Kap and Brin have their own rooms.

What they really should do it let the girls all have their own room because they hardly ever have guests over, and when a guest does come, they take one of the girls rooms for the time they’re staying. Brin and Kap can share when guests are over. There’s zero reason to have a guest room that stays empty 99% of the time when it could be used for one of the girls.

Also did anyone notice that they pay more than $11k per year in property taxes? Plus a monthly association fee. It costs them about $1k/month to live there before the mortgage and utilities.

I have just found this heavenly place. Where like minded people are here questioning those same things I have been all along!? I am blown away by the Rich family. And I have been trying to figure out how they even made it big. Anyway I read a comment about Kendall commenting on Evies Instagram most likely about Cameron. I have some huge news about that. My daughter followed Cameron on her gymnastics Instagram only because they shared his Instagram. He followed her back and a few weeks later asked for her snap. Now this was after him and Evie broke up. She gave it to him they are talking on there she then followed him on her main Instagram. Next thing you know Kendall is messaging my 16 yr old daughter all kinds of rude nonsense!!! I am blown away how a grown woman is going to come at my teenager about why she is following Evie’s ex boyfriend.
I have the screen shots to prove it if anyone wants to see it!

Ok, so I’m not American and for the most part dont follow American news, however I’m very confused by her tiktok. I thought she was a pro-lifer. And if she is, then surely the ruling regarding abortion is in her favour. So I don’t understand the content of her tiktok.

Anyway, regarding their Wellington house, I’m not sure they’ll get anywhere close to 1.5mio in a sale. Seems like an excessively high amount of money to ask for a timber framed house in a gated community with very high HOA fees. Knowing the market is likely to crash in the coming year why would anyone splash out this much money on a house which, let’s face it, isn’t especially special.

Also on her Ig stories she was asking something about people sharing unpopular opinions and in one of the responses she went off on a rant about how she’s so real and shares her opinion all the time unlike other YouTubers and influencers and how she doesn’t care etc. First of all, she wasn’t asked a question that warranted this response, second of all, no one cares. Thirdly, she’s shooting herself in the foot and now they’re struggling financially because of her ‘realness’. I hope her kids can learn from her mistakes. It’s not cool to act like an outspoken and unfiltered teen when you’re a parent and influencer. Some kids really idolisier Kendal because she’s such a COOL mom.

Cameron was very respectful and didn’t share to much of what happened but was accused of lying and said they are a very nice family
If I can get the conversation from my daughter I will share it. I know she also wants to respect his privacy. My daughter did tell me he is king of creepy though and a little strange. After that last conversation between Kendall and my daughter we were all blocked from her Instagram.

Your daughter is well able to stand up for herself. I cannot believe Kendal would write unsolicited messages to a teenager. What a creep SHE is. She knows no boundaries and has absolutely no right to stalk or cyber bully anyone. If this were to become public news that she is like this I’m sure DD would not want them on their franchise team.

By the way, on one of the ‘unpopular opinions’ pictures yesterday someone said they hated Duck Donuts. Rather than ignore the message or respond politely by saying “I hope we can help change your opinion, come buy from us” or “donuts are not for everyone but luckily we love Duck Donuts”, she responded like the bitch she is saying that the naysayers or haters or trolls had come out of hiding (can’t remember her exact words). Could you imagine if a customer had a complaint about their order how she might respond.

So… Evie broke yet another bed. First the guest room and now her own bed? If they buy that house she wants the bed that was upstairs but taken into the downstairs bedroom. So kendal offers Brinley Evie’s bed and Evie says no nobody should have her bed. Then they say it’s messed up but Daniel said they will fix it.
It still makes me mad that it’s always about Evie.

And why does she mess up her sheets so much? Do they just not wash them or is she so careless? I swear she’s had new sheets for that bed soooo many times and now they need more for pictures because hers won’t look nice.

I really do hope Brinley and Kapri get their own rooms if they want them.

How do you break a bed? Did it not have a metal frame?

No Daniel can't fix anything. He might be an engineer, but he took multiple days to assemble his kids bikes. That's like a thirty minute job for most guys who know their way around a garage.

There's a brach of engineering that is kind of like customer service. I think that might be what he did.
