Kendal can’t make up her mind as to who she is. She’s a complete troll on tiktok, a gospel preaching, self-righteous lunatic on Instagram, and a total wannabe “cool” mom on YouTube. Truth is, SHE doesn’t know who she is and has a visceral need for validating and affirmation. That’s why she constantly talks about her looks- she wants people to tell her she’s gorgeous. She wants people to look at her life with envy so she can feel better about herself. THAT is why she gets so mad at people like us who call her out. We don’t give her what she wants and all we do is point out the things that make her insecure.

Also how absolutely TRASHY that they put fake $100 bills out for people to find - just so you can laugh in your Crumbl infested car. That is a lot of money (imagine being broke and finding that on the ground! You’d be so happy - only to find out it’s fake). It also could potentially ruin somebodies life if they tried to use it at a store. If y’all recall, George Floyd got the cops called on him for allegedly using a fake $20 bill at a grocery store. And we all know (sadly) how that turned out. It’s illegal to use “fake” money. And Kendal does this with Sebi in tow. HORRIBLE.

It’s kind of both. Kendal’s house IS WAY overpriced, however, the higher interest rates now does make a huge difference. I could see her house selling for $1,400,000 (still another 50k below where she’s current at) *if* the interest was still at 2.5%.
Now she can forget about it. The interest rates increase = less traffic= lower price. She’d be lucky to get $1,300,000.

Also, this has been bothering me for a long time- that air track slip and slide is NOT SAFE. Like extremely unsafe. One of the kids could slide and go flying and hit their head. Maybe it's just me- I'm not in the best mood today so Kenny is really getting on me today.

I know rates have changed over the past year. However the interest rates have not increased dramatically in the past month like Daniel is suggesting. The current rate is about 5.3%. It’s not like it was all that different when the house went on the market. Their house is overpriced.

Thanks Truely for finding the house they looked at in the last video. Not sure how you managed that one! It’s a nice house and I don’t see anything wrong with the pool. Kendal has stupid ideas about what is satisfactory to her. She needs to face the fact that she cannot have a millionaire’s mansion when she’s in a financially difficult situation.

Also, it seems she no longer wants to live in Wellington. Her dream location has to be Boynton Beach because that’s where DD will be and where cheer is.

I don't know how people can pick money off the ground and not have that instinct of "someone lost money" and turn it into a shop. My Mom always made us do that as kids, and the shop owners/managers.. or even when we turned it into the police, would take down our information.. and if it wasn't claimed, they would call us after x amount of weeks and we could keep it then. I would feel really guilty, thinking.. that could have been their last $100 to pay their rent! (IF it was real). But, Kenny is a piece of work.. and for all of them to go along with it, and not say anything.. HUGE eyeroll! I believe in karma, and they'll get what they give.

You’re right though, she’s a train wreck. And I can see them with no money pretty soon. They’ve no donut income yet. They haven’t sold their over priced home. If they do sell and manage to buy a new one even close to Kendals standards there’ll be a rake of bedroom makeover videos for the girls and shopping hauls as she tries to generate views. Fact is though they won’t be able to afford to remodel the kitchen or floors or put in a pool in a home with no pool. Remember they were supposed to make an office in their current home but that also never happened.

By the way…those 4 crumbl cookies we bought…well the maple and chocolate chip cookie were both finally finished after 4 days. The two chocolate ones went down the garbage disposal. How Kendal and co. manage to devour a party box full every single week is beyond me. They’re way too big, not very nice, too sweet, too heavy and grossly overpriced.

I have to laugh at Kendal and Daniel thinking they’d have a bidding war on their way overpriced $1.5 million dollar home. I can only imagine those two idiots sitting there talking to each other about how their home would sell within a day or two for way over asking. I’m sure they were counting the dollar signs and just cackling about how much money they were going to get. Over a month later and not a single offer. I’d fire their real estate agent real fast since they were the ones who advised them to list so high. I bet if they listed for 1 million it would have sold easily. These two for whatever reason have no clue how dumb they are

As for their house not selling, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the agent made promises of big money to get the listing. I also had the thought that because of the pets the house may not smell the best. I have a friend that worked as a real estate assistant and they had a beautiful home listed that wasn’t moving.. The agent had to ask them to put away all family photos and the home sold immediately. They were not a Caucasian family and sadly they think buyers were shall we say racist. There are so many reasons a home doesn’t sell .

I am blocked from her insta so I can’t see her story. Only once have I had to cut off one of my kids friends. I was concerned she was going to lead my daughter down a very scary path.

She unblocked me and messaged me from her Kendall Instagram. Now she blocked me again. I got two messages from her saying she was going to expose me and all my business I’m like ok go ahead nobody cares. I’m not sure what business I have to expose I’m not interesting at all! Oh agree with crumbl cookies they can be ok for an occasional treat but usually we throw them all away after we take a small bite.
